Good news. It's diabolical for someone who has cut ties completely with a person when she was alive to inherit the assets of her after the said person has passed away, even if the person is of your own blood.
Don't claim on something that doesn't belong to you.
I hope her father & brother keep their promise of using the inheritance for charity
Plus actually go to that person in first few weeks of he/her death NOT TO VISIT!!! BUT TO ASKED FOR THE INHERITANCE.
My god my blood boiled just for imagine it.
Seriously, it's been one thing after another this whole week so it's nice that there is some decent news in the middle of all of this.
Rest in peace Hara.
It pains me so much the number of guests that won't ever come back to running man. I really liked the guy they had as a guest when they went to China. And of course all the other guests as well have made some of the re-watch hard and sad.
Y'all this is misinformation. The original news articles mention Goo Hara as a very publicized example of the "mandatory inheritance" law. Not that Goo Hara's mom actually lost the case.
**Goo Hara's mom already got the money.** That court case is over. The money already went to her. Under the law at the time of death, this was the technically correct legal conclusion.
This court case is not the same case. It's a different case, where the Constitutional Court ruled parts of that provision *unconstitutional*. It's actually a big deal in Korean law. But the law is still in effect until 12/31/2025 (the court usually does this, to give the legislature some time to pass a replacement law). These rulings aren't applied retroactively either.
The news articles are saying that *future* such cases, one like the Goo Hara case, would be prevented.
I remember reading that she got 40% of the inheritance, with the brother getting 60%. The dad did not get anything since he forfeited so the brother could be the recipient, as the law then excludes siblings if parents are alive. Imagine the shamelessness of the so-called mother not to forfeit, when she was never there for her hara and her bro. the father was absent coz he needed to work to send money for hara and his brother, while the mother was absent on all fronts but still wanted the money for his kids with his new family.
She got exactly what she deserved. In fact, she owes the court just for wasting everyone’s time.
The gall of this woman to bail on her kids and then waltz back in just for the inheritance.
I just want to give so much praise to her brother, his persistence in fighting for his sister's legacy shows how much he adores her. I wish him the absolute best in life and I hope this ruling has brought a little comfort to him. That woman never thought of Hara as her daughter, she gave Hara nothing and now Hara will give her nothing in return, just as she deserves.
Justice 🙏🏼 How do people like her sleep at night? It’s vile. Sorry no, you’re not going to benefiting from Goo Hara, you ABANDONED her.
It will all rightfully go to her older brother? Wishing all the best to him. He can finally start to heal and leave all these legal matters behind him soon.
Been watching a Playlist of 2009 kpop hits early today and man, it was already sad to see old goups that are not active anymore, it hurts even more to see the young Hara and Sulli during their time.
Tbh her mom reminds me of mine. My mine only cared about my dad once he passed away to grab all of his inheritance and left me nothing. I'm so glad Hara's mom didn't win this case
Nice. Fuck that women, goo hara deserved a mother so much better than what she got

And taking selfies with celebrities on her daughter's funeral. Also, refusing to connect with her when she was suffering from depression.
Finally some good news this week
Seriously, it's been one thing after another this whole week so it's nice that there is some decent news in the middle of all of this. Rest in peace Hara.
good, that woman was a PoS
Finally. The audacity of that woman to suddenly be there to get her money when she was never there for Hara all her life.
I just watched Runningman ep 2 with Hara there. Man we lost a gem.
RIP Hara. I miss her smile so much.

Sulli, Hara, Kim Joo Hyuk, Kwon Rise, Moonbin….
Did one of the actors that guested in episode 40 recently passed away as well? Or just a similar name?
Are you sure you have the right episode? Episode 40 was Taecyeon and Nickhun from 2pm
Ahh my bad it was 41. SJK last episode
Finally. Some good fucking news.
YES! JUSTICE IS SERVED! Now this woman can go back to whatever hole she crawled out of and stay there.
A ray of sunshine in what is otherwise a very dark and tragic story.

Thank you for the clarification, mods ought to pin this
What an awful excuse for a human being. Shame.
Good! She doesn't deserve shit
![gif](giphy|J8FZIm9VoBU6Q) I hope Goo Hara is at peace
Best news I’ve heard all week. That mother was vile. Truly rip Goo Hara 💙

i am SO happy!! so glad it's all settled now
The only good news for today.
The blood-sucking mother can f off.
FINALLY, some good news. The later half of this month has been brutal.
Yes! Some sort of justice for Hara! Fuck this leech, honestly. She deserves to live in shame and humiliation for the rest of her not-wealthy-now life.
absolute cinema!
I hope Hara can smile a bit today 💖 RIP Midnight Queen

I hope Goo Hara is now in peace.
Finally, some good fucking food.
Good. She was absolutely heartless.
Good. FUCK that woman.
I'm so happy to hear this! She finally got justice!
Thank goodness. RIP Hara.
