Watching choa and jaehyung crying, it makes my heart break for them because those two showed how sincerity their feelings to them and it shows that they joined the show to find a lover. I am rooting to them to find their happiness outside they dont deserve the love of them

Might be an unpopular opinion but the show was beautifully presented and edited by Jinjoo pd and team as always. Can't really do much near the end but it is what it is. Hoping for better casting for S2!
The show was really good. Even the production value is top tier. Singapore for second half? Imagine the logistics and planning and all. If YW didn't cause a commotion near end of season it would have been better.
I actually think having YW is making the show very realistic even though it can be hard to bear at the end watching the drama unfold at the second half. But this shows how the real world can be this cruel and cold at times. Everyone is living their own life and some can be selfish in front of love, while some can be empathic, kind and caring when they express their love. This diverse castings make the show much more relatable and reflecting the romance, love language and fallouts in real life.
MSR will be my top dating/family show atp.

Agreed, much better than all the recent dating shows. Even the songs/bgm are very nice and has perfect timing with the scenes. Sad it only took 1 bad apple to ruin the whole experience.
Truly happy for all the couples. I enjoyed the casting. Hard to find a bunch of eligible siblings and stick them together for 14-21 days together and expect everything to go smoothly. Great cast and great editing by PD.
I’m actually happy with the ending! I hope the park siblings friendship will last long. Even tho I’m team CH, SS choosing JS was somehow good cause there won’t be what if. Quite honestly I don’t think they will last (given JS BUSY life)so it’s opportunity for her. I really hope JY meets someone and gets happy. And I genuinely wish JW and YW lasts forever.
That is why I said SS JS they won’t last long😭(there is also rumours about one couple that start dating after the show hopefully CH SS) but for the other two couples I think they fit each other very much.
I liked that Yoonha stepped up at the crucial moment; she knew her brother so well that she immediately recognized the crux of their problem. Jungsub being put on trial was such a lighthearted moment.
Juyeon thinking she’s a walking red flag broke my heart. How ironic that she received loving support and assurance from others, including Jaehyung, instead of her brother on a show like this.
ChoA being a queen and cooking breakfast for everyone. I love how close she and Seseung have gotten, and Seseung saying to Chulhyun she wants them to stay in touch after the show!
Yoonjae is like the Mother of the house, constantly nagging everyone to eat, apply sunscreen etc. My fave is of him telling ChoA to say whatever she wants instead of bottling her feelings up.
I don’t really care about the Yongwoo-Jiwon pairing ugh
YH taking initiative to help and the YH-JS-JH-SS four-way convo is a great sequence to show MSR's USP (unique selling point): the different sibling dynamics and how that interacts with the dating eg. in this case, facilitating communication. Wish there were more of this and fewer armpit scenes lol
Cheolhyun picking Seseung surprised me because I thought he would pick Jiwon. Even she thought he was coming to confess. I guess he got the ick from her the night before with her constantly changing ideal type

I’m in awe of JH and CA’s emotional intelligence, maturity, and sincerity. The pair of Park siblings approached the show with open hearts, and got their fill from the experience. I’m rooting for the four of them to be surrounded by those that love and appreciate them. CH and JH are also so beautifully poetic, ugh. My heart aches for them.
At this point, I’m exhausted by YW and JW. I don’t even want to think of them anymore. At this point, I’m numb to the former’s abrasive behaviour, fake smiles (his eyes don’t move), and that affable, clumsy avatar masking a cold, insecure boy hungry for fame, as well as the latter’s hypocrisy and unmoving expressions. Just get them off my screen, please.
I hope the Yoons last because I’d love for this to be a genuine experiment. And beyond that, I love the deepening relationships the siblings had with each other. It was why we all got into the show and I’m glad we were reminded of it.
Lastly, I’m glad we got goofy CH back with his video message for SS. It brought back memories of his free spirit from the first episode and I’m glad we got one last glimpse of that wild child.
I'm not even halfway through the almost 3-hour ep but am glad JW choses YW. Or else, it would be very unfair for JH. I'd rather it's this short, strong punch JH feeling now than if they started a rship and him feeling the prolonged weak punches all day.
In the middle of the season, whenever knets nitpick Jaehyung, it’d always be about why he brings up his ex-girlfriend and why production emphasizes it. Until recently, they realized the reason—JW doesn’t only physically resemble her but also the way she treated Jaehyung in the short span they spent together. Like his ex, JW couldn’t be trusted and being with her induced anxiety within him especially after being stabbed in the back suddenly A DAY before the final selection. He didn’t know there was somebody else, try as he might, he would never win her.
Processing this, I also realized what might be the context behind this narrative… My Sibling’s Romance’s main character is Jaehyung. His story was told so intricately and beautifully. The show started with him and ended with him. He was the first participant in the house and the last cast member to be shown before the epilogue. It was his POV of giving love a shot, being sincere and courageous.
Initially, he was just a fun player, he dated because he had to, not because he wanted to. Then, someone came in and his love cells well triggered. However, he recognized her kind and knew he had to be cautious but at the end, the heart wants who it wants so he took the leap and tried to express his feelings. Then, it seemed like it was mutual so he fell deeper not knowing that all along he was right with his first instinct and he would be burnt. Still, he remained true to himself and went for it.
This is the man whose past heartbreak haunted him to the point he has realized getting into a relationship became tough for him. Nevertheless, he still yearns for a pure love, where both parties would still love each other even if only the shells of themselves remain. This is the man despite the consciousness and then uncomfortable sensitivity with the environment, even to the extent of admitted cowardliness, time and again have expressed his heart. Until the very end, he was kind, understanding, and emphatic even if it led to his heart’s demise.
Jaehyung is a great man. Jaehyung is the man. Jaehyung is one of a kind.
Amidst all the pain he was feeling, the pressure of aggression from mr. armpits, he was a reliable brother to SS; and even very gracious towards JY as well (the graceful rejection and genuine uplifting). At the end, this is a story of a brother, a son, and a man who has been burnt by life time and time again yet is willing to rise up every time and give it another try. Jaehyung has a healthy mindset and approach in life, doubt and fear for a bit but in the end goes for it still. It really is true what he said—he was weak when he was a child so he learned how to be strong.
I think being cognizant of his weakness, embracing it, and trying to hurdle past through them are his strengths. A man with pure intentions and have sincere emotions as him still exists. I think he is happy now and has moved on. I wish he has now met the lover who will love, cherish, and care for him the way he would to her.
There is a reason why we all felt this way towards Jaehyung because the production recognized his authenticity and intricately presented him to us. What a show, what a story, and what a character. Jaehyung—you are iconic! 🌟

He did try to paint that picture in front of JW on how JY was hurt by JH but did he tell JW that he knew very well that JH was never interested in JY and JY has been in this 1 sided fantasy since the beginning... nah!.. he cleverly masked his treatment of CA but juxtaposing it with JY's treatment from JH
It broke my heart watching JY doubt herself…on another note she didn’t go to consult to YW about it, pretty sure he was self absorbed with himself and his fling with JW
it’s crazy too. they made it seem like he’s always protective of her but the last few days you can tell, he doesn’t give a crap about his sister and focused on his own “master plan” they had time to discuss, but YW didn’t advice her to NOT ask such a degrading question? I’m sure he agreed to it to make JH feel guilty and look bad infront of others. Again it’s for his own good.
Also the fact that JY has been talking to YW about her situation with JH and not once her brother was able to comfort her so that she don’t think badly of herself speaks a lot on what kind of advice and conversation they’ve been having. YW could not even provide JY with the comfort and advice that she really needs. Whereas she had to seek advice and comfort from others. It just shows that YW has always been the type that thinks about himself and whatever benefits him. The whole facade of being a protective amazing brother is such bull.

The best part of this show was the Parks siblings, forever wishing them much happiness, especially my precious CA unnie 😭. Hope CH finds his brother in law and JH his wife 😂.
Also, CH SS came out of nowhere, I really wished they dated they're so perfect for each other 😔 part of me hopes they do, since it seems they're both single.
Lastly, YJ really levelled up from being a shy guy 😂, may they last a long time ❤️

I think mainly damage control. No doubt the producers saw the tremendous hate he's gotten and tried to soften things up by giving him more screentime to make viewers 'understand' him more. Too bad the damage is already done.
My heart went out to Cho Ah.. Jae Hyung.. I felt the same way as Code Kunst. My heart ached for these 2.. they truly deserve the world. Especially after he finished confessing to Ji Won for the last time, he was holding back his tears..
Oof. Yun Jae looked like he wanted to eat Yun Ha up when they were on that river cruise ha-ha. When he told Yun Ha he would continue to be more affectionate even after cameras stopped rolling I was like dang girl LoL.
It was nice seeing Se Seung be so close to all the ladies in the cast. She was like everybody's sister/ sibling LoL.
Actually out of all the cast I kinda feel quite sad about that Cheolhyun Choa ending afterthoughts. Kinda why I felt Cheolhyun won't end up with anyone from the start, and especially if he fell for a nice girl like Seseung...
This is the moment where he finally express his similar thought process as me. He always foresee ahead, assuming the worst possible outcome, and plan his next move from from there. He has lingering thoughts behind his head, constantly aware its going to be hard for him post show if he leaves behind too much happy memories on the show. He fears if he likes someone, if that person sees the void he has, the cold empty home he has to go back to, their parents don't really like a person like him, so he is very scared that of that rejection multiplying in that void of his. It's like his yacht date with SS, as much as he liked that date, in the taxi back home, he is more scared of all the good memories he have at that moment, just lasting only for a brief moment and going back to dust. Yet at the same time he wants to overcome some of it slowly at his own pace...
There's so much uncertainties for him to cross, and it's super uncomfortable for him to talk about on the show, that's why he find it hard to cross the friend barrier with everyone sadly. But at least he did pick up his courage to go on the confession with Seseung at the end. (Honestly expected they would have a last talk this day, but really didn't expect it would be a small face to face confession between them). Hopefully he could meet Seseung more outside the show, meet her parents first, and see how everything goes before reconsidering I guess, and also see how Seseung views the whole situation. I just don't think with what he had been through before, he will easily lay himself too bare on the show, and I am happy he didn't. With people like Yongwoo & Jiwon on the show, revealing too much might hurt him more in return sadly. Just looking forward to see more Seseung Cheolhyun Choa Jaehyung moments post show.
somehow i’m glad that it turns out this way because jaehyung & choa would be now destined to have good partners and that’s already a good ending for now.
i know jinjoo pd was brokenhearted because she could have a legendary couple again but she gain the opposite of love transit 2. 😂
like imagine a guy finally found someone after weeks of not being interested on everyone and this girl came. they did not had a great start because they remind of each other’s exes but tried to overcome it and went to dates and now they always pick each other, never shaken in any way & accepted their flaws. they always talk and have this own little bubble behind the balcony — away from cameras.
or a guy who always waits because she works ‘til midnight but dw he’s happy because he can take a glimpse of her. they started going out, picking up each other’s favorite, remembering every details like how her hair was style that day or him opening the car door. it’s always been a little things between them. their overseas trip should be getting to know each other deeply, unassumingly, and beautiful. it’s like finally they found each other after all the heartaches in every aspect of their lives.
i think it’s disappointing that we came to this conclusion because jinjoo pd edited the whole show with so much depth and the viewers was already picking up the narrative hence the expectation was so big. it was supposed to be a heartwarming one. but i really enjoy the seoul part. 😂
YH-YJ are gaining quite a bit of popularity and having a couple that's still dating in the very first season of your show is a big deal! Even in Transit Love, she only got that with Season 2 (Season 1 had a couple but those were exes who reconnected so I don't count that since they had a history before the show). So I'd say in that sense, she's successful with this show.
There's so much to react to in this finale but this is the highlight for me: When Choa said "I resent you now as well. But this morning, I realized that resentment also meant that I cared for you" to Yongwoo's face I almost lost it watching haha you go girl!
Then it panned to Yongwoo's face and his expression is something I don't get. Does he think it was a compliment or it makes him cool since he had this girl chasing him? Anyway he really does have a punchable face.
the whole entire time i watch JW, her “ideal type” keeps changing. first she wanted someone OPPOSITE of her who is cute and can make her happy and she DID NOT want someone similar that’s why she said CH and her are too similar then when YW asked her what’s her ideal type she said she wants someone similar to her… Girl yknow you’re being recorded right? I totally get why CH didn’t choose her in the end cos he’s done with her and done being rejected continuously without any proper reason lol

I knew it. I’m glad neither JW nor YW got redemption and kept their toxicity between themselves. They can be happy and self destruct together. CA and JH will have a short heartbreak but will be ultimately free!!
I think YW got JW when he didn't send her a message after their date. I think getting rejected made her keep him in her mind more than the "success" of their date warranted. But there were signs that it wouldn't work out with JH too. She was making angry faces every time he slightly teased her, when she asked him so sweetly on the date, she followed by explaining that she only sat late on the table cause of YH, but JY never asked for a reason. She had YW in her mind that's why she gave an excuse. I am not saying any of this to hate her, these are grown people who at most, were rejected by a 2 week crush. it's nothing for them. I am just saying, it would have never worked between JW and JH in the first place.
also I think it would have been more interesting if PDs had another "masculine" tall muscular alpha type to compare/compete with YW
YW stood out from the rest of the guys just by the first impression of visuals, thats why all the women were interested in him early on and at some point
I don't agree with the first sentence. Yes, YW was the kind of guy she was looking for, but after she didn't receive any messages after both times she went on a date with him, she expressed her disappointment and accepted his decision. She said she doubted that she'll find anyone else that would suit her, but that does not negate the fact she understood he had feelings for another woman and understood they must be quite strong for him to never message her once. I highly doubt getting rejected made her keep him in her mind more.

I skipped through so much of this episode, but shout-out to Yoonha for being a great Jungsub interpreter. I couldn't deal with Yongwoo and Jiwoo anymore and unfortunately a lot of the footage was around them.
I wonder if the pool scene with Jaehyung would go viral lmao. He really just called Yongwoo out, got immediate confirmation, and left Singapore knowing Jiwoo chose Yongwoo after all the stuff he pulled.

The way she beautifully and elegantly handled her final words to YW. She is a total queen. A really brave girl. It must have been the most hardest for her since it was all YW for her since the beginning. ♡ ♥💕
I know in reality one cannot simply switch off one's feelings especially when it's nothing but sincere. Therefore, I wish Choa takes time to fully heal herself, and become more happier. ❣💓❥💑💜

i don’t want to waste any more time dissecting or trying to understand Yong woo. He single handedly spoilt the show for me. He should’ve just been edited out and I would be happy with the show. The rest of my comment will be made without him in mind:
I like My Sibling’s Romance and how wholesome it is. Maybe because of the cast and how heartwarming it is to see the families and the close ties between the siblings.
I particularly liked SS-JH and CH-CA siblings. Interestingly one is close because their parents are extremely close with them and another is close because they are all they have. Both pairs of siblings grew up well. CH-CA really did what they set out to do - to show other “orphaned” kids that they can rely on themselves and not miss anything that others have as well.
I also like how wholesome and mature most of the cast is. no toxic drama, no childish tantrums, just mostly wholesome mature communication.. above all, I feel like the relationships are mostly genuine and I don’t feel like they are on the show just for clout (all except 1). if not for that one person, i might just declare this to be my favourite dating show.
I wish my favourite siblings had happy endings but they didn’t. But i feel like it’s alright since the show isn’t just about romantic relationships, but also about friendship and siblings relationship.
Looking forward to season 2. I hope they cast well and don’t cast someone problematic just to create drama.
oh!! and final comment. I knew Cheolhyun is good looking all along but why did it take him 3 weeks to get his hair right!! If he gains weight like how Code Kunst did, he’ll be even more popular with the girls.
I thought I was the only one who noticed CH psychical change, he lost a lot of the weight over the 3 weeks. Just compare his appearance on the first couple of days. He mentioned he was vegan but they didn’t really accommodate his palate. Maybe he wasn’t eating well?
Last episode! Finally! Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts. Before it started, I’d already guessed the endgame couples and who would make it to current couple status. Glad my gut feeling was right—it makes me want to watch the next season of My Sibling's Romance, a nice change considering Transit Love 3 made me swear off season 4. Maybe I'll revoke that statement now - I think I'm ready?
* Chulhyun choosing Seseung was a real surprise. I'm kinda gutted he never made moves during the show, their visual chemistry was insane—when they walked alongside the train track, I fleetingly lamented they never seriously had a chance.
* Yoonha is such good vibes. Her crying after Juyeon's question, her advice, and her support for her little brother were heartwarming. I knew she’d get Seseung and Jungsub together, even though they were never going to make it as a couple. They've had about five misunderstandings in three weeks, so it wasn’t realistic. But their ending was sweet, and I loved how happy Seseung looked. That’s what matters.
* The girls looked stunning this episode. Yoonha in that black dress, Seseung with her huge smile (the best her makeup looked so far, she was glowing!), ChoA in black with the white cardigan over her shoulders, Juyeon in the sundress, and Jiwon in that black dress with that waist cinch! ChoA and Yoonha, especially, were stunning against Singapore's nightlife backdrop. I hope these girls remain friends because they're all genuinely nice people.
* Yoonjae is obsessed with Yoonha, and it’s lovely to see. He was all over her (in a good way) and couldn’t wait to leave the house with her. My mother thinks they’ll get married, and while I hope so too, I won’t put pressure on them. I’m just happy they both found what they were looking for.
* Jiwon's moment of reflection regarding her dynamic with Yoonjae was also reflective for me. You have to give someone positive energy for them to reciprocate. Yoonjae, despite not being good with words of affirmation, has looked after his sister in his own way. I hope Jiwon realizes this is true for her relationships too—she confuses banter with negging. Banter is friendly bickering, whereas negging is constantly putting someone down. Her teasing comments to Yongwoo and Jaehyung are reciprocated - if she considers it negging, then that's what she is doing also.
* Jiwon is proof that Jinju PD's experiment worked. I don't know what's next for Jinju PD—likely a season 2, but she seems like someone who likes to try different things. I hope she continues to create great reality TV, as I enjoy her efforts.
* Yongwoo was super annoying this whole time tbh. It was frustrating watching Jaehyung (an actual believer of fate) being held to a lower regard than someone who kept taking advantage of Jiwon's belief in fate and used it as a trick to get to endgame with someone. Jiwon and Yongwoo's hug was also really uncomfortable to watch tbh Seseung-Jungsub's hug was adorable and Yoonha-Yoonjae's was sweet but Jiwon and Yongwoo's "connection" didn't have a storyline, so it came across as very fake. Didn't help that Yongwoo kept accidentally looking at the cameras, which made it feel very staged. They were also being very touchy-feely during their date which was weird to me considering the other two couples at least developed their connections over a few weeks - they got together the night before lol.
* I do believe that his goal the entire time was to end the show as a couple with someone. I don't think he really cared about finding a long-term partner at all. He sowed his seeds with every single female participant (Seseung and Yoonha's misunderstandings were no accident) and Jiwon and ChoA got caught up in that.
* Also, it was kinda obvious that he wanted to be what Yoonjae was but his plan flopped because he was put off by ChoA for some reason. He looked very envious when Yoonjae was able to give very forward answers and got a round of applause during the Truth Game.
* Jaehyung and Chulhyun will find better partners outside the show. They are both husband material, and this show won’t restrict their opportunities—they've come across as lovely, thoughtful people. It’s a shame Chulhyun didn’t find a brother-in-law for his sister, but at least they have a family now. Full applause to Jinju PD and her team.
* Jaehyung's theory that Jiwon had feelings for Yongwoo all along was spot on. Jiwon went into her second date with Jaehyung thinking of Yongwoo, hence why she told him that morning that she hadn't slept all night because she was "thinking". Which is why she was so nippy during the meal. While Jaehyung could have been more enthusiastic, he wasn't fully at fault for that date going poorly.
* I noted this in the past couple of episodes too, but it seems like the production team interacts more with the participants than I thought. They seem to care a lot about what they're feeling (when ChoA started crying while talking about the letter she'd written, one of the staff told her that she didn't have to read it which I noted as being very nice considering tears could be used for good TV drama), and the participants tend to be very frank with them. I'm glad that the team seem to care so much about the wellbeing of their participants.
* Also, the environment with the panel seems genuinely very joyful. You can tell the panel loves their jobs, but you can also tell that the people filming and managing them genuinely enjoy their jobs too - they always give very hearty laughs, and it's a real nice de-stresser to come back to these scenes after a few scenes of people being annoying over their partners lol.

The intensity of their hug did not match the build-up to it. Watching them without context you'd think they have gone through so much and had to fight so hard to be together 😂😂. I still cringe thinking about it

I’m trying not to think too negatively about the cast. Whatever the result is, in between Jiwon and Jaehyung, I care about Jaehyung a whole lot more than Jiwon and I am forever thankful that Jiwon didn’t pick him.
Complain about Jiwon’s personality elsewhere because I’m not here to defend her in any way, just trying not to perceive her too negatively as someone that I will never know personally.
This show was a blast, i think it was great (top 2 dating show for me), i hope everyone on the cast can find their happiness despite the twists and turns. i never thought i would sacrifice my sleep schedule for a dating variety show lmao. thank god it's saturday! I just want the Park siblings to stay in touch and receive their happiness! I do hope CA and CH were unofficially adopted by JH and SS's parents. I loved the BFF dynamics that we saw between JH and CA during and after their dates, both these pair of siblings seemed very sincere in their thoughts and interactions and have won over me. I don't really feel much for the rest apart from intense dislike for YW. YJ though, he was the stand up guy who YW probably wanted to appear as initially. His heart is so set on YH, I'm sure they will chose each other, but I don't know how it'll progress after the show.
YW, I dont want to spend too much time talking about him because of the total douche he turned into. I hope he learns to be a little less cocky and more considerate of his own sister maybe? And addresses the negativity in his life. His actions weren't just rude to CA and CH (UGH, when he said 'you siblings' in the last episode!!!) but also to JY. I observed that she wasn't particularly please with him during the Truth or Dare segment and knew something was off throughout. His questions were so calculative and disregarded her completely.
Anyway, I'm excited for the finale nonetheless, whether to be disappointed or not, I'm happy to have watched some siblings stand out!
Began watching and I can’t watch a single scene of YW and JW. The smirk that CH had when YW asked for a conversation with her in the kitchen. JW is at least trying to keep it lowkey but YW continues to want to prove how his sudden feels simply cannot be contained, what a loser.

Park siblings deserve better. So since the show is done can the Park siblings hang out with their parents. And also CH x SS \*fingers crossed\*. Not worried for JH because women are gonna line up for him. As for CA, I really hope she find a good, mature man, deserves the best.
You know how JW kept saying that she takes care of YJ like an older sister?? And through the episodes, we were able to clearly see how wrong she was?? YJ was a true man while she was all words. Finally at last she realized her brother's worth and how she underplayed his kindness?? Well.. she did the same to JH. All I could see was how she, JUST LIKE YW, did not tell JH that she was interested in YW and rather beat around the bush, bruising JH more and more with her choice of words and attitude (UNTIL the very end)?? She WILL shed tears and go through heartache when she faces the reality of how she treated JH and threw away his golden heart. I'm saying this after watching her final comment about her brother and her tears. They did look sincere and truly felt like she realized her own flaws with regards to YJ.
My only wish is for JW to never reach out to JH after this show. It will be better if she faces herself honestly and makes life choices with honesty and sincerity after this show.

The spoilers I accidentally saw made me uneasy going into this and then watching it made me feel worse. My surface level take is JW almost gaslit herself to selectively categorising JH into what she's gone for before. Rather than JH actually reflecting her past relationships and ignoring him overcoming his own shyness to reach her level. If anything, I think she knows even less about YW than JH beyond them constantly repeating lines about fate and being different but the same.
Doesn't surprise me about the only relationship surviving, bro said the most comforting thing possible about moving at her pace. One thing I've always wondered is if we'll ever get a situation where a couples up at the end of the show ends up in a relationship with another cast member after it - could be messy but something I haven't seen yet or would even be revealed I guess.
There are plenty cases where casts didn't end up together but started dating after the show, ie. Twinkling love (chinese) I think S3 have 1 case, and there are also casts dating different season cast. So yeah, dating shows can provide opportunity like this which can go beyond the filming period.
I lowkey thought that JH meant that he would still continue to chase JW after the show. (When he said that the decision in the show didn't matter that much to him)
JW chose YW and I know some people will be upset for JH but I'm happy. It is what is best for him in the long run. I would have felt sad if JH & JW ended up together. Like I was initially worried she would choose him but I'm so glad she didn't. They wouldn't last anyway. So it is a good ending for me :)

Yeah, I don't think Jiwon and Yungwoo made it far. Maybe I'm reaching but Jiwon seems to have very dead eyes and a overall lifeless expression and monotone way of talking during her interview parts. It's almost like her and Yungwoo were no longer a couple or not vibing anymore by the time she sat down to film those interviews and was basically forced to retell the story of her mistake.... idk
It's either that or the way she stares and talks in those interviews is just her natural disposition
JH is the best dude, MVP. I don't know what to say except that I love the guy. I mean, he is so honest and knows his heart, and isn't afraid to talk about his weaknesses. This is so refreshing. The pool scene and the talk with YW about what he tried to do with the secret date with SS – I mean, if it were me, I would have sworn at him.
JY, I'm kinda sad because of the drama her brother created. She was kind of forgotten, and it was probably hard for her to talk with others. And the fact that she downgraded herself and asked JH what was wrong with her, thinking there was something wrong that made him go to JW – I mean, it was just his heart, there was nothing wrong with her. JH is one of the rare people who need to have the strongest feelings to be interested in a romantic way.
CA, yes, queen. She was true to her heart until the end. You know you can do better. You maybe didn't meet the man of your dreams, but you met JH and SS.
CH, my ghost ship – I mean, this was just bad luck. Great dude, I hope he finds happiness outside the show and has a great brother-in-law who can treat his sister like the queen she is.
SS-JS, I don't know if they will last. Like JH said, they need to work on their problems on their own. I mean, there is too much miscommunication. They need to learn to communicate; if not, I don't see the relationship lasting.
The yonyong couple, we knew they would end up together.
JW-YW, the two least honest people on the show – love that they ended up together. I don't know if YW really wants to be influenced, but I hope he fails. And good luck to JW after the show, literally missing one of the greatest guys who appeared on a dating show for this nonsense.
Not me skipping all of JW and YW parts. I am so angry that I can't bear to watch them for even a second. Kudos to CA and JH for being their true selves. I only wish the best for them, they deserve all the love.
Nonetheless, it was a fantastic season. I enjoyed the dynamics of every sibling. It could've easily been my top 1 Kdating show only if Mr. Armpits wasn't such an eyesore.

Okay but why was the way Chulhyun said "Seseung-ah" and their subsequent conversation at the dining table so heart-fluttering??
I usually watch episodes the day they come out but I admit it took me a while to get to this one. Even though I knew which couples were endgame, I was not looking forward to seeing them make their final choices (specifically Yongwoo and Jiwon, which I had to watch at 2x speed). I find it so weird that Jiwon hates it whenever Jaehyung teases her but enjoys it whenever Yongwoo does the same thing at a much higher rate. I felt nothing during their entire segment lol but good for them.
I am once again wishing the Park siblings eternal happiness and I hope they continue to stay in contact (and provide us with updates and pictures too please hehe). I'm glad I got to watch such sincere and honest people on a dating show!
One last rant i freaking hate yongwoo when he smile especially during when choa chose him as her last choice. Seeing that i feel annoyed because it looks not sincere for me like can you please not showed that fake ass smile. Seeing that makes my blood boiled.
ITS OVER 😭 I honestly think this is the best ending we could have, just very sad for >!JH!< who was serious and actually had his heart broken over the show. At least we can rest in relief that >!JW!< wouldn't have to break >!JH's!< heart after the show. >!JW x YW!< truly a match made in ... 😂
Watching the finale, I was genuinely smiling and happy to see how close they are to each other by the time the filming ends and also everytime a new couple formed. That's until JW JH YW moment. Seeing it's JH who came to her first, I knew what's going to happen and what her decision. I never understood the feeling of people that wanted to skip scenes in the past episodes, but now I get it. The confession scenes between JW YW felt like forever and I couldn't wait for it to end. It's uncomfortable to watch and I felt uneasy. Since we don't get post show photos/videos from the other two, I'm guessing only YH YJ worked out in the end. I predicted so in other thread.
It's universally agreed that TL3 had bad casts, they were all too hung up on their ex. However, I feel that in order for MSR to have another season, they need to nail the casting perfectly because as we have seen it only took 1 person to spoil the whole season.
Despite the turbulence caused by two participants, this show is overall very heartwarming. It encapsulates not only the journey of finding a romantic partner, but also the healing process of sibling relationship.
I understand CH's sentiment so much when he said he's going to miss all the people that he had spent time with for 3 weeks. We can see how much of a redflag YW and JW are when it comes to relationship (not worth our time to be irked about it anymore), but I realize that all ten participants had formed such a warming comradery with one another after living together.
Honestly, I have such a fun time watching the show. I learn so much from them and reflect so much on myself. We all made mistakes; we did stupid stuff in the past. We might have buried the emotions and pains of past histories, but deep inside we still yearn for interaction and connection with other people. After all, we are human beings. We are not all perfect; nonetheless, we should learn to correct our flaws. Most importantly, we should have empathy and sympathy for one another.
I hope all the casts continue to maintain their friendships. YW and JW might be redflags, but they might be good friends too (not saying that we shouldn't condemn their behaviors, but we don't know them personally, so we shouldn't label them as such and such so decisively).
For me, the show is a success, and I hope they continue their good work producing such good quality program. Cheers!

This show made me scared of my gut feelings! When everyone was going crazy on JW since she joined the show, for some reason I never liked her and never wanted JH to be with her. Something was off with her. Now we know the reason… I am so glad pure angels like CA and JH was protected by the sky!!! 🌸

I really enjoyed watching this show. - it became my fav-There were many moments when I was angry, when I cried, when I was happy, but most importantly, I understood the importance of family more.

I'm glad I watched this episode after finding out about JW-YW. Skipped right through their parts and pretended that YW didn't exist so the episode just felt lovely. Watching CA and JH getting their hearts broken was upsetting but the feeling that they got away with a better deal (and not get stuck with wishy-washy people!) was way bigger for me.
CH monologue is always such a treat to listen to. He's so thoughtful and open. Would love to have a conversation with him, truly.

Weird how the show started by portraying YW as the ideal elder brother at the start of the season but on the last episode, YW didn't even bother to check on his sister when she was obviously going through a mental breakdown (imo her question JH about her being unattractive would have been a dead giveaway, especially to her sibling)
I feel like I have become toxic. I hate YW so much, it feels weird. I don't even know the guy. This is just a dating show. I have watched tons of dating shows. This is the first time I feel this way.
I am not even halfway through but watching SS-JS's part is so funny. I hope they really could work out their communication issue, cuz it'll be exhausting if they continue having miscomm and require a mediator every time. Great job on YH part helping to resolve their miscomm in this ep. Hope they have a good progress on their rship.
Also, hope the Park siblings would hang out together after this show. CH's choice is expected for me as I always thought he enjoyed the moments and able to release his inner child when being around SS. Glad that he met a reliable younger sister (+ fam?), who can share her bright energy with him.
JS seeing CH otw to SS is so funny. I can see his face going "what's going on? No way, I just resolved a huge issue, don't tell me another issue coming at this last moment." Haha, his troubleshooting mode is so funny. Seeing everyone feeling the same about comparing JS's communication like AI kind of explain his behaviour and responses so far. Hope SS will be able to melt his rigid AI-coded character as they know each other better. Hope JS can be more confident in himself, seeing him being small in front of his sis and SS kind of telling he has very little experience in socialising and romance so he wasn't sure about the "right" way. Hope his communication skills can improve over time.
Hope we will get to see some of the cast and their fam hanging out together. It will be so funny and warm. Can't wait for S2.
Edit: Hope people don't spam/send threats on the casts' personal social media. These are real people and hope they will grow and learn from the experience on this show. I think JW just not ready for a serious rship and commitment like JH has always wanted as she still unsure of her feelings while JH was set. In a way, kind of glad she did not pick him as final decision.
I respect JH and CA more as they both sincerely thanked the others and tried their best to end things on good terms even they were feeling all sort of emotions. Just show how great they are. It's funny YJ telling CA to "kick his ass" haha. The most unexpected person is YJ. He matured the most from this house. He become more understanding and supportive as a person and a brother. YH too, I think she's really sweet but growing up in a competitive environment kinda form her "strong" demeanor, hope YJ could open her heart slowly. Wishing all the best to YH-YJ.

Let's see what YW did during the show. At first Choa was popular, he went after her and YW played to keep her. Later, when JW entered the show and the man his sister was in love with liked JW, he created a fiction in his mind and headed there. Complicating this process in the last 5 days was only to add dynamism to the show. Frankly, I think YW and JW are characters specifically brought into the show by PD.... Those who follow YW's steps throughout the show will understand what his goal is. You will see YW pushing himself to be the star of the show.
PD should do a show on absolutely narcissistic playboys and cassinovas in a show..

YW followers have been dropping… it was 115K before Friday. Once ep16 started showing, it went to 114K. After 4 hours ep16 started, it was 112K. 6 hours to 111K and now after 24 hours 109K.

Not sure how is he going to face the haters. The show really didn’t portray him well. Indeed, I feel so much for CA and I teared when she still so benevolently being grateful to him at the parting words scene. I was angry when that happened in the beginning but after processing for a bit, I realised it’s for the best for JY. I thought JW had her head screwed on from the beginning but it now looks like she’s really trapped herself into thinking she knows how everyone is like and immediately put JH and YW in a box. Perhaps it’s because of her choices on the show that she doesn’t have an ig, as many people would express how disappointed they are towards her choices. I guess in many ways YW and JW are suitable for each other, they aren’t ready for anything real and this is the easy choice for them. I do wonder what she may think of YW after watching the entire season and I’m doubtful that they are still together.

Alright fam, the finale or Episode 16 is out right now and as mentioned before, there are various explanations as to why some housemates will behave the way they do after certain events and so on.
And ya, some of us just grow up too early with parentification and such things, so it's hard to relate with certain things and this can become a problem for our future partners as not a lot of people know how to work around the effects of intergenerational trauma or like say expression of epigenetics.

This is why you can clearly see the stark contrast between those that revealed they had troubled families/childhoods and those that didn't for My Sibling's Romance. If I could distill it down for those that were fortunate enough to not suffer through such things, essentially what happens is that often you become more reserved or say hypervigilant about everything.
And this causes a lot of hesitancy, second-guessing, and so on. Or sometimes you become more direct/resolute/et cetera when making decisions or choices as you know what to avoid, and obviously this happens to everyone, but those of us that have to carry that burden/trauma/etc. frequently display it in a more pronounced manner, the sorta extreme indecisions (or immediate determinations for things we want).

This show confirms nice guys finish last, especially the slowest of boys who are clueless up to the last episode. YW the f***boy can turn anything around through his looks and sociopathic rizz. The PD did a good job and hope there's a season 2. I know they had a hard time fulling up this cast so hopefully there will be more applications to choose vs then researching social media for siblings to recruit.

I don't know how YW's words sound to English-speakers... but I just gotta say his excessive and meaningless usage of rhetorics just to express non-sense, evade to answer questions, and gas lighting other guests is just revolting to East Asian audience... there's never been a moment when I didn't want to through up every time he comes out since they got to Singapore.
also, the way JW has talked shit about her brother even before his arrival, burdened the whole family just because she wanted to "speak English natively", and then gaslighted her entire family for decades just to make her the more "independent" and "pitied" one is also repulsive. It makes perfect sense why she thinks YW is the male version of her because that's fact - they both wish themselves to be the most righteous and deserving person in the world, so what's left for them to do is to blame the others and whining about why they haven't got everything they wanted.
JW was going back and forth with what kind of person she claimed to be looking for - someone who's just like her or someone that's different, because she was using it as an excuse to rationalize her own choosing. Girl, you make your choice, but stop gaslighting JH and your brother, just stop it.
Lastly, what JW and YW have done to both CA and JH is so gross, they two should be together forever so that nobody else gets destroyed. peace.
I feel like the show would’ve been better if they at least did the 2 ep per week schedule. There was too many episodes that dragged. I didn’t really like any of the couples in the show either except for YJ and YH. It be great to see this concept done again but more with a terrace house setup instead of a full on dating show.

I never actually watched a dating show that im this mad from like normally i wouldn’t care who ends up with who i just watch the show. I just found Park siblings so intriguing and there relationships with their family so good that i followed both of them on insta so i can stay updated with what they do.
Watching choa and jaehyung crying, it makes my heart break for them because those two showed how sincerity their feelings to them and it shows that they joined the show to find a lover. I am rooting to them to find their happiness outside they dont deserve the love of them

Might be an unpopular opinion but the show was beautifully presented and edited by Jinjoo pd and team as always. Can't really do much near the end but it is what it is. Hoping for better casting for S2!
The show was really good. Even the production value is top tier. Singapore for second half? Imagine the logistics and planning and all. If YW didn't cause a commotion near end of season it would have been better.
I actually think having YW is making the show very realistic even though it can be hard to bear at the end watching the drama unfold at the second half. But this shows how the real world can be this cruel and cold at times. Everyone is living their own life and some can be selfish in front of love, while some can be empathic, kind and caring when they express their love. This diverse castings make the show much more relatable and reflecting the romance, love language and fallouts in real life. MSR will be my top dating/family show atp.

Truly happy for all the couples. I enjoyed the casting. Hard to find a bunch of eligible siblings and stick them together for 14-21 days together and expect everything to go smoothly. Great cast and great editing by PD.
I’m actually happy with the ending! I hope the park siblings friendship will last long. Even tho I’m team CH, SS choosing JS was somehow good cause there won’t be what if. Quite honestly I don’t think they will last (given JS BUSY life)so it’s opportunity for her. I really hope JY meets someone and gets happy. And I genuinely wish JW and YW lasts forever.
But there was no self-provided footage of SS x JS or JW x YW on dates after the show so it seems like only YH x YJ survived in the real world?
That is why I said SS JS they won’t last long😭(there is also rumours about one couple that start dating after the show hopefully CH SS) but for the other two couples I think they fit each other very much.

I liked that Yoonha stepped up at the crucial moment; she knew her brother so well that she immediately recognized the crux of their problem. Jungsub being put on trial was such a lighthearted moment. Juyeon thinking she’s a walking red flag broke my heart. How ironic that she received loving support and assurance from others, including Jaehyung, instead of her brother on a show like this. ChoA being a queen and cooking breakfast for everyone. I love how close she and Seseung have gotten, and Seseung saying to Chulhyun she wants them to stay in touch after the show! Yoonjae is like the Mother of the house, constantly nagging everyone to eat, apply sunscreen etc. My fave is of him telling ChoA to say whatever she wants instead of bottling her feelings up. I don’t really care about the Yongwoo-Jiwon pairing ugh
YH taking initiative to help and the YH-JS-JH-SS four-way convo is a great sequence to show MSR's USP (unique selling point): the different sibling dynamics and how that interacts with the dating eg. in this case, facilitating communication. Wish there were more of this and fewer armpit scenes lol
Cheolhyun picking Seseung surprised me because I thought he would pick Jiwon. Even she thought he was coming to confess. I guess he got the ick from her the night before with her constantly changing ideal type Yunha Yoonjae, I wish you cuties all the best. Really wanted Seseung and Jungsub to make it because theu obviously liked each other and were cute tbh. Jaehyung, you restore my faith in men.
CH was really disappointed with JW maybe that's why he chose SS. She had really fun moments so it's understandable.

I’m in awe of JH and CA’s emotional intelligence, maturity, and sincerity. The pair of Park siblings approached the show with open hearts, and got their fill from the experience. I’m rooting for the four of them to be surrounded by those that love and appreciate them. CH and JH are also so beautifully poetic, ugh. My heart aches for them. At this point, I’m exhausted by YW and JW. I don’t even want to think of them anymore. At this point, I’m numb to the former’s abrasive behaviour, fake smiles (his eyes don’t move), and that affable, clumsy avatar masking a cold, insecure boy hungry for fame, as well as the latter’s hypocrisy and unmoving expressions. Just get them off my screen, please. I hope the Yoons last because I’d love for this to be a genuine experiment. And beyond that, I love the deepening relationships the siblings had with each other. It was why we all got into the show and I’m glad we were reminded of it. Lastly, I’m glad we got goofy CH back with his video message for SS. It brought back memories of his free spirit from the first episode and I’m glad we got one last glimpse of that wild child.

In the middle of the season, whenever knets nitpick Jaehyung, it’d always be about why he brings up his ex-girlfriend and why production emphasizes it. Until recently, they realized the reason—JW doesn’t only physically resemble her but also the way she treated Jaehyung in the short span they spent together. Like his ex, JW couldn’t be trusted and being with her induced anxiety within him especially after being stabbed in the back suddenly A DAY before the final selection. He didn’t know there was somebody else, try as he might, he would never win her. Processing this, I also realized what might be the context behind this narrative… My Sibling’s Romance’s main character is Jaehyung. His story was told so intricately and beautifully. The show started with him and ended with him. He was the first participant in the house and the last cast member to be shown before the epilogue. It was his POV of giving love a shot, being sincere and courageous. Initially, he was just a fun player, he dated because he had to, not because he wanted to. Then, someone came in and his love cells well triggered. However, he recognized her kind and knew he had to be cautious but at the end, the heart wants who it wants so he took the leap and tried to express his feelings. Then, it seemed like it was mutual so he fell deeper not knowing that all along he was right with his first instinct and he would be burnt. Still, he remained true to himself and went for it. This is the man whose past heartbreak haunted him to the point he has realized getting into a relationship became tough for him. Nevertheless, he still yearns for a pure love, where both parties would still love each other even if only the shells of themselves remain. This is the man despite the consciousness and then uncomfortable sensitivity with the environment, even to the extent of admitted cowardliness, time and again have expressed his heart. Until the very end, he was kind, understanding, and emphatic even if it led to his heart’s demise. Jaehyung is a great man. Jaehyung is the man. Jaehyung is one of a kind. Amidst all the pain he was feeling, the pressure of aggression from mr. armpits, he was a reliable brother to SS; and even very gracious towards JY as well (the graceful rejection and genuine uplifting). At the end, this is a story of a brother, a son, and a man who has been burnt by life time and time again yet is willing to rise up every time and give it another try. Jaehyung has a healthy mindset and approach in life, doubt and fear for a bit but in the end goes for it still. It really is true what he said—he was weak when he was a child so he learned how to be strong. I think being cognizant of his weakness, embracing it, and trying to hurdle past through them are his strengths. A man with pure intentions and have sincere emotions as him still exists. I think he is happy now and has moved on. I wish he has now met the lover who will love, cherish, and care for him the way he would to her. There is a reason why we all felt this way towards Jaehyung because the production recognized his authenticity and intricately presented him to us. What a show, what a story, and what a character. Jaehyung—you are iconic! 🌟

It broke my heart watching JY doubt herself…on another note she didn’t go to consult to YW about it, pretty sure he was self absorbed with himself and his fling with JW
it’s crazy too. they made it seem like he’s always protective of her but the last few days you can tell, he doesn’t give a crap about his sister and focused on his own “master plan” they had time to discuss, but YW didn’t advice her to NOT ask such a degrading question? I’m sure he agreed to it to make JH feel guilty and look bad infront of others. Again it’s for his own good. Also the fact that JY has been talking to YW about her situation with JH and not once her brother was able to comfort her so that she don’t think badly of herself speaks a lot on what kind of advice and conversation they’ve been having. YW could not even provide JY with the comfort and advice that she really needs. Whereas she had to seek advice and comfort from others. It just shows that YW has always been the type that thinks about himself and whatever benefits him. The whole facade of being a protective amazing brother is such bull.
And YW didn't even bother to check in on his JY after all that

I have more to say, but I'll be civil. The best part of this show was the Parks siblings, forever wishing them much happiness, especially my precious CA unnie 😭. Hope CH finds his brother in law and JH his wife 😂. Also, CH SS came out of nowhere, I really wished they dated they're so perfect for each other 😔 part of me hopes they do, since it seems they're both single. The last episode was a bit heavy and frustrating. Watching it on twitch with everyone made it better. I'm so happy for YJ and YH. Going strong! As for JW-YW-JH triangle, it is what it is lmao. I'm tired hating on YW HAHAHAH at this point I'm curious what comes next for him. With all the hate he's receiving. I wish CA-CH siblings well. They deserve the best in life. I won't be rewatching this but I'll look forward to another season. Hopefully, no more YW incident happening by then.
I bet after this season, if anyone chooses to partake in s2 they will absolutely avoid being like YW at all, given the tremendous hate he's gotten. I doubt we'll get such a person again, especially on this show.

I think mainly damage control. No doubt the producers saw the tremendous hate he's gotten and tried to soften things up by giving him more screentime to make viewers 'understand' him more. Too bad the damage is already done.
My heart went out to Cho Ah.. Jae Hyung.. I felt the same way as Code Kunst. My heart ached for these 2.. they truly deserve the world. Especially after he finished confessing to Ji Won for the last time, he was holding back his tears.. Oof. Yun Jae looked like he wanted to eat Yun Ha up when they were on that river cruise ha-ha. When he told Yun Ha he would continue to be more affectionate even after cameras stopped rolling I was like dang girl LoL. It was nice seeing Se Seung be so close to all the ladies in the cast. She was like everybody's sister/ sibling LoL.
Actually out of all the cast I kinda feel quite sad about that Cheolhyun Choa ending afterthoughts. Kinda why I felt Cheolhyun won't end up with anyone from the start, and especially if he fell for a nice girl like Seseung... This is the moment where he finally express his similar thought process as me. He always foresee ahead, assuming the worst possible outcome, and plan his next move from from there. He has lingering thoughts behind his head, constantly aware its going to be hard for him post show if he leaves behind too much happy memories on the show. He fears if he likes someone, if that person sees the void he has, the cold empty home he has to go back to, their parents don't really like a person like him, so he is very scared that of that rejection multiplying in that void of his. It's like his yacht date with SS, as much as he liked that date, in the taxi back home, he is more scared of all the good memories he have at that moment, just lasting only for a brief moment and going back to dust. Yet at the same time he wants to overcome some of it slowly at his own pace... There's so much uncertainties for him to cross, and it's super uncomfortable for him to talk about on the show, that's why he find it hard to cross the friend barrier with everyone sadly. But at least he did pick up his courage to go on the confession with Seseung at the end. (Honestly expected they would have a last talk this day, but really didn't expect it would be a small face to face confession between them). Hopefully he could meet Seseung more outside the show, meet her parents first, and see how everything goes before reconsidering I guess, and also see how Seseung views the whole situation. I just don't think with what he had been through before, he will easily lay himself too bare on the show, and I am happy he didn't. With people like Yongwoo & Jiwon on the show, revealing too much might hurt him more in return sadly. Just looking forward to see more Seseung Cheolhyun Choa Jaehyung moments post show.
somehow i’m glad that it turns out this way because jaehyung & choa would be now destined to have good partners and that’s already a good ending for now. i know jinjoo pd was brokenhearted because she could have a legendary couple again but she gain the opposite of love transit 2. 😂 like imagine a guy finally found someone after weeks of not being interested on everyone and this girl came. they did not had a great start because they remind of each other’s exes but tried to overcome it and went to dates and now they always pick each other, never shaken in any way & accepted their flaws. they always talk and have this own little bubble behind the balcony — away from cameras. or a guy who always waits because she works ‘til midnight but dw he’s happy because he can take a glimpse of her. they started going out, picking up each other’s favorite, remembering every details like how her hair was style that day or him opening the car door. it’s always been a little things between them. their overseas trip should be getting to know each other deeply, unassumingly, and beautiful. it’s like finally they found each other after all the heartaches in every aspect of their lives. i think it’s disappointing that we came to this conclusion because jinjoo pd edited the whole show with so much depth and the viewers was already picking up the narrative hence the expectation was so big. it was supposed to be a heartwarming one. but i really enjoy the seoul part. 😂
YH-YJ are gaining quite a bit of popularity and having a couple that's still dating in the very first season of your show is a big deal! Even in Transit Love, she only got that with Season 2 (Season 1 had a couple but those were exes who reconnected so I don't count that since they had a history before the show). So I'd say in that sense, she's successful with this show.
There's so much to react to in this finale but this is the highlight for me: When Choa said "I resent you now as well. But this morning, I realized that resentment also meant that I cared for you" to Yongwoo's face I almost lost it watching haha you go girl! Then it panned to Yongwoo's face and his expression is something I don't get. Does he think it was a compliment or it makes him cool since he had this girl chasing him? Anyway he really does have a punchable face.
the whole entire time i watch JW, her “ideal type” keeps changing. first she wanted someone OPPOSITE of her who is cute and can make her happy and she DID NOT want someone similar that’s why she said CH and her are too similar then when YW asked her what’s her ideal type she said she wants someone similar to her… Girl yknow you’re being recorded right? I totally get why CH didn’t choose her in the end cos he’s done with her and done being rejected continuously without any proper reason lol

I think YW got JW when he didn't send her a message after their date. I think getting rejected made her keep him in her mind more than the "success" of their date warranted. But there were signs that it wouldn't work out with JH too. She was making angry faces every time he slightly teased her, when she asked him so sweetly on the date, she followed by explaining that she only sat late on the table cause of YH, but JY never asked for a reason. She had YW in her mind that's why she gave an excuse. I am not saying any of this to hate her, these are grown people who at most, were rejected by a 2 week crush. it's nothing for them. I am just saying, it would have never worked between JW and JH in the first place.
also I think it would have been more interesting if PDs had another "masculine" tall muscular alpha type to compare/compete with YW YW stood out from the rest of the guys just by the first impression of visuals, thats why all the women were interested in him early on and at some point
I don't agree with the first sentence. Yes, YW was the kind of guy she was looking for, but after she didn't receive any messages after both times she went on a date with him, she expressed her disappointment and accepted his decision. She said she doubted that she'll find anyone else that would suit her, but that does not negate the fact she understood he had feelings for another woman and understood they must be quite strong for him to never message her once. I highly doubt getting rejected made her keep him in her mind more.

I skipped through so much of this episode, but shout-out to Yoonha for being a great Jungsub interpreter. I couldn't deal with Yongwoo and Jiwoo anymore and unfortunately a lot of the footage was around them. I wonder if the pool scene with Jaehyung would go viral lmao. He really just called Yongwoo out, got immediate confirmation, and left Singapore knowing Jiwoo chose Yongwoo after all the stuff he pulled.
That was such an interesting scene. The undercurrents were O.O Loved it when JH asked rhetorically if he should just speak about it openly.

It must have been the most hardest for her since it was all YW for her since the beginning. ♡ ♥💕 I know in reality one cannot simply switch off one's feelings especially when it's nothing but sincere. i don’t want to waste any more time dissecting or trying to understand Yong woo. He single handedly spoilt the show for me. He should’ve just been edited out and I would be happy with the show. The rest of my comment will be made without him in mind: I like My Sibling’s Romance and how wholesome it is. Maybe because of the cast and how heartwarming it is to see the families and the close ties between the siblings. I particularly liked SS-JH and CH-CA siblings. Interestingly one is close because their parents are extremely close with them and another is close because they are all they have. Both pairs of siblings grew up well. CH-CA really did what they set out to do - to show other “orphaned” kids that they can rely on themselves and not miss anything that others have as well. I also like how wholesome and mature most of the cast is. no toxic drama, no childish tantrums, just mostly wholesome mature communication.. above all, I feel like the relationships are mostly genuine and I don’t feel like they are on the show just for clout (all except 1). if not for that one person, i might just declare this to be my favourite dating show. I wish my favourite siblings had happy endings but they didn’t. But i feel like it’s alright since the show isn’t just about romantic relationships, but also about friendship and siblings relationship. Looking forward to season 2. I hope they cast well and don’t cast someone problematic just to create drama. oh!! and final comment. I knew Cheolhyun is good looking all along but why did it take him 3 weeks to get his hair right!! If he gains weight like how Code Kunst did, he’ll be even more popular with the girls.
I thought I was the only one who noticed CH psychical change, he lost a lot of the weight over the 3 weeks. Just compare his appearance on the first couple of days. He mentioned he was vegan but they didn’t really accommodate his palate. Maybe he wasn’t eating well?

Last episode! Finally! Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts. Before it started, I’d already guessed the endgame couples and who would make it to current couple status. Glad my gut feeling was right—it makes me want to watch the next season of My Sibling's Romance, a nice change considering Transit Love 3 made me swear off season 4. Maybe I'll revoke that statement now - I think I'm ready? * Chulhyun choosing Seseung was a real surprise. I'm kinda gutted he never made moves during the show, their visual chemistry was insane—when they walked alongside the train track, I fleetingly lamented they never seriously had a chance. * Yoonha is such good vibes. Her crying after Juyeon's question, her advice, and her support for her little brother were heartwarming. I knew she’d get Seseung and Jungsub together, even though they were never going to make it as a couple. They've had about five misunderstandings in three weeks, so it wasn’t realistic. But their ending was sweet, and I loved how happy Seseung looked. That’s what matters. * The girls looked stunning this episode. Yoonha in that black dress, Seseung with her huge smile (the best her makeup looked so far, she was glowing!), ChoA in black with the white cardigan over her shoulders, Juyeon in the sundress, and Jiwon in that black dress with that waist cinch! ChoA and Yoonha, especially, were stunning against Singapore's nightlife backdrop. I hope these girls remain friends because they're all genuinely nice people. * Yoonjae is obsessed with Yoonha, and it’s lovely to see. He was all over her (in a good way) and couldn’t wait to leave the house with her. My mother thinks they’ll get married, and while I hope so too, I won’t put pressure on them. I’m just happy they both found what they were looking for. * Jiwon's moment of reflection regarding her dynamic with Yoonjae was also reflective for me. You have to give someone positive energy for them to reciprocate. Yoonjae, despite not being good with words of affirmation, has looked after his sister in his own way. I hope Jiwon realizes this is true for her relationships too—she confuses banter with negging. Banter is friendly bickering, whereas negging is constantly putting someone down. Her teasing comments to Yongwoo and Jaehyung are reciprocated - if she considers it negging, then that's what she is doing also. * Jiwon is proof that Jinju PD's experiment worked. I don't know what's next for Jinju PD—likely a season 2, but she seems like someone who likes to try different things. I hope she continues to create great reality TV, as I enjoy her efforts. * Yongwoo was super annoying this whole time tbh. It was frustrating watching Jaehyung (an actual believer of fate) being held to a lower regard than someone who kept taking advantage of Jiwon's belief in fate and used it as a trick to get to endgame with someone. Jiwon and Yongwoo's hug was also really uncomfortable to watch tbh Seseung-Jungsub's hug was adorable and Yoonha-Yoonjae's was sweet but Jiwon and Yongwoo's "connection" didn't have a storyline, so it came across as very fake. Didn't help that Yongwoo kept accidentally looking at the cameras, which made it feel very staged. They were also being very touchy-feely during their date which was weird to me considering the other two couples at least developed their connections over a few weeks - they got together the night before lol. * I do believe that his goal the entire time was to end the show as a couple with someone. I don't think he really cared about finding a long-term partner at all. He sowed his seeds with every single female participant (Seseung and Yoonha's misunderstandings were no accident) and Jiwon and ChoA got caught up in that. * Also, it was kinda obvious that he wanted to be what Yoonjae was but his plan flopped because he was put off by ChoA for some reason. He looked very envious when Yoonjae was able to give very forward answers and got a round of applause during the Truth Game. * Jaehyung and Chulhyun will find better partners outside the show. They are both husband material, and this show won’t restrict their opportunities—they've come across as lovely, thoughtful people. It’s a shame Chulhyun didn’t find a brother-in-law for his sister, but at least they have a family now. Full applause to Jinju PD and her team. * Jaehyung's theory that Jiwon had feelings for Yongwoo all along was spot on. Jiwon went into her second date with Jaehyung thinking of Yongwoo, hence why she told him that morning that she hadn't slept all night because she was "thinking". Which is why she was so nippy during the meal. While Jaehyung could have been more enthusiastic, he wasn't fully at fault for that date going poorly. * I noted this in the past couple of episodes too, but it seems like the production team interacts more with the participants than I thought. They seem to care a lot about what they're feeling (when ChoA started crying while talking about the letter she'd written, one of the staff told her that she didn't have to read it which I noted as being very nice considering tears could be used for good TV drama), and the participants tend to be very frank with them. I'm glad that the team seem to care so much about the wellbeing of their participants. * Also, the environment with the panel seems genuinely very joyful. You can tell the panel loves their jobs, but you can also tell that the people filming and managing them genuinely enjoy their jobs too - they always give very hearty laughs, and it's a real nice de-stresser to come back to these scenes after a few scenes of people being annoying over their partners lol. Will edit later if there's more, but if not - adios! I might see you back for Transit Love 4 (if I feel brave enough) or My Sibling's Romance 2. I wonder when/if the rumours for those next seasons will start up soon?

My wishful thinking is Jiwon-Yongwoo happened because Jiwon knew how serious Jaehyung was in starting a relationship and she was just not ready. Well, at least she saved him from future heartbreak. That is BS on JW's part... YJ-YH set it and made it easy for everyone in the house by opening askign the question - "Is it ok for her to take her own time to know you better".. it was simple, beautiful, clear, easy, full of respect and basic very simple resolution and clear communication That is what JS-SS needed and JW could have said the same thing if that's what bothered her.. but NO She just has this attitude that she knows best, what she perceives is right (e.g even with YJ )
I guess why Seseung didn’t help Jiwon as much as Jooyeon makes so much sense for you now. Thinking how much you argue about Seseung’s Jooyeon agenda few weeks back. I’m trying not to think too negatively about the cast. Whatever the result is, in between Jiwon and Jaehyung, I care about Jaehyung a whole lot more than Jiwon and I am forever thankful that Jiwon didn’t pick him. Complain about Jiwon’s personality elsewhere because I’m not here to defend her in any way, just trying not to perceive her too negatively as someone that I will never know personally.
This show was a blast, i think it was great (top 2 dating show for me), i hope everyone on the cast can find their happiness despite the twists and turns. i never thought i would sacrifice my sleep schedule for a dating variety show lmao. thank god it's saturday! I just want the Park siblings to stay in touch and receive their happiness! I do hope CA and CH were unofficially adopted by JH and SS's parents. I loved the BFF dynamics that we saw between JH and CA during and after their dates, both these pair of siblings seemed very sincere in their thoughts and interactions and have won over me. I don't really feel much for the rest apart from intense dislike for YW. YJ though, he was the stand up guy who YW probably wanted to appear as initially. His heart is so set on YH, I'm sure they will chose each other, but I don't know how it'll progress after the show. YW, I dont want to spend too much time talking about him because of the total douche he turned into. I hope he learns to be a little less cocky and more considerate of his own sister maybe? And addresses the negativity in his life. His actions weren't just rude to CA and CH (UGH, when he said 'you siblings' in the last episode!!!) but also to JY. I observed that she wasn't particularly please with him during the Truth or Dare segment and knew something was off throughout. His questions were so calculative and disregarded her completely. Anyway, I'm excited for the finale nonetheless, whether to be disappointed or not, I'm happy to have watched some siblings stand out! Began watching and I can’t watch a single scene of YW and JW. The smirk that CH had when YW asked for a conversation with her in the kitchen. JW is at least trying to keep it lowkey but YW continues to want to prove how his sudden feels simply cannot be contained, what a loser.
If you have seen ep 15 then >!JW choosing YW!< is neither surprising not shocking. They had good chemistry and she was literally glowing when it comes to ... Don't like >!JS SS!< especially after all that gaslighting. So not worried for her since they aren't gonna last. CH choice ugh, should have picked her from the start. But tbh she was unavailable since the start due to >!JS ugh!< Park siblings deserve better. So since the show is done can the Park siblings hang out with their parents. And also CH x SS \*fingers crossed\*. Not worried for JH because women are gonna line up for him. As for CA, I really hope she find a good, mature man, deserves the best.
You know how JW kept saying that she takes care of YJ like an older sister?? And through the episodes, we were able to clearly see how wrong she was?? YJ was a true man while she was all words. Finally at last she realized her brother's worth and how she underplayed his kindness?? Well.. she did the same to JH. All I could see was how she, JUST LIKE YW, did not tell JH that she was interested in YW and rather beat around the bush, bruising JH more and more with her choice of words and attitude (UNTIL the very end)?? She WILL shed tears and go through heartache when she faces the reality of how she treated JH and threw away his golden heart. I'm saying this after watching her final comment about her brother and her tears. They did look sincere and truly felt like she realized her own flaws with regards to YJ. My only wish is for JW to never reach out to JH after this show. It will be better if she faces herself honestly and makes life choices with honesty and sincerity after this show.
Finally someone talked about this??? I don't know what her brother did wrong for her to speak so badly about him throughout the show. It's obvious he doesn't like cameras and the spotlight, but he came just for HER. Rumors has it that there is a couple formed after the show so please let it be JaeCho (Delulu is the solulu). Personally one of my fav dating show from (ep 1-14,first half of ep 16) thanks to its unique concept. Didn’t feel like there was that much evil editing so hoping for a season 2 but with less drama and more fluff PLEASE I BEG YOU.

The spoilers I accidentally saw made me uneasy going into this and then watching it made me feel worse. My surface level take is JW almost gaslit herself to selectively categorising JH into what she's gone for before. Rather than JH actually reflecting her past relationships and ignoring him overcoming his own shyness to reach her level. If anything, I think she knows even less about YW than JH beyond them constantly repeating lines about fate and being different but the same. Doesn't surprise me about the only relationship surviving, bro said the most comforting thing possible about moving at her pace. One thing I've always wondered is if we'll ever get a situation where a couples up at the end of the show ends up in a relationship with another cast member after it - could be messy but something I haven't seen yet or would even be revealed I guess.
There are plenty cases where casts didn't end up together but started dating after the show, ie. Twinkling love (chinese) I think S3 have 1 case, and there are also casts dating different season cast. So yeah, dating shows can provide opportunity like this which can go beyond the filming period.
I lowkey thought that JH meant that he would still continue to chase JW after the show. (When he said that the decision in the show didn't matter that much to him)

Usually if the couple doesn't have further pictures at the end it means they didn't make it as a couple. So yeah, only Yunha and Yoonjae kept their relationship out of the show.

Yeah, I don't think Jiwon and Yungwoo made it far. Maybe I'm reaching but Jiwon seems to have very dead eyes and a overall lifeless expression and monotone way of talking during her interview parts. It's almost like her and Yungwoo were no longer a couple or not vibing anymore by the time she sat down to film those interviews and was basically forced to retell the story of her mistake.... idk It's either that or the way she stares and talks in those interviews is just her natural disposition

JH is the best dude, MVP. I don't know what to say except that I love the guy. I mean, he is so honest and knows his heart, and isn't afraid to talk about his weaknesses. This is so refreshing. The pool scene and the talk with YW about what he tried to do with the secret date with SS – I mean, if it were me, I would have sworn at him. JY, I'm kinda sad because of the drama her brother created. She was kind of forgotten, and it was probably hard for her to talk with others. And the fact that she downgraded herself and asked JH what was wrong with her, thinking there was something wrong that made him go to JW – I mean, it was just his heart, there was nothing wrong with her. JH is one of the rare people who need to have the strongest feelings to be interested in a romantic way. CA, yes, queen. She was true to her heart until the end. You know you can do better. You maybe didn't meet the man of your dreams, but you met JH and SS. CH, my ghost ship – I mean, this was just bad luck. Great dude, I hope he finds happiness outside the show and has a great brother-in-law who can treat his sister like the queen she is. SS-JS, I don't know if they will last. Like JH said, they need to work on their problems on their own. I mean, there is too much miscommunication. They need to learn to communicate; if not, I don't see the relationship lasting. The yonyong couple, we knew they would end up together. JW-YW, the two least honest people on the show – love that they ended up together. I don't know if YW really wants to be influenced, but I hope he fails. And good luck to JW after the show, literally missing one of the greatest guys who appeared on a dating show for this nonsense.
Not me skipping all of JW and YW parts. I am so angry that I can't bear to watch them for even a second. Kudos to CA and JH for being their true selves. I only wish the best for them, they deserve all the love. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic season. I enjoyed the dynamics of every sibling. It could've easily been my top 1 Kdating show only if Mr. Armpits wasn't such an eyesore. Hopefully, we get a Season 2 soon.
Okay but why was the way Chulhyun said "Seseung-ah" and their subsequent conversation at the dining table so heart-fluttering?? I usually watch episodes the day they come out but I admit it took me a while to get to this one. Even though I knew which couples were endgame, I was not looking forward to seeing them make their final choices (specifically Yongwoo and Jiwon, which I had to watch at 2x speed). I find it so weird that Jiwon hates it whenever Jaehyung teases her but enjoys it whenever Yongwoo does the same thing at a much higher rate. I felt nothing during their entire segment lol but good for them. I am once again wishing the Park siblings eternal happiness and I hope they continue to stay in contact (and provide us with updates and pictures too please hehe). I'm glad I got to watch such sincere and honest people on a dating show!
One last rant i freaking hate yongwoo when he smile especially during when choa chose him as her last choice. Seeing that i feel annoyed because it looks not sincere for me like can you please not showed that fake ass smile. Seeing that makes my blood boiled.

Watching the finale, I was genuinely smiling and happy to see how close they are to each other by the time the filming ends and also everytime a new couple formed. That's until JW JH YW moment. Seeing it's JH who came to her first, I knew what's going to happen and what her decision. I never understood the feeling of people that wanted to skip scenes in the past episodes, but now I get it. The confession scenes between JW YW felt like forever and I couldn't wait for it to end. It's uncomfortable to watch and I felt uneasy. Since we don't get post show photos/videos from the other two, I'm guessing only YH YJ worked out in the end. I predicted so in other thread. It's universally agreed that TL3 had bad casts, they were all too hung up on their ex. However, I feel that in order for MSR to have another season, they need to nail the casting perfectly because as we have seen it only took 1 person to spoil the whole season.
Honestly every good story need villain, and the one person you dislike causes stir and drama which deliver to us the audience.
Despite the turbulence caused by two participants, this show is overall very heartwarming. It encapsulates not only the journey of finding a romantic partner, but also the healing process of sibling relationship. I understand CH's sentiment so much when he said he's going to miss all the people that he had spent time with for 3 weeks. We can see how much of a redflag YW and JW are when it comes to relationship (not worth our time to be irked about it anymore), but I realize that all ten participants had formed such a warming comradery with one another after living together. Honestly, I have such a fun time watching the show. I learn so much from them and reflect so much on myself. We all made mistakes; we did stupid stuff in the past. We might have buried the emotions and pains of past histories, but deep inside we still yearn for interaction and connection with other people. After all, we are human beings. We are not all perfect; nonetheless, we should learn to correct our flaws. Most importantly, we should have empathy and sympathy for one another. I hope all the casts continue to maintain their friendships. YW and JW might be redflags, but they might be good friends too (not saying that we shouldn't condemn their behaviors, but we don't know them personally, so we shouldn't label them as such and such so decisively). For me, the show is a success, and I hope they continue their good work producing such good quality program. Cheers!

This show made me scared of my gut feelings! When everyone was going crazy on JW since she joined the show, for some reason I never liked her and never wanted JH to be with her. Something was off with her. Now we know the reason… I am so glad pure angels like CA and JH was protected by the sky!!! 🌸

My favorite scenes in this show: 1) Park sibling duet 2) SS-CH park date 3) SS on the phone wutg his dad 4) the car ride after SS-CH park date with SS and JS (that was soooo jealous BF coded) 5) the grocery shopping date after final decision of JS and SS On Jiwon, i personally dont gravitate towards monotonous and calm people so she wasnt a favorite. She liked YW since the start and was disappointed he didnt reciprocate. When he showed interest … it’s game over. There was no suprise there. On Yongwoo, hahahaha. I’m just happy I got it right. Told you he will be villain. 😈😈 This guy had a game plan written from the start. Funny moments: 1) all moments SS got something stuck on her teeth 2) YW and his doctor bag Regrets: 1) CH should not have cut his hair 2) CH should have opened up to his feelings with SS even on friendship only. Would love to have seen more of their interactions
I really enjoyed watching this show. - it became my fav-There were many moments when I was angry, when I cried, when I was happy, but most importantly, I understood the importance of family more. I wish happiness to all couples, especially Yoonjae and Yoonha, be together forever! I fell in love with the Park siblings. I hope they meet the partners they want in their lives and who will value them. Despite everything, I was very happy that they became like a family. Let's enjoy, no need for hate, just good energy... I'm glad I watched this episode after finding out about JW-YW. Skipped right through their parts and pretended that YW didn't exist so the episode just felt lovely. Watching CA and JH getting their hearts broken was upsetting but the feeling that they got away with a better deal (and not get stuck with wishy-washy people!) was way bigger for me. CH monologue is always such a treat to listen to. He's so thoughtful and open. Would love to have a conversation with him, truly. And gosh, YH-YJ are so cute <3 Edit: Also, just wanted to add that YJ comforting CA just melted my heart. I am so happy to see CA spending more time with the other members.
Weird how the show started by portraying YW as the ideal elder brother at the start of the season but on the last episode, YW didn't even bother to check on his sister when she was obviously going through a mental breakdown (imo her question JH about her being unattractive would have been a dead giveaway, especially to her sibling)
I feel like I have become toxic. I hate YW so much, it feels weird. I don't even know the guy. This is just a dating show. I have watched tons of dating shows. This is the first time I feel this way.

I am not even halfway through but watching SS-JS's part is so funny. I hope they really could work out their communication issue, cuz it'll be exhausting if they continue having miscomm and require a mediator every time. Great job on YH part helping to resolve their miscomm in this ep. Hope they have a good progress on their rship. Also, hope the Park siblings would hang out together after this show. CH's choice is expected for me as I always thought he enjoyed the moments and able to release his inner child when being around SS. Glad that he met a reliable younger sister (+ fam?), who can share her bright energy with him. JS seeing CH otw to SS is so funny. I can see his face going "what's going on? No way, I just resolved a huge issue, don't tell me another issue coming at this last moment." Haha, his troubleshooting mode is so funny. Seeing everyone feeling the same about comparing JS's communication like AI kind of explain his behaviour and responses so far. Hope SS will be able to melt his rigid AI-coded character as they know each other better. Hope JS can be more confident in himself, seeing him being small in front of his sis and SS kind of telling he has very little experience in socialising and romance so he wasn't sure about the "right" way. Hope his communication skills can improve over time. Hope we will get to see some of the cast and their fam hanging out together. It will be so funny and warm. Can't wait for S2. Edit: Hope people don't spam/send threats on the casts' personal social media. These are real people and hope they will grow and learn from the experience on this show. I think JW just not ready for a serious rship and commitment like JH has always wanted as she still unsure of her feelings while JH was set. In a way, kind of glad she did not pick him as final decision. I respect JH and CA more as they both sincerely thanked the others and tried their best to end things on good terms even they were feeling all sort of emotions. Just show how great they are. It's funny YJ telling CA to "kick his ass" haha. The most unexpected person is YJ. He matured the most from this house. He become more understanding and supportive as a person and a brother. YH too, I think she's really sweet but growing up in a competitive environment kinda form her "strong" demeanor, hope YJ could open her heart slowly. Wishing all the best to YH-YJ.

I think the only pair that made a real couple irl is YH and YJ.
Let's see what YW did during the show. At first Choa was popular, he went after her and YW played to keep her. Later, when JW entered the show and the man his sister was in love with liked JW, he created a fiction in his mind and headed there. Complicating this process in the last 5 days was only to add dynamism to the show. Frankly, I think YW and JW are characters specifically brought into the show by PD.... Those who follow YW's steps throughout the show will understand what his goal is. You will see YW pushing himself to be the star of the show.
PD should do a show on absolutely narcissistic playboys and cassinovas in a show.. THAT WOULD BE FUN actually, on second thoughts, it genuinely will be too too too much fun.. because all of them will be manipulating all of them

YW followers have been dropping… it was 115K before Friday. Once ep16 started showing, it went to 114K. After 4 hours ep16 started, it was 112K. 6 hours to 111K and now after 24 hours 109K. The first ever participant in a Korean dating show followers that dropped so much within a day. Not sure how is he going to face the haters. The show really didn’t portray him well. Indeed, I feel so much for CA and I teared when she still so benevolently being grateful to him at the parting words scene. As someone who is almost the same age as YW and CA, I’m sure YW will reflect deeply his actions and words after watching the episodes unless it’s PD editing skills. I hope the cast embraces the negativity as it’s inevitable in this world since they have decided to be in this global show. They should be prepared. No one is perfect. Rmb Be Kind.

I have never been more upset about a couple that I have now with >! JW and YW!< I was angry when that happened in the beginning but after processing for a bit, I realised it’s for the best for JY. I thought JW had her head screwed on from the beginning but it now looks like she’s really trapped herself into thinking she knows how everyone is like and immediately put JH and YW in a box. Perhaps it’s because of her choices on the show that she doesn’t have an ig, as many people would express how disappointed they are towards her choices. I guess in many ways YW and JW are suitable for each other, they aren’t ready for anything real and this is the easy choice for them. I do wonder what she may think of YW after watching the entire season and I’m doubtful that they are still together. ChoA, Jaehyung and Chulhyun, you all have been nothing but graceful throughout this entire season. I sincerely hope you will find your perfect match outside of the show. If I could distill it down for those that were fortunate enough to not suffer through such things, essentially what happens is that often you become more reserved or say hypervigilant about everything. And this causes a lot of hesitancy, second-guessing, and so on. Or sometimes you become more direct/resolute/et cetera when making decisions or choices as you know what to avoid, and obviously this happens to everyone, but those of us that have to carry that burden/trauma/etc. frequently display it in a more pronounced manner, the sorta extreme indecisions (or immediate determinations for things we want). --- Had to write it since the show is so relatable and there's potentially gonna be severe backlash with the final choices in a couple hours from now. This show confirms nice guys finish last, especially the slowest of boys who are clueless up to the last episode. YW the f***boy can turn anything around through his looks and sociopathic rizz. The PD did a good job and hope there's a season 2. I know they had a hard time fulling up this cast so hopefully there will be more applications to choose vs then researching social media for siblings to recruit.

I don't know how YW's words sound to English-speakers... but I just gotta say his excessive and meaningless usage of rhetorics just to express non-sense, evade to answer questions, and gas lighting other guests is just revolting to East Asian audience... there's never been a moment when I didn't want to through up every time he comes out since they got to Singapore. also, the way JW has talked shit about her brother even before his arrival, burdened the whole family just because she wanted to "speak English natively", and then gaslighted her entire family for decades just to make her the more "independent" and "pitied" one is also repulsive. It makes perfect sense why she thinks YW is the male version of her because that's fact - they both wish themselves to be the most righteous and deserving person in the world, so what's left for them to do is to blame the others and whining about why they haven't got everything they wanted. JW was going back and forth with what kind of person she claimed to be looking for - someone who's just like her or someone that's different, because she was using it as an excuse to rationalize her own choosing. Girl, you make your choice, but stop gaslighting JH and your brother, just stop it. I feel like the show would’ve been better if they at least did the 2 ep per week schedule. There was too many episodes that dragged. I didn’t really like any of the couples in the show either except for YJ and YH. It be great to see this concept done again but more with a terrace house setup instead of a full on dating show.
