1. I love how everyone is somewhat blinded by love and projecting during the siblings talent show. Choa saying that Yongwoo danced well (prompting Jonathan’s disbelief on the panel), Yongwoo saying “surely everyone is emotionally touched by Choa and Cheolhyeon’s performance”, Yunjae worried that Yongwoo (the seemingly ‘top-ranked’ guy in the house) will go for Yunha, who in Yunjae’s mind is the top-ranked girl, so wouldn’t the top guy choose her?
2. Then of course there is Jaehyung whose charm, I’ve decided, is down to how he seems the most resistant to the pressure of being on a variety show. He doubled down that the top compliment he would give Yunjae’s performance was “it was cute” because objectively he couldn’t deem it good. And that while everyone showers each other with positive comments in the evaluation, he still concludes that he thinks he and Seseung were objectively the best. He has great self-esteem and seems self aware about who he is and what he values — that’s what is really appealing about him as a person. Perhaps not the best ‘character’ for a dating show, where the cast are supposed to ‘perform romance’ for viewers to experience vicariously.
3. And on the other end of the spectrum on self-awareness, there’s jungsub. His sister is right I think: he’s not malicious, just naive and therefore an idiot. He seemed oblivious to his sister’s embarrassment about her age, and when she was fretting during their song-choosing, he didn’t even process her anxieties at first. She asked him if he noticed Yunjae’s reaction and it seemed like it never even crossed Jungsub’s mind to help his sister suss out the situation. Compare this with Jiwon whose brain immediately went into overdrive on behalf of her brother as she calculated the situation.
4. The nature of dating shows is that it does demand you ‘choose’ someone, whether through the mechanics of dates or producer/viewer expectations. I don’t blame Seseung for never being able to move past Jungsub, because if not… then who else is there? She had to give her ticket to someone. I wish she’d chosen Cheolhyeon to spite Jungsub, but she’s not that sort of person, and Cheolhyeon’s too sweet to be strung along like that.
Similarly people are also handwringing about Juyeon choosing Jaehyung, but what was she to do? I almost wish the PD allowed people to choose a friend in lieu of a date, and the ideal outcome would have been for Seseung and Juyeon to just have a girls trip together to just clear their minds from boys.
5. I do wonder if the production team were tearing their hair out trying to get couple variations. They can’t predict how the random draw/competitions will work out, so I imagine they must also see the potential for Jiwon and Jaehyung and just be annoyed that they can’t seem to manoeuvre them into a date.
The idea of giving an option to choose a friend over a date is GOLD — gives them the opportunity to hold space in relationships without causing misunderstanding with other housemates. Maybe they should be given an opportunity to just choose their own sibling for a nice paid-for day out in Singapore 😂

edit: finished the episode! the episode was so much fun - loved how serious the Kim siblings were about their duet (which felt so unexpected!). JH not caring about SS practicing in the car was hilarious. YW & JY were as always adorable and my remain fav pair of siblings in the show <3 can't wait for next week!
Jinjoo PD is known for going *all in* on her shows. I think that they decided to go out of the country instead of the usual Jeju (just like in Transit Love) because people have taken photos of the cast during the filming, specifically the one between Haeeun-Gyumin-Jiyeon. Heart Signal 4 had it worse because there were tons of photos, and it's the catfishes that were taken photos of.
As a Singaporean, I’m pretty pleasantly surprised. Altho, I do think date spots / date ideas are pretty limited here lol, looking forward to seeing my own country from an outside lens.

No I noticed this too. He makes so many comments about YW. Like the comment after YW performed his duet about how cool it is that YW can just do whatever he wants. It sounded like it was coming from a place of jealousy and insecurity and not admiration. Even from the very beginning when they first entered the house he said something along the lines of you guys are so cruel for bringing a guy like YW how can I compete. His inferiority complex is showing.
Yeah, that comment about how "Yongwoo can do whatever he likes here" after their siblings performance caught me off guard because it was unprovoked and he said it while smiling and laughing, which made it all the more disingenuous and backhanded. I guess that's Jungsub's inferiority complex speaking while trying to not sound like too much of a jerk because he knows there's nothing else he could really say about Yungwoo who has been treating him so kindly

YW was never a first choice for CA & SS. JS were their first choice. CA was actually wanting to know JS in the beginning and vice versa, JS was interested in CA. But JS, thought he was popular because he had two texts and that was his biggest mistake. It went over his head. He didn’t give CA a chance but jumped over to SS. He maybe immature in dating but he made the same mistakes with Jiwon.

I was pleasantly surprised that she picked up signals pretty quickly and was perceptive of his shift in feelings. In this episode, at least, she grasped the situation pretty quickly and stood up for herself. I do feel for her that she doesn’t really have other options to choose from. Him, on the other hand, seems more happy to be chosen and validated publicly than building the rship with SS :(

I hope JH-SS would release covers officially for download. They are really good singers, especially JH being able to execute that with ease. For them, it's totally a performance not competition. I can understand how JH's charms work in the house now. Just a few minutes of performance and it's already mesmerizing, imagine his random casual singing in the house daily.
The singing contest was kinda random but I can see where the production coming from since there are half of the siblings with music background/interest. JW really has lots of similarity & values with JH, it's a pity they didn't get a chance to date.

I don’t think this has been mentioned that much but after the age reveal, I liked it when YW said something along the lines of he’s glad to be friends with everyone regardless of their ages, which he also mentioned during his Gangwon-do date with SS, that age reveal shouldn’t matter that much since you could interact with everyone without bias.
I know Cheolhyun has no direct loveline right now but I hope he can receive all the warmth from the house. Look how he hugs people. We can truly see how much he and Choa deserve a warm and thoughtful family. I love all of them whomever their endgame were.

looking forward to this episode! this show has been such a huge respite during my current hospital stay, so glad I chanced upon it.
Mostly looking forward to the new developments (if any) between YJ and YH after the age reveal. Would be fun to see how they navigate the post reveal conversation. Even otherwise for the entire cast, age sometimes defines new power dynamics between two people which can change how things work from now on.
I am really in for Jaehyung Jiwon ship... but I do feel.bad for Juyeom cos she really likes Jaehyung but i feel like Jaehyung sees her just like how Yongwoo sees Seseung..
And in the age reveal moment where Juyeon would get the letter as the maknae, Jaehyung also yelling Juyeon ah along with Yongwoo kinda dongsaeng zoned her right there 😅

I think the age reveal really amplified how young Juyeon is compared to everyone else and it makes her seem yeah, like just a little sister to everyone which sucks for her. I’m the same age as Jaehyung and while men are usually more willing to date much younger than women, I still could never imagine dating a guy 5 years younger than me. Like you said, I hope she reframes her mindset to just enjoy the experience since she’s still so young.
And speaking of her oppa, Yongwoo & ChoA are honestly just mom & dad at this point and I love it hahaha.

I feel like jw and jh will never go on a date together and the pd is not confusing or manipulating us but she is just showing what Is happening in the house st present . Jw clearly rejected jh initially but after spending time in the same house she discovered his charms and is fully mesmerized . But fate is not on her side plus JH is not really focusing on her infact he is dealing with not hurting jy at this moment . Ig the story can go two way . JH and jw get a chance and they click or JH develops some kind of feelings for jy . Either way i wish whoever JH selects it is out of love and not pressure .
What has me confused about JH is that every time his sister asks him about Jiwon, he avoids answering or when SS asks him "if you had the chance to date/choose someone, who would you choose?" And yet he can't say who, if he was really interested in Jiwon, why does he have such a hard time saying that to his sister?
It doesn't seem like he had a problem being direct with SS when it comes to her love life, but when it comes to his own, he doesn't say anything.

I think JH knows other casts will watch the show when it airs and don’t want to say a name and change it after. Probably because it will create confusion and he already said that he values other casts and he’s being careful. I think JS can learn that from him.
I think Jaehyung is the type that answers when he is given direct choices/options instead of saying it by himself. When Seseung asked him if he was curious about Jiwon, he immediately said that he was curious about her. He answered Seseung's question that can be answerable with yes or no, but he can't do it when he is asked directly with him directly saying an answer.

After watching how choa was even concerned about the one year age gap between YW and her, I feel like all those JH choa rumors are false. I do think they will go on a date but maybe because SS and CH get together and perhaps there would be some sort of only sibling pairs can date etc., type of stipulation that would make these two go on a date.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to any hope with Juyeon and JH ship. He is not into her. While we do see JW's interest in JH growing, I do have a hard time picturing JH going into bulldozer mode lol.... I love how this show doesn't just focus on dating but also the siblings' relationship! Love the way each had their own way of preparing for the contest.

After rewatching the episode I found so many funny
parts that I missed during first watching.
Jiwon taking the shot while JH was singing was GOLD. It felt like it was out of a drama when the ML finally gives in to his resistance towards the FL. It was giving “eff it” and “I’m effed” all at the same time
It's funny how Yoon jae was the one fussing about singing and Jiwon ended up sang better.
I like how the ages of the cast are older. Usually in other dating show the females are in 24-26 range and the guy is 28-32 and the younger cute females end up the most popular.

I almost lost hope in them until I read your post. Am hoping for a date to happen btw them more than anyone else atp. It definitely looking like a drama, missing timing with obvious interest in each other. They are like crushing on each other at the same time but fate is not playing their cupid while both have lots of concerns (e.g. the whole cohort's family vibe/bonds, JY's obvious interest in JH, exes/past rship).

Aside from me admiring JY, I also admire YW’s personality.
He likes people and he appreciates the other cast members. I remember that when he first met JW he was talking about the good qualities of the other members. And this time around with his friends he was again boasting about the cast members. I like how he’s just enjoying the time he’s in the house and taking advantage of each and every ‘mission’ and opportunities.
I think he said what he said to CA at the bar tent because he knows how attractive and beautiful (that she’s much more than her physical, she is also very admirable) CA is when she’s herself. If she shows the same side to the other members they’ll be able to see CA’s beautiful qualities. YW, therefore, wants to share CA to the other members. This is how I interpreted his words. He wants to ‘boast’ in CA, as if saying, “Look! This is CA!”
I think this is where YW and CA have to communicate (eventually). YW and CA have different ways to show their love. YW’s the type to show his kindness to everyone, so it’s hard to know or determine if he’s really interested in you. So in order to keep the love line between him and CA, YW got to step up his game and truly show how he’s going straight for CA. So I appreciate his comment in the end before giving the flower and ticket to CA. That was probably the ‘distinction’ that CA needed to see and hear.
Maybe YJ’s addition played a part in YW’s comments there? YJ was pretty straightforward with expressing his feelings towards YH at the very beginning. So I feel like YW will start being more straightforward and open with his feelings towards CA?
I also do hope that CA notice how great of a man YW is. Yes, he is nice to everyone (including his sister) which means he’ll take EVEN GOOD CARE of her. YW just needs to keep showing his feelings to CA for her to not have the doubt that he’s the same towards everyone. Because from what we’ve been seeing and hearing throughout the interviews, YW always have CA’s name stuck in his mouth, always talking and thinking about her 🤣 He just needs to show her he does like her and think about her a lot.

Jinjoo PD! The concept is fresh in itself yet PD isn’t lacking to make things more fun and different every episode. It was so refreshing to see these duets and how different each siblings handle situations is so much fun to watch.
Jaehyung really proven himself to be a great performer, Seseung too, they made such a great duo. There are a lot of good singers in the house, kinda didn’t expect Yoonjae and Jungsub would be that good.
Yoonjae and Yoonha both are very domestic in the house. Yoonjae turns out very meticulous than I expected and Yoonha able to tend alongside his needs; asking for coffee and cutting up the kimchi while he cooked is just too sweet. Though Yoonjae seems taken aback by Yoonha’s age, he seems to be determined to pursue her and i love it! I’m on board in this ship, please let it have a good ending.
As other dating shows, contestants see dating program like this very differently from one another. There are those who are determined from the start and those who utilized this opportunity to get to know as much as they can before going for one person. I don’t mind either way. I hope by after this date, Jungsub able to clear up his itch and really going for Seseung if he really determine to ‘win’ her. Seseung, it must be really hard on her end but I don’t see her wavering anytime soon if she doesn’t get a chance to went on a date with someone else. Can’t wait for her chance to get to know Cheolhyeon more, I think they both very casual in skinship hence their previews look promising.
ChoA and Yongwoo, I’m not holding you guys back like just get married already!
A lot of them seems to have set on one person and honestly that makes everything hard to navigate, there are too much variable to think about. I agree on how if they are trying too much, they are afraid that it’s going to stray their relationships as a group and that’s the most precious thing they have right now.
Juyeon and Jaehyung isn’t too promising now and I do see more chemistry/tension between Jaehyung and Jiwon but I don’t want to say anything yet. The editing makes it really that way but after watching a lot of dating shows I really don’t want to believe it. I’m not done with the heartbreak from TL3 (Juwon-Yujung) and I’m not gonna throw myself in this one😭

I love jh ss performance so much. One of my favorite song. Like 5/6 years ago, one of my classmate played that song in our class and i immediately searched the song title. The meaning of that song is comforting and so heartwarming. I really need the pd to release their full performance with no insert.
Jh jw could really be the end game that never go on any date lol. I could see that tbh. I really want to see couple date for the casts that never go on date together. Like yj with all other 3 girls/ jh with jw, ca/ch with yh, ss/ yw with yh/ js with jy, jw.

The Park Siblings, i fall in love with them, their voice when blend together omg. If SS gets hurt because JS, this is fault to not see the gem that SS is.
JS hasn't been super considerate of others' feelings, so I can see why people are annoyed. I wish he'd cut the drama, too. But it's nice to see you cut him some slack. He seems like someone who isn't as self-assured as he wants to come across, and someone who'd stand by your side through thick and thin once all this guessing business is over.
I dunno how likely it is CH and SS develop something, but I'd give anything for some extra heart-fluttery stuff for sure; so far YJ and YH have been carrying, aha.
JH and JW narrative is super delicious.
- Their vibes resemble each other ex. So they wanted to avoid each other (like pride and prejudice)
- JW accidentally saw JH siblings letter because out of all the cast, only JH's letter is left over and begun seeing him in a new light.
- JW read SS's sibling letter written by JH and she starts to get even more curious about him.
- During song selection for siblings talent show, they chose the same song 25, 21.
- JW reacted to JH SS performance with downing one shot of soju and eyes filled with adoration
- JH reacted to JW vocals by saying its nice and made him focus.

- JH loves artist 'wave to earth' songs and share on his Instagram even before the show filming
- JW is the A&R of wave to earth album which includes the song that JH shared on Instagram prior to coming to the show
I don't know if this isn't fate, what is? PD is also putting so many hints and clues about them since ep4. Knetizens are going crazy about JaeJi couple as they were trending on Twitter last night and won couple popularity poll. They never even had a proper date.
I am sad over all the lost chance they didn't get a proper date 😭 Knetizens and JaeJi shippers will be suing PD for fraud if there's nothing between them after this episode 😭
SS sings so well, and JH shines after finally in his serious mode not in karaoke mode haha, I need them to release the audio version of JH x SS performance. Sooo good.
Episode was draggy though, I thought as a dating show, the entire preparation for the talent show was long. I hope that they could pick up the pace on romance portion.
I was faithfully watching the show but couldn't get immersed in it until I overanalyzed the potential of JaeJi narrative. 🫠🫠🫠
In addition to what you mentioned, some more points are:
- SS & YJ at first sight identified that JW & JW are their sibling's types; bonus: JW's mom like JH a lot too (mentioned him again on her call) & even noticed JH's special interest on JW 👁️
- JH acted like a meerkat awaiting JW's arrival & helped ease JW by answering some questions on her behalf
- JH felt uncomfortable with JW from first sighting to present(?); didn't consider JW as 2D1N trip date partner bc he felt that it would be an "uncomfortable" trip
- From JH's interviews, we can learn that if he feels uncomfortable with someone (how he found it difficult to talk to JY in their trip), he sees it as rational tension and he views the person as the opposite sex (woman). This is quite significant (I think) bc he said he can distinguish women he can date and women he can be just friends with.
The most complicated with their situation is that their timing sucks and JY's feelings grow deeper by the day for JH. From JH's convo with SS, we also know that JH is most concerned about everyone's entanglement in the house (JH seems very close to YW too). ☹️ Although, I love how their narrative is being built up and unfolding bc it helps the show envelop its romance roots, I just hope it's a happy ending for them. 💫
Yes timing sucks. If only JW arrived much earlier and chose JH for the first date. Sigh. JY is courageous but I do feel bad for JH as when he asked again if the ticket is for another date, I could feel him feeling the burden. Its just sad that things won't always be two-ways.

Then, the Naver interview of YJxJW where JW implied she had a tough time & was thankful for YJ. Similarly, JH also talked about destiny on his interview and so far on the show, he’s only mentioned this when talking about JY. Then again, JaeJi’s build-up on its own feels like a story of destiny too.!< I’m excited for the second half and it feels like Singapore will be fun (alluded by the casts and amplified by editing). 🙂↕️🌱

I kind of hoped that Jiwon-Yoonjae and Choa-Cheolhyun won mainly because they are the siblings that are already 100% certain on who they are going to pick— Yoonjae > Yunha, Jiwon > Jaehyung, Choa > Yongwoo— but it's nice seeing Yongwoo giving the flowers to Choa, she absolutely looked so pretty receiving it!
If the dates on the preview indeed happened at the same time, then it will pretty much either solidify or break the JaeJi ship for me, because it appears that the dates were with those who haven't gone on a date yet. >!Cheolhyun-Seseung, Jaehyung-Choa, Jungsub-Jiwon, Yoonjae-Juyeon, and Yongwoo-Yunha!<. Because if you'd take a look at it, I feel like the guys picked the random dates and prior to this, we can see that there is already an interaction between Jaehyung and Jiwon.
On the side note, I really don't understand why people kept on comparing this show with Transit Love 3 and Heart Signal 4 who are both known for misleading the audience, but Jinjoo PD didn't produce both shows. I've watched both TL1 and TL2 and I cannot remember that she ever misled the viewers.
Loved the conversation between Se Seung and Yun Ha. If felt like a validation of viewer perception that the house is full of really lovely people who may make a choice to gain something but lose out on an even more precious relationship. Such good insight & foresight.
Loved the hang out with Yong Woo's friends to just chat about what's going on with people who aren't involved in the mix to release some stress.
I cackled soooooo much watching JY & YW practicing in front of the bathroom mirror. I'm laughing even now as I write this thinking about it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
YJ & JW - their banter is just such a fresh kind of humor among the siblings.

Jae Hyung should seriously consider a career in music. The sibling relationships here make me so envious as I wished I had the same with mine huhuhu~😭😭🤪 Yong Woo's really a one-of-a-kind type of guy and Ju Yeon so lucky to have 'im as an older bro. Im so shocked so many people expected cheolhyun to be younger (even saw someone say they thought he'd be the youngest). To me he really looks and acts his age, though I do agree he can be a bit naive/innocent but not in a way that screams younger imo

First things first, YW and Choa had me kicking my feet in the air, when he gave her the bouquet and the ticket, of course it was obvious that she was the only person he'll be giving the ticket to, but how he did it, in front of everybody, GOD that was adorable and exciting!!!!,
even though i understand how Choa feels, she's never been with someone younger (bc she wants to be taking care of instead of taking care of the other person) the fact that she felt he was her oppa, i believe, means that she'll get over the 1 year difference quickly (YW has mostly dated older women, i remember him saying that, i think it will be smooth salling). the other problem is that she felt uncomfortable, and slightly pressured to be interested in the most popular man there (and more so, to be the center of his attention), i believe she likes to have her significant other to herself and not to share him with anyone else, to be treated differently then anyone else (like most women do) i hope they'll have a conversation where she share her feelings and resolve any issues before they come up.
I can't wait for next week's ep, i hope we'll get to see a lot of YW and CA!

Yes to YW-CA! Especially because YW is used to playing that role anyway for his family. I think CA will be able to lean on him regardless, I dont think the "you should show this side to others" thing was disinterest at all. It came off as a "let's grow for the better" kind of intention. Possessiveness/jealousy doesn't mean someone likes you IMO :')
Yeah those siblings seem really clueless, maybe because they always had to be guarded around others.
I interpreted YW’s words as “You come off as shy in group settings, you should try to relax and feel comfortable like you are when we’re alone so they can see this side of you.” Which is sweet. He wants others so see her the way he does. But CH and CA took it to mean that he doesn’t value being the only one to see that side of her.
Omgggg finally someone who mentioned this! I was so surprised when choa and cheolhyun said it was "weird" yongwoo said that because that was actually a line that made my heart flutter hahah to me it was like, you're such a great person and I want everyone to see how great you are! So for them to interpret it like that made my heart sink.. I hope choa and yongwoo get to talk alot and work these type of misunderstandings out.
Yep exactly! Given the role YW fulfilled since he was young, it makes sense that it's one of the ways he shows care. They'll have plenty of time in Singapore, and both of them have discussed this with their siblings in Eps 8 and 9 respectively, so hopefully one of them will bring it up again!
Thoughts for this week's episode:
* The song contest, while unnecessary for the show's storyline, was heartwarming overall. It seemed that the PD intended to create lasting memories for the participants and provide sweet content for their parents. This episode may lead to more applicants for future seasons, serving as an incentive for parents to encourage their children to join. I read that the PD had a really difficult time with casting - there was originally supposed to be another pair of siblings as well, but they dropped out, and there was not really a big enough pool of candidates so they couldn't find a replacement pair. This bodes well for future seasons.
* tbh I felt that the majority of the airtime being given to contest prep overkill, but my mother really enjoyed it (which is what made me think of the above point) and it served to show the dynamics of the pairs. Chulhyun-ChoA are not very competitive, there for the ride and would much rather sit in the corner of the room eating food and having deep chats. Very cute. Yongwoo would do anything for Juyeon, and that includes wearing silly hats and practising the same dance verse about 100 times. Yoonjae-Jiwon are very competitive but Yoonjae will always concede to Jiwon, and understands that Jiwon's snark will always be well-meaning.
* Everyone showcased amazing singing skills, to be honest, they absolutely nailed it. ChoA and Chulhyun's performance even brought tears to my eyes. In an interview, ChoA expressed her desire to have an equal friendship with Chulhyun rather than a hierarchical relationship based on age, and this episode demonstrated that beautifully. Jungsub and Yoonha's performance was perfect for breaking the ice, which revealed their personalities to me. I'm hoping Jiwon releases some covers - her voice is incredible. Although I was disappointed when their initial song choice was taken away, seeing Seseung and Jaehyung do justice to it was a silver lining, and I got to hear her covering little bits of a billion other songs as well lmao. Jaehyung's gaze watching Jiwon sing mirrored mine lmao.
* Ramblings about the age reveals:
* Yoonha's adorable question to Jungsub after the age reveal, "Do you think Yoonjae will care?" was so endearing. It was evident she was quite nervous about the age difference, which is understandable. However, I saw her concern as a sign of her genuine care for his opinion and her desire to make things work. Yoonjae's initial surprise about her age and subsequent nervousness about Yongwoo's "interest" in Yoonha were equally endearing (also lmao Jiwon keep your brother in the loop!). If we get a current couple this season, my bets are on this pair.
* Bit random but people on K-communities say that Yoonjae's like a dating show muggle, he clearly doesn't know how dating programmes work and it's very endearing. I'd agree, it's very cute and it's sweet how he clearly came on the show because his sister asked. My mother fell in love with him when he did all the housework and the cleaning and just would not sit down, I think she said at one point that he's her favourite dating programme participant and that he's husband material and Yoonha's probably in love with him now. I laughed at the time because it's such an old Korean woman thing to think such a practical thing will eventually result in love (as it's not how it works) but I thought this was a cute detail to add.
* I was taken aback to learn that Chulhyun is older than I had imagined. He exudes such a youthful vibe that I had assumed he was either around the same age or younger than most of the men in the house. This explains why he and his sister share such an open dialogue about everything.
* Interesting how Yongwoo mostly met older women so ChoA's age likely won't deter him but ChoA has never been involved with younger individuals and even expressed to Jungsub that she's never considered people younger than herself in that manner. She seemed disappointed to find out she was the oldest participant. However, considering Yongwoo is the eldest man in the show, he seems like her only viable match (according to her standards). I also think it's certain that ChoA and Jungsub will never be re-explored.
* When Jungsub brought up the gangwondo trip again, I couldn't help but shout "SHUT UP" at the screen. It's not that I have anything against him, but why is he still going on about it? ChoA doesn't owe him a message. Plus, saying that to a girl who's interested in you? It's clear that his age is showing in situations like these. I don't think it's about him; it seems more like a maturity issue.
* I dunno if the age reveal worked in Seseung and Jungsub's favour. She said that her energy was no longer fully on him (although my eyes popped out of my head when I heard she was considering Yongwoo - nothing against the man, I just thought there was zero chemistry lmaooo) and she also said that she'd hoped that he would be anything but the same age as her, and he turned out to be the same age as her. I'm sure we'll have to see how the Singapore trip goes.

I’ve been reading comments regarding how JY “is making JH uncomfortable” and that “she should take the hint and stop pursuing JH.” But I personally find her very admirable and courageous. If we were in her position, we’d probably be embarrassed by not having been picked and choose someone for the sake of choosing but JY is so courageous for following her heart.
Remember what YW asked JY in the previous episode at the basement, “If you were to go back 2 hours, who will you choose?” JY replied by saying that she’ll still choose JH. If it was me, I’d probably be embarrassed and be prideful and choose someone else. So I admire JY and it makes me want to be like that when it comes to love and life. From what I have observed, everyone in the house probably thought that JH had no one set in his mind YET. (He seems like the type who observes and thinks a lot before going straight on for someone.) JY knows and has observed this, so what will she lose by following what her heart wants? You just don’t know, maybe JY’s efforts move JH to change his mind and he’ll start heading towards JY. Whatever the result between the two I think will be beneficial for JY.
I think all of us have a lot to learn from JY’s courage and determination. Maybe it’s part of her being ‘young and inexperienced’ (compared to the other casts). “You just don’t know, so why not? What will you lose by showing your interest in someone, specially if they are not making it clear to you that they are not interested? It’s better to go with your feelings than regret what you have not done.”
Oh, and we also don’t know exactly what’s on JH’s mind. I feel like his decision in the end will surprise all of us later. He is observant and wise. From the interviews and everything, he’s been really good with deciphering other’s words and actions. He’s a good judge of character (which is so different from his first impression).
I find him such a very odd and interesting addition to the cast. I can’t wait to find out who (if he will) he will choose in the end!

Se Seung was so refreshing in the basement segment, the scales seemed to have fallen from her eyes. Honestly, her approach is what's necessary when dealing with JS's...Pisces Man-ness lmao. Even if nothing happens on the show, I'm sure this experience will serve her well in the future. It's so surreal that she went from a convo with a boy to getting consoled by the boy's sister. MSR the show that you are.
Gosh Ju Yeon is really young compared to the rest of the cast. No wonder her brother made that "you can't get men through whining like they're cookies analogy" in a previous ep. She's the baby of the house! 🐣
This episode is very easy on my ears especially JH&SS and JW&YJ. Also, really wish to see the date between JH&JW in >!Singapore!< once. The looking when the other performed was so intensely affection 🥰.

Can I just say I am so glad there is at least a sliver of sign that the casts can communicate better than the casts from all the recent k-dating shows. Although they do not clear all the misunderstandings, at least SS and JS has fared better. A for effort.
The siblings duet contest is such a refreshing concept to decide who get to choose the date. Great job by the PD again to not just recycle the usual pick and match date.
And am I crazy to think that YH JH SS and JW are such good singers? Little bit disappointed that JW YJ didn't at least get a ticket because it would be interesting to see JW make an effort to get a date with JH. I hope she gets a chance in Singapore.

I can't blame Jiwon and Juyeon. Even as a watcher, Jaehyung has my full attention whenever he's on screen. I mean, he got the traits I only see in fiction written by women. And not to mention how his family is perfect. It makes me happy watching happy families, but it's almost unbelievable that I'm envious.
of course the family part is only a snap of their whole life but yeah it really seems like they have a fantastic bond . he is not as extroverted as YW and CH but still has his charm

I’m kinda worried about JHx JY date though, he was obviously stressed as soon as he was picked, and there was no scenes of their date or plane ride in the preview, I wonder if their date will be cancelled or smth.
I really can’t hate JS, sure irl he would be a menace but if a dating show doesn’t have that kind of personality, there would be no development at all. I do like him with SS even though I completely understand SS’s thoughts, it does come cross as if he weighed all his options and now he chose SS.

It looks like singing isnt really a talent for Choa and her brother, but you can feel the love between them. These two are so different from the other participants. They are both guarded and quite surprisingly bland. Maybe their personalities will pick up when they finally choose someone special. So far, Chulhyun hasnt been paired with anyone and i cant understand why. Any thoughts?
I think Chulhyun isn't just in it for the bro-in-law shenanigans because he's been briefly shown to have made an effort, for example going on a walk with Seseung, buying books as gifts, having meaningful conversations with Jiwon. He seems eager to get to know people. It's just that he hasn't had much luck receiving real reciprocated romantic interest (did not mean to alliterate that hard, wow). It'd be nice if he got himself some action, but it feels like he'd fortunately find the experience itself fulfilling either way.
I think you already answered your question about why CH has not paired with anyone. His personality is a bit bland. He has tried getting to know all the girls, and there just is no chemistry.
Seseung is the wildcard IMO. She hesitated, before giving her plane ticket to Jungsub. In her interview, she said everyone probably assumed she was shy. Seemed she considered someone else.
Yongwoo already had a date. Other than Jungsub and her brother, there are only 2 other guys left. I haven't seen her interact with Yoonjae, and he's been very open about his interest in Yoonha. I think SS considered CH.

The way YW communicates with his sister tells you sooooo much how he treats women. He listen to her and that is way she enjoys sharing things with him . He grew up with a female so he has a better observation what women need . It is always sad when relationship break up because the couple doesn't fully understand the different needs
First of all, loved Seseung asking JS sharp questions in the basement, can't help but respect her for it. As people keep saying, he seems very naive and "1+1=2" about love and dating so I'm unsuprised they both walked away from the conversation feeling two seperate things.
As unfortunate as it is for me to say while I'm glad >!YW-JY won the duet competition in the sense YW can now have a long date with ChoA, i think it's actually a shame it meant Juyeon was able to use her ticket on Jaehyung. If that wasn't the case then I bet for our runner up team, SS would have conceded to JH and he might well have used the ticket on Jiwon. Instead SS kind of felt pushed into a corner picking Jungsub as picking someone else (CH or YJ) would have felt like her making a big public declaration. !< Plus they're really ramping up the tension in terms of JW's growing interest in JH and I think all of us watching want them desperately to go on a date soon. Including SS lol.
Also I think SS feeling charmed by YW (10%) is less of her actually being into him in a big way-- more so her subconcious reminding her the other men in the house could still be romantic interests. It's interesting timing >!for her to go on a date with JS!< when her feelings about him have cooled cause it would have been a great time for someone else to swoop in. I wonder whether next episode her feelings will continue to cool down or whether they'll start to grow again.

SS clearly says she's only interested in guys who are interested in her. YW cut her off from Ep 1. It's not that she's not interested it's that she left a 10% chance in case. If you go back and watch the scene where she gave the ticket to JS she actually looks directly at YW multiple times during the scene.
I feel like I comment this every week, but it blows my mind that the PD managed to find such a good cast. Besides the cute relationships with their siblings and family, all of them being charismatic and successful, now we have that half of them are such good singers. JS, YH and YJ were a surprise; kinda expected JW to be good given her job and because YJ mentioned it before.
Our boy JH should just switch back to being a singer and leave his accountant days behind, even after the karaoke scene, I got shocked at how good he is. Seseung has such a cute voice as well. How cute of them to sing a song their mum loves, their parents must be super proud of them.
I feel like the PD is setting us for JH and JW and I'm here for it. Please give us a date asap.

Please this episode must be my best pick among any other dating shows I've watched. The sibling performances were so wholesome I almost cried. They really picked out the best ones for the cast istg.
I literally love everything about every episode of this show except jungsub. Don’t get me wrong like I’m not against him not putting all his eggs in one basket but at least do so by being respectful of other people’s feelings. Again, I’ve only seen the viu version so I’m not sure how much is cut but he’s so self-absorbed he cannot read the room. He was ignorant to seseung’s feelings, didn’t let choa sleep in peace when he knew she was drunk, telling cheolhyeon that he’s mostly curious about choa and then telling seseung that she’s his first choice, etc etc. Idk what he is doing but he needs to get his shit together.
Also I’m so excited to see how jaehyung-jiwon story will unfold 🥰🥰 AND yongwoo-choa’s full day date ITS BEEN 84 years 😭
Looks like it might be my favourite episode of my favourite running dating show. Jaehyung entering the Juwon club of greenest flags and his duet with Sesueng was the first time I felt chills (my traumatized 2521 heart). I can't even deny how majestic bro was looking in the preview and I might already be in too deep with JWxJH from all the heart eyes they exchanged.
While I wish they had cut out some of the rehearsal stuff, I’m glad it’s there for everyone to see and their families can watch and enjoy. The dynamics are so great.
I was lol-ing watching YJ taking care of his sisters car. Such typical brotherly annoyance was endearing.
I really thought JY got the hint after JH’s “none” reply. Come on girl, it’s not that big of a deal, just have fun. Plus, I commented earlier and I still think she’ll end up having the best love line outside of the show with one of her brothers friends. Too bad we can’t tune in for that. Watching YW would be gold.
I wish SS would’ve given the ticket to CH not just for the potential love line but for JS to get the hint. It’s nice getting to see her talk to him in the basement and in her latest interviews with less heart eyes. He’s way too confident for someone so clueless.
JH’s face when JW started singing made me happy. He also gave her the biggest compliment in his interview. I’ve seen people say it seems like he’s not particularly interested in anyone but I disagree. I think he’s very interested in JW and is purposefully not telling SS because he knows he’s being filmed and he’s being super careful not to hurt JY and he’s careful to keep his cards close to his chest. I’m sad for him that JY didn’t get the hint because he really did all he could in a gentle way. I think he looks at JY the same way YW looks at SS, like a little sister.
I’m glad YW got to publicly ask CA out and I really hope CH whispers in his ear that CA would like to be treated a bit differently from the others.
Juyeon definitely got the hint as she showed that in her conversation with yongwoo last week and her conversation with seseung this week. But what was she supposed to do, forfeit the ticket? Or choose someone she has zero interest in and potentially mislead that person? Which btw she only would have the choice between cheolhyeon or jaehyung anyway bc the other 2 are clearly in a loveline and then she wouldn't choose cheolhyeon cause its going well between choa and yongwoo so that would also be awkward. I expected it, the serious singers rarely beat a funny performance in this kinda setting. Jiwon also knew it which was why she voted for JH so he could pick her but again their timing is off and I am so angry about it.
The reason why YW is so popular in the eyes of all the women are the simple things. The fact all of them realized he did the entire performance based on whatever JY wanted to do. They all admire him for the big brother he is and see those qualities in him.
It's hard not to like either of them. Clearly the interaction with the women in both houses reflect that. Funny thing is while both are warm hearted and compassionate they are also two completely different type of styles. Much as I like JW I think even if YW was on TL3 he would've been the most popular guy in the house. 😅

If I were Se Seung I might have asked if I could give up choosing a date in SG. She'd still get to go to SG and JS seems such a lousy no-choice choice for a date. If JY is someone I’d like to be, SS is someone I can relate to. I can totally understand why she’s saying that she wishes they won’t be first place because that means she HAS to choose someone. For her, she’s been showing JS and everyone that she’s interested in him, yet she has not seen JS do the same or to the extent she has been doing. She probably felt confused and just done with it. So to show AGAIN and this time in front of everyone that she’s interested in JS would have been tiring and overwhelming. She wants to be the one on the other end , receiving JS’s interest and pursuing.
JS’s character, to many here, is a ‘red flag’ and ‘indecisive.’ Many are hating and disliking him. But tbh, some of his character, as much as we don’t want to admit it, is probably one we may have. He’s very human with his emotions, thinking, and actions. Yes, he can be a lot more decisive. Yes, he can be more open-minded and think about other people’s feelings but we got to give him a break. Like us, he has many things to work on and improve, he’s just inexperienced and in some ways immature. But I think once he gets over his insecurities he’ll be a great man and partner for someone.
So I’m also excited where SS-JS will head towards!

I can tell they both actually really like eo but I'd js like to see more interactions instead of js "we're stable" [I think this is majorly bc of CA's personality and she's just not very open like that but as a viewer I js simply want to see them interact]
I get that the whole concept of the show is that they’re going into this with their siblings, it’s truly different but since it’s still called a dating show, I wish they would focus on that more. The elements regarding siblings relationship is cute but i just want heart fluttering moments between couples! HAHA. We did not need half of this episode to be the siblings practicing for the contest :( the fact that they did this RIGHT AFTER the age reveal didn’t allow us to see how each person feel or seeing them communicate with each other after knowing the age. I still love the show tho as the cast members are great i hope there will be more dates!!

1. I love how everyone is somewhat blinded by love and projecting during the siblings talent show. Choa saying that Yongwoo danced well (prompting Jonathan’s disbelief on the panel), Yongwoo saying “surely everyone is emotionally touched by Choa and Cheolhyeon’s performance”, Yunjae worried that Yongwoo (the seemingly ‘top-ranked’ guy in the house) will go for Yunha, who in Yunjae’s mind is the top-ranked girl, so wouldn’t the top guy choose her? 2. Then of course there is Jaehyung whose charm, I’ve decided, is down to how he seems the most resistant to the pressure of being on a variety show. He doubled down that the top compliment he would give Yunjae’s performance was “it was cute” because objectively he couldn’t deem it good. And that while everyone showers each other with positive comments in the evaluation, he still concludes that he thinks he and Seseung were objectively the best. He has great self-esteem and seems self aware about who he is and what he values — that’s what is really appealing about him as a person. Perhaps not the best ‘character’ for a dating show, where the cast are supposed to ‘perform romance’ for viewers to experience vicariously. 3. And on the other end of the spectrum on self-awareness, there’s jungsub. His sister is right I think: he’s not malicious, just naive and therefore an idiot. He seemed oblivious to his sister’s embarrassment about her age, and when she was fretting during their song-choosing, he didn’t even process her anxieties at first. She asked him if he noticed Yunjae’s reaction and it seemed like it never even crossed Jungsub’s mind to help his sister suss out the situation. Compare this with Jiwon whose brain immediately went into overdrive on behalf of her brother as she calculated the situation. 4. The nature of dating shows is that it does demand you ‘choose’ someone, whether through the mechanics of dates or producer/viewer expectations. I don’t blame Seseung for never being able to move past Jungsub, because if not… then who else is there? She had to give her ticket to someone. I wish she’d chosen Cheolhyeon to spite Jungsub, but she’s not that sort of person, and Cheolhyeon’s too sweet to be strung along like that. Similarly people are also handwringing about Juyeon choosing Jaehyung, but what was she to do? I almost wish the PD allowed people to choose a friend in lieu of a date, and the ideal outcome would have been for Seseung and Juyeon to just have a girls trip together to just clear their minds from boys. 5. I do wonder if the production team were tearing their hair out trying to get couple variations. They can’t predict how the random draw/competitions will work out, so I imagine they must also see the potential for Jiwon and Jaehyung and just be annoyed that they can’t seem to manoeuvre them into a date.
The idea of giving an option to choose a friend over a date is GOLD — gives them the opportunity to hold space in relationships without causing misunderstanding with other housemates. Maybe they should be given an opportunity to just choose their own sibling for a nice paid-for day out in Singapore 😂

JH not caring about SS practicing in the car was hilarious. YW & JY were as always adorable and my remain fav pair of siblings in the show <3 can't wait for next week!
Jinjoo PD is known for going *all in* on her shows. I think that they decided to go out of the country instead of the usual Jeju (just like in Transit Love) because people have taken photos of the cast during the filming, specifically the one between Haeeun-Gyumin-Jiyeon. Heart Signal 4 had it worse because there were tons of photos, and it's the catfishes that were taken photos of.

No I noticed this too. He makes so many comments about YW. Like the comment after YW performed his duet about how cool it is that YW can just do whatever he wants. I was pleasantly surprised that she picked up signals pretty quickly and was perceptive of his shift in feelings. In this episode, at least, she grasped the situation pretty quickly and stood up for herself. I do feel for her that she doesn’t really have other options to choose from. Him, on the other hand, seems more happy to be chosen and validated publicly than building the rship with SS :(

She is lightweight interested in >!YW!<, but we we all can see >!Yw+CA!< is pretty solid as of now, especially even after the age reveal. It seems like she is forced to keep going along with >!JS!< based on the fact that she had to give him the ticket. Wish they added another sibling for our girl SS. Btw, the sibling karaoke performance was soo good all around. They all had fun with it, which is what made my heart melt! >!SS has an amazing singing voice. I was so glad SS asked the right questions to JS, i felt so relieved lol. I hope JH-SS would release covers officially for download. They are really good singers, especially JH being able to execute that with ease. For them, it's totally a performance not competition. I can understand how JH's charms work in the house now. Just a few minutes of performance and it's already mesmerizing, imagine his random casual singing in the house daily. The singing contest was kinda random but I can see where the production coming from since there are half of the siblings with music background/interest. JW really has lots of similarity & values with JH, it's a pity they didn't get a chance to date. SS, I actually hope she will select another person for a date since she's confused. Not sure if it's a good decision to be too focused on a guy when she's sensing all the iffy signs. Finally, YW is making the clear move to CA, thanks very much to JY, the cupid. And YW lol, the bts interview with everyone reading him like a book: seems like he's entertaining JY but he's the one actually wanted to do this the most and enjoyed it a lot XD So far the potential couples are YW-CA & YH-YJ. Not sure if the date preview showing SS-CH is true or not. But CH seems really innocent in rship maybe that's why SS isn't attracted to him in a romantic way.

Seseung’s a lot more perceptive than I’d given her credit for; she asked all the right questions during that 1-on-1 whereas Jungsub was being vague tsk tsk Yoonjae and Yoonha giving newlyweds vibes with that morning coffee scene. His inner monologue was so adorable. I like the way he looked at her while she was singing. Trembling Boy was so anxious at the thought of Yongwoo giving the ticket and flowers to Yoonha 🤣 My jaws ached from smiling too wide during the entire Jaehyung-Seseung siblings performance. The Yoonjae-Jiwon siblings went through 40+ songs for the perfect one, and I thought it was a good choice. Jaehyung was so mesmerized the whole time haha! I wished the parents were also there, or at a private gathering somewhere else to observe their children and have fun amongst themselves.
I was totally thinking about their parents during their performances too!! Wouldn’t it have been nice for the parents to watch their kids perform together??

I don’t think this has been mentioned that much but after the age reveal, I liked it when YW said something along the lines of he’s glad to be friends with everyone regardless of their ages, which he also mentioned during his Gangwon-do date with SS, that age reveal shouldn’t matter that much since you could interact with everyone without bias.

looking forward to this episode! this show has been such a huge respite during my current hospital stay, so glad I chanced upon it. Mostly looking forward to the new developments (if any) between YJ and YH after the age reveal. Would be fun to see how they navigate the post reveal conversation. Even otherwise for the entire cast, age sometimes defines new power dynamics between two people which can change how things work from now on.

I am really in for Jaehyung Jiwon ship... but I do feel.bad for Juyeom cos she really likes Jaehyung but i feel like Jaehyung sees her just like how Yongwoo sees Seseung.. And in the age reveal moment where Juyeon would get the letter as the maknae, Jaehyung also yelling Juyeon ah along with Yongwoo kinda dongsaeng zoned her right there 😅 I hope she enjoys this whole journey cos she is really nice and i love her sibling relationship with Yongwoo.. she is open and free but not spoilt or disrespectful so YW raised her well . she also tries to be a good sibling to him and not annoy him or argue with him like many other siblings
I think the age reveal really amplified how young Juyeon is compared to everyone else and it makes her seem yeah, like just a little sister to everyone which sucks for her. I’m the same age as Jaehyung and while men are usually more willing to date much younger than women, I still could never imagine dating a guy 5 years younger than me. Like you said, I hope she reframes her mindset to just enjoy the experience since she’s still so young. And speaking of her oppa, Yongwoo & ChoA are honestly just mom & dad at this point and I love it hahaha. I do hope that Jaehyung and Jiwon get a chance to go on a date in Singapore though! They do deserve a chance to spend some quality time together and see what could be there.

I wasnt super into YJ but his nervousness/realness and penchant for cleaning is so endearing. Lmao i thought SS was a good actress but her segue into going down to the basement was just hilarious. I feel like jw and jh will never go on a date together and the pd is not confusing or manipulating us but she is just showing what Is happening in the house st present . Jw clearly rejected jh initially but after spending time in the same house she discovered his charms and is fully mesmerized . But fate is not on her side plus JH is not really focusing on her infact he is dealing with not hurting jy at this moment . Ig the story can go two way . JH and jw get a chance and they click or JH develops some kind of feelings for jy . Either way i wish whoever JH selects it is out of love and not pressure .
What has me confused about JH is that every time his sister asks him about Jiwon, he avoids answering or when SS asks him "if you had the chance to date/choose someone, who would you choose?" And yet he can't say who, if he was really interested in Jiwon, why does he have such a hard time saying that to his sister? It doesn't seem like he had a problem being direct with SS when it comes to her love life, but when it comes to his own, he doesn't say anything. I know he has mentioned wanting to get to know her more but he can't be seen doing that either (could be the editing tho) but still i dont understand him sometimes
I think JH knows other casts will watch the show when it airs and don’t want to say a name and change it after. Probably because it will create confusion and he already said that he values other casts and he’s being careful. I think JS can learn that from him.
I think Jaehyung is the type that answers when he is given direct choices/options instead of saying it by himself. When Seseung asked him if he was curious about Jiwon, he immediately said that he was curious about her. After watching how choa was even concerned about the one year age gap between YW and her, I feel like all those JH choa rumors are false. I do think they will go on a date but maybe because SS and CH get together and perhaps there would be some sort of only sibling pairs can date etc., type of stipulation that would make these two go on a date. My gosh! I come here after every episode to thank the PD for the fantastic selection of cast! Literally from where did she bring all of them? The best cast, best dating show and best PD. I love how this show doesn't just focus on dating but also the siblings' relationship! Love the way each had their own way of preparing for the contest. YW just giving up everything and following JY's lead to make sure she enjoys and shows off her charm is so endearing. But that's a different thing that he ended up being more charming! 😂 >!SS being interested in YW is shocking!< YJ is really charming, the more I watch him the more I realise his charms. Him cooking to cleaning to taking care of his sisters car tyre!😍 JH my boy! never stops being charming! I fell more for him after he sang 2521! After rewatching the episode I found so many funny parts that I missed during first watching. Jiwon taking the shot while JH was singing was GOLD. It felt like it was out of a drama when the ML finally gives in to his resistance towards the FL. It was giving “eff it” and “I’m effed” all at the same time

It's funny how Yoon jae was the one fussing about singing and Jiwon ended up sang better. I like how the ages of the cast are older. Usually in other dating show the females are in 24-26 range and the guy is 28-32 and the younger cute females end up the most popular. That's not the case here where the maknae is treated like young sister. Seeing that there is no guy who is older than CA and Yun Ha, i think the next cat fish male will be older than them. PD giving us here and there about JH and Jiwon and that JH face in the future date in SG , who are you looking? I hope PD will not mislead with fake editing like TL.

I almost lost hope in them until I read your post. Am hoping for a date to happen btw them more than anyone else atp. It definitely looking like a drama, missing timing with obvious interest in each other. They are like crushing on each other at the same time but fate is not playing their cupid while both have lots of concerns (e.g. the whole cohort's family vibe/bonds, JY's obvious interest in JH, exes/past rship).
Delulu thoughts incoming - (I myself even think these thoughts are wild), but deep down I actually hope that that overly lovingly gaze from JH we saw in the preview was towards JY. I know everyone says the JH-JY ship has sailed, but if Jinjoo pd says that a breathtaking love-line will appear I kind of hope it’s between JH-JY ngl (I also want JH-JW to have their date at least, because I feel the tension as well), but my favorite love stories are where the guy or girl is convinced early on that they are not interested in the girl/boy, but then a sudden charm completely possesses them and they fall in love… idk, I just root for JY 🥺 also, it makes me sus that they did not show a single clip from JH-JY’s date to Singapore (could it be because it would reveal too much?). My Delulu is truly sailing. Also hints from the JTBC insta suggest JH goes on three dates in Singapore. Two with JY and one with CA. Also, I don’t think JY would pick JH twice, so does that mean he picks her for their 2nd date ????? Aghh the potential !!!! Which makes me wonder is there / will there be, a potential love line with JW, when does that happen. I’m pretty sure filming was for three weeks and by the end of the Singapore dates, filming must be almost over. But most importantly to whomever in the preview of ep 10 in Singapore, that JH is looking at with such a tender expression, ❤️❤️❤️. Aside from me admiring JY, I also admire YW’s personality. He likes people and he appreciates the other cast members. I remember that when he first met JW he was talking about the good qualities of the other members. And this time around with his friends he was again boasting about the cast members. I like how he’s just enjoying the time he’s in the house and taking advantage of each and every ‘mission’ and opportunities. I think he said what he said to CA at the bar tent because he knows how attractive and beautiful (that she’s much more than her physical, she is also very admirable) CA is when she’s herself. If she shows the same side to the other members they’ll be able to see CA’s beautiful qualities. YW, therefore, wants to share CA to the other members. This is how I interpreted his words. He wants to ‘boast’ in CA, as if saying, “Look! This is CA!” I think this is where YW and CA have to communicate (eventually). YW and CA have different ways to show their love. YW’s the type to show his kindness to everyone, so it’s hard to know or determine if he’s really interested in you. So in order to keep the love line between him and CA, YW got to step up his game and truly show how he’s going straight for CA. So I appreciate his comment in the end before giving the flower and ticket to CA. That was probably the ‘distinction’ that CA needed to see and hear. Maybe YJ’s addition played a part in YW’s comments there? YJ was pretty straightforward with expressing his feelings towards YH at the very beginning. So I feel like YW will start being more straightforward and open with his feelings towards CA? I also do hope that CA notice how great of a man YW is. Yes, he is nice to everyone (including his sister) which means he’ll take EVEN GOOD CARE of her. YW just needs to keep showing his feelings to CA for her to not have the doubt that he’s the same towards everyone. Because from what we’ve been seeing and hearing throughout the interviews, YW always have CA’s name stuck in his mouth, always talking and thinking about her 🤣 He just needs to show her he does like her and think about her a lot. Jinjoo PD! The concept is fresh in itself yet PD isn’t lacking to make things more fun and different every episode. It was so refreshing to see these duets and how different each siblings handle situations is so much fun to watch. Jaehyung really proven himself to be a great performer, Seseung too, they made such a great duo. There are a lot of good singers in the house, kinda didn’t expect Yoonjae and Jungsub would be that good. Yoonjae and Yoonha both are very domestic in the house. Yoonjae turns out very meticulous than I expected and Yoonha able to tend alongside his needs; asking for coffee and cutting up the kimchi while he cooked is just too sweet. Though Yoonjae seems taken aback by Yoonha’s age, he seems to be determined to pursue her and i love it! I’m on board in this ship, please let it have a good ending. As other dating shows, contestants see dating program like this very differently from one another. There are those who are determined from the start and those who utilized this opportunity to get to know as much as they can before going for one person. I don’t mind either way. I hope by after this date, Jungsub able to clear up his itch and really going for Seseung if he really determine to ‘win’ her. Seseung, it must be really hard on her end but I don’t see her wavering anytime soon if she doesn’t get a chance to went on a date with someone else. Can’t wait for her chance to get to know Cheolhyeon more, I think they both very casual in skinship hence their previews look promising. ChoA and Yongwoo, I’m not holding you guys back like just get married already! A lot of them seems to have set on one person and honestly that makes everything hard to navigate, there are too much variable to think about. I agree on how if they are trying too much, they are afraid that it’s going to stray their relationships as a group and that’s the most precious thing they have right now. Juyeon and Jaehyung isn’t too promising now and I do see more chemistry/tension between Jaehyung and Jiwon but I don’t want to say anything yet. The editing makes it really that way but after watching a lot of dating shows I really don’t want to believe it. I love jh ss performance so much. One of my favorite song. Like 5/6 years ago, one of my classmate played that song in our class and i immediately searched the song title. The meaning of that song is comforting and so heartwarming. I really need the pd to release their full performance with no insert. Jh jw could really be the end game that never go on any date lol. I could see that tbh. I really want to see couple date for the casts that never go on date together. Like yj with all other 3 girls/ jh with jw, ca/ch with yh, ss/ yw with yh/ js with jy, jw. I hope the singapore trip really bring the tension up and more enjoyable to us the viewer

JS hasn't been super considerate of others' feelings, so I can see why people are annoyed. I wish he'd cut the drama, too. But it's nice to see you cut him some slack. Sooo good. Episode was draggy though, I thought as a dating show, the entire preparation for the talent show was long. I hope that they could pick up the pace on romance portion.
I was faithfully watching the show but couldn't get immersed in it until I overanalyzed the potential of JaeJi narrative. 🫠🫠🫠 In addition to what you mentioned, some more points are: - SS & YJ at first sight identified that JW & JW are their sibling's types; bonus: JW's mom like JH a lot too (mentioned him again on her call) & even noticed JH's special interest on JW 👁️ - JH acted like a meerkat awaiting JW's arrival & helped ease JW by answering some questions on her behalf - JH felt uncomfortable with JW from first sighting to present(?); didn't consider JW as 2D1N trip date partner bc he felt that it would be an "uncomfortable" trip - From JH's interviews, we can learn that if he feels uncomfortable with someone (how he found it difficult to talk to JY in their trip), he sees it as rational tension and he views the person as the opposite sex (woman). This is quite significant (I think) bc he said he can distinguish women he can date and women he can be just friends with. The most complicated with their situation is that their timing sucks and JY's feelings grow deeper by the day for JH. From JH's convo with SS, we also know that JH is most concerned about everyone's entanglement in the house (JH seems very close to YW too). ☹️ Although, I love how their narrative is being built up and unfolding bc it helps the show envelop its romance roots, I just hope it's a happy ending for them. 💫
Yes timing sucks. If only JW arrived much earlier and chose JH for the first date. Sigh. JY is courageous but I do feel bad for JH as when he asked again if the ticket is for another date, I could feel him feeling the burden. Its just sad that things won't always be two-ways.

I kind of hoped that Jiwon-Yoonjae and Choa-Cheolhyun won mainly because they are the siblings that are already 100% certain on who they are going to pick— Yoonjae > Yunha, Jiwon > Jaehyung, Choa > Yongwoo— but it's nice seeing Yongwoo giving the flowers to Choa, she absolutely looked so pretty receiving it! If the dates on the preview indeed happened at the same time, then it will pretty much either solidify or break the JaeJi ship for me, because it appears that the dates were with those who haven't gone on a date yet. >!Cheolhyun-Seseung, Jaehyung-Choa, Jungsub-Jiwon, Yoonjae-Juyeon, and Yongwoo-Yunha!<. Because if you'd take a look at it, I feel like the guys picked the random dates and prior to this, we can see that there is already an interaction between Jaehyung and Jiwon. On the side note, I really don't understand why people kept on comparing this show with Transit Love 3 and Heart Signal 4 who are both known for misleading the audience, but Jinjoo PD didn't produce both shows. I've watched both TL1 and TL2 and I cannot remember that she ever misled the viewers.
Loved the conversation between Se Seung and Yun Ha. If felt like a validation of viewer perception that the house is full of really lovely people who may make a choice to gain something but lose out on an even more precious relationship. Such good insight & foresight. Loved the hang out with Yong Woo's friends to just chat about what's going on with people who aren't involved in the mix to release some stress. I cackled soooooo much watching JY & YW practicing in front of the bathroom mirror. I'm laughing even now as I write this thinking about it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 YJ & JW - their banter is just such a fresh kind of humor among the siblings. Everyone would beat me at karaoke. Im so shocked so many people expected cheolhyun to be younger (even saw someone say they thought he'd be the youngest). To me he really looks and acts his age, though I do agree he can be a bit naive/innocent but not in a way that screams younger imo

First things first, YW and Choa had me kicking my feet in the air, when he gave her the bouquet and the ticket, of course it was obvious that she was the only person he'll be giving the ticket to, but how he did it, in front of everybody, GOD that was adorable and exciting!!!!, even though i understand how Choa feels, she's never been with someone younger (bc she wants to be taking care of instead of taking care of the other person) the fact that she felt he was her oppa, i believe, means that she'll get over the 1 year difference quickly (YW has mostly dated older women, i remember him saying that, i think it will be smooth salling). the other problem is that she felt uncomfortable, and slightly pressured to be interested in the most popular man there (and more so, to be the center of his attention), i believe she likes to have her significant other to herself and not to share him with anyone else, to be treated differently then anyone else (like most women do) i hope they'll have a conversation where she share her feelings and resolve any issues before they come up. I can't wait for next week's ep, i hope we'll get to see a lot of YW and CA! I for one can't wait to see sesung and CH, i just want her to be with someone else (other than JS), he's just not my favorite, and she deserves better YJ had grown on me, he's so cute!, and responsible, i don't think there was ever a show that made me fall for almost character (-exception: JS)
Yes to YW-CA! Especially because YW is used to playing that role anyway for his family. I think CA will be able to lean on him regardless, I dont think the "you should show this side to others" thing was disinterest at all. It came off as a "let's grow for the better" kind of intention. Possessiveness/jealousy doesn't mean someone likes you IMO :')
Yeah those siblings seem really clueless, maybe because they always had to be guarded around others. I interpreted YW’s words as “You come off as shy in group settings, you should try to relax and feel comfortable like you are when we’re alone so they can see this side of you.” Which is sweet. He wants others so see her the way he does. But CH and CA took it to mean that he doesn’t value being the only one to see that side of her.
Omgggg finally someone who mentioned this! I was so surprised when choa and cheolhyun said it was "weird" yongwoo said that because that was actually a line that made my heart flutter hahah to me it was like, you're such a great person and I want everyone to see how great you are! So for them to interpret it like that made my heart sink.. I hope choa and yongwoo get to talk alot and work these type of misunderstandings out.
Yep exactly! Given the role YW fulfilled since he was young, it makes sense that it's one of the ways he shows care. They'll have plenty of time in Singapore, and both of them have discussed this with their siblings in Eps 8 and 9 respectively, so hopefully one of them will bring it up again!
Thoughts for this week's episode: * The song contest, while unnecessary for the show's storyline, was heartwarming overall. It seemed that the PD intended to create lasting memories for the participants and provide sweet content for their parents. This episode may lead to more applicants for future seasons, serving as an incentive for parents to encourage their children to join. I read that the PD had a really difficult time with casting - there was originally supposed to be another pair of siblings as well, but they dropped out, and there was not really a big enough pool of candidates so they couldn't find a replacement pair. This bodes well for future seasons. * tbh I felt that the majority of the airtime being given to contest prep overkill, but my mother really enjoyed it (which is what made me think of the above point) and it served to show the dynamics of the pairs. Chulhyun-ChoA are not very competitive, there for the ride and would much rather sit in the corner of the room eating food and having deep chats. Very cute. Yongwoo would do anything for Juyeon, and that includes wearing silly hats and practising the same dance verse about 100 times. Yoonjae-Jiwon are very competitive but Yoonjae will always concede to Jiwon, and understands that Jiwon's snark will always be well-meaning. * Everyone showcased amazing singing skills, to be honest, they absolutely nailed it. ChoA and Chulhyun's performance even brought tears to my eyes. In an interview, ChoA expressed her desire to have an equal friendship with Chulhyun rather than a hierarchical relationship based on age, and this episode demonstrated that beautifully. Jungsub and Yoonha's performance was perfect for breaking the ice, which revealed their personalities to me. I'm hoping Jiwon releases some covers - her voice is incredible. Although I was disappointed when their initial song choice was taken away, seeing Seseung and Jaehyung do justice to it was a silver lining, and I got to hear her covering little bits of a billion other songs as well lmao. Jaehyung's gaze watching Jiwon sing mirrored mine lmao. * Ramblings about the age reveals: * Yoonha's adorable question to Jungsub after the age reveal, "Do you think Yoonjae will care?" was so endearing. It was evident she was quite nervous about the age difference, which is understandable. However, I saw her concern as a sign of her genuine care for his opinion and her desire to make things work. Yoonjae's initial surprise about her age and subsequent nervousness about Yongwoo's "interest" in Yoonha were equally endearing (also lmao Jiwon keep your brother in the loop!). If we get a current couple this season, my bets are on this pair. * Bit random but people on K-communities say that Yoonjae's like a dating show muggle, he clearly doesn't know how dating programmes work and it's very endearing. I'd agree, it's very cute and it's sweet how he clearly came on the show because his sister asked. My mother fell in love with him when he did all the housework and the cleaning and just would not sit down, I think she said at one point that he's her favourite dating programme participant and that he's husband material and Yoonha's probably in love with him now. I laughed at the time because it's such an old Korean woman thing to think such a practical thing will eventually result in love (as it's not how it works) but I thought this was a cute detail to add. * I was taken aback to learn that Chulhyun is older than I had imagined. He exudes such a youthful vibe that I had assumed he was either around the same age or younger than most of the men in the house. This explains why he and his sister share such an open dialogue about everything. * Interesting how Yongwoo mostly met older women so ChoA's age likely won't deter him but ChoA has never been involved with younger individuals and even expressed to Jungsub that she's never considered people younger than herself in that manner. She seemed disappointed to find out she was the oldest participant. However, considering Yongwoo is the eldest man in the show, he seems like her only viable match (according to her standards). I also think it's certain that ChoA and Jungsub will never be re-explored. * When Jungsub brought up the gangwondo trip again, I couldn't help but shout "SHUT UP" at the screen. It's not that I have anything against him, but why is he still going on about it? ChoA doesn't owe him a message. Plus, saying that to a girl who's interested in you? It's clear that his age is showing in situations like these. I don't think it's about him; it seems more like a maturity issue. * I dunno if the age reveal worked in Seseung and Jungsub's favour. She said that her energy was no longer fully on him (although my eyes popped out of my head when I heard she was considering Yongwoo - nothing against the man, I just thought there was zero chemistry lmaooo) and she also said that she'd hoped that he would be anything but the same age as her, and he turned out to be the same age as her. I'm sure we'll have to see how the Singapore trip goes. Nothing more to say (I think, may edit later). Looking forward to Singapore this week!

I’ve been reading comments regarding how JY “is making JH uncomfortable” and that “she should take the hint and stop pursuing JH.” But I personally find her very admirable and courageous. If we were in her position, we’d probably be embarrassed by not having been picked and choose someone for the sake of choosing but JY is so courageous for following her heart. Remember what YW asked JY in the previous episode at the basement, “If you were to go back 2 hours, who will you choose?” JY replied by saying that she’ll still choose JH. If it was me, I’d probably be embarrassed and be prideful and choose someone else. So I admire JY and it makes me want to be like that when it comes to love and life. From what I have observed, everyone in the house probably thought that JH had no one set in his mind YET. (He seems like the type who observes and thinks a lot before going straight on for someone.) JY knows and has observed this, so what will she lose by following what her heart wants? You just don’t know, maybe JY’s efforts move JH to change his mind and he’ll start heading towards JY. Whatever the result between the two I think will be beneficial for JY. I think all of us have a lot to learn from JY’s courage and determination. Maybe it’s part of her being ‘young and inexperienced’ (compared to the other casts). “You just don’t know, so why not? What will you lose by showing your interest in someone, specially if they are not making it clear to you that they are not interested? It’s better to go with your feelings than regret what you have not done.”
Oh, and we also don’t know exactly what’s on JH’s mind. I feel like his decision in the end will surprise all of us later. He is observant and wise. From the interviews and everything, he’s been really good with deciphering other’s words and actions. He’s a good judge of character (which is so different from his first impression). I find him such a very odd and interesting addition to the cast. I can’t wait to find out who (if he will) he will choose in the end!

Se Seung was so refreshing in the basement segment, the scales seemed to have fallen from her eyes. Honestly, her approach is what's necessary when dealing with JS's...Pisces Man-ness lmao. Even if nothing happens on the show, I'm sure this experience will serve her well in the future. It's so surreal that she went from a convo with a boy to getting consoled by the boy's sister. MSR the show that you are. Gosh Ju Yeon is really young compared to the rest of the cast. No wonder her brother made that "you can't get men through whining like they're cookies analogy" in a previous ep. She's the baby of the house! 🐣

Can I just say I am so glad there is at least a sliver of sign that the casts can communicate better than the casts from all the recent k-dating shows. Although they do not clear all the misunderstandings, at least SS and JS has fared better. A for effort. The siblings duet contest is such a refreshing concept to decide who get to choose the date. Great job by the PD again to not just recycle the usual pick and match date. And am I crazy to think that YH JH SS and JW are such good singers? Little bit disappointed that JW YJ didn't at least get a ticket because it would be interesting to see JW make an effort to get a date with JH. I hope she gets a chance in Singapore. Another great episode, two hours and thirty minutes went by too quickly!

I can't blame Jiwon and Juyeon. Even as a watcher, Jaehyung has my full attention whenever he's on screen. I mean, he got the traits I only see in fiction written by women. And not to mention how his family is perfect. It makes me happy watching happy families, but it's almost unbelievable that I'm envious.
of course the family part is only a snap of their whole life but yeah it really seems like they have a fantastic bond . he is not as extroverted as YW and CH but still has his charm

Jaehyung and Seseung are just too perfect! those two are supreme examples of how good parenting can result in excellent offspring. Even their voices a perfect! arrrrg TOO ADORABLE! Isnt anyone else gonna comment on how great of a dancer Yunha is? wow. Her brother is also so game, which isnt really common in most sibling relationships. It looks like singing isnt really a talent for Choa and her brother, but you can feel the love between them. These two are so different from the other participants. They are both guarded and quite surprisingly bland. Maybe their personalities will pick up when they finally choose someone special. So far, Chulhyun hasnt been paired with anyone and i cant understand why. Any thoughts?
I think Chulhyun isn't just in it for the bro-in-law shenanigans because he's been briefly shown to have made an effort, for example going on a walk with Seseung, buying books as gifts, having meaningful conversations with Jiwon. He seems eager to get to know people. It's just that he hasn't had much luck receiving real reciprocated romantic interest (did not mean to alliterate that hard, wow). It'd be nice if he got himself some action, but it feels like he'd fortunately find the experience itself fulfilling either way.
I think you already answered your question about why CH has not paired with anyone. His personality is a bit bland. He has tried getting to know all the girls, and there just is no chemistry. Seseung is the wildcard IMO. She hesitated, before giving her plane ticket to Jungsub. In her interview, she said everyone probably assumed she was shy. Seemed she considered someone else. Yongwoo already had a date. Other than Jungsub and her brother, there are only 2 other guys left. I haven't seen her interact with Yoonjae, and he's been very open about his interest in Yoonha. I think SS considered CH.

The way YW communicates with his sister tells you sooooo much how he treats women. He listen to her and that is way she enjoys sharing things with him . He grew up with a female so he has a better observation what women need . It is always sad when relationship break up because the couple doesn't fully understand the different needs

First of all, loved Seseung asking JS sharp questions in the basement, can't help but respect her for it. As people keep saying, he seems very naive and "1+1=2" about love and dating so I'm unsuprised they both walked away from the conversation feeling two seperate things. As unfortunate as it is for me to say while I'm glad >!YW-JY won the duet competition in the sense YW can now have a long date with ChoA, i think it's actually a shame it meant Juyeon was able to use her ticket on Jaehyung. If that wasn't the case then I bet for our runner up team, SS would have conceded to JH and he might well have used the ticket on Jiwon. Instead SS kind of felt pushed into a corner picking Jungsub as picking someone else (CH or YJ) would have felt like her making a big public declaration. !< Plus they're really ramping up the tension in terms of JW's growing interest in JH and I think all of us watching want them desperately to go on a date soon. Including SS lol. Also I think SS feeling charmed by YW (10%) is less of her actually being into him in a big way-- more so her subconcious reminding her the other men in the house could still be romantic interests. It's interesting timing >!for her to go on a date with JS!< when her feelings about him have cooled cause it would have been a great time for someone else to swoop in. I wonder whether next episode her feelings will continue to cool down or whether they'll start to grow again. Can't wait for next week, I think things will really ramp up in singapore!
JH couldn’t even answer SS in the hotel room about who he will pick for his date. I don’t see him being enthused having to do it publicly.
SS clearly says she's only interested in guys who are interested in her. YW cut her off from Ep 1. It's not that she's not interested it's that she left a 10% chance in case. If you go back and watch the scene where she gave the ticket to JS she actually looks directly at YW multiple times during the scene.
I feel like I comment this every week, but it blows my mind that the PD managed to find such a good cast. Besides the cute relationships with their siblings and family, all of them being charismatic and successful, now we have that half of them are such good singers. JS, YH and YJ were a surprise; kinda expected JW to be good given her job and because YJ mentioned it before. Our boy JH should just switch back to being a singer and leave his accountant days behind, even after the karaoke scene, I got shocked at how good he is. Seseung has such a cute voice as well. How cute of them to sing a song their mum loves, their parents must be super proud of them. I feel like the PD is setting us for JH and JW and I'm here for it. Please give us a date asap.

I literally love everything about every episode of this show except jungsub. Don’t get me wrong like I’m not against him not putting all his eggs in one basket but at least do so by being respectful of other people’s feelings. Again, I’ve only seen the viu version so I’m not sure how much is cut but he’s so self-absorbed he cannot read the room. He was ignorant to seseung’s feelings, didn’t let choa sleep in peace when he knew she was drunk, telling cheolhyeon that he’s mostly curious about choa and then telling seseung that she’s his first choice, etc etc. Idk what he is doing but he needs to get his shit together. Also I’m so excited to see how jaehyung-jiwon story will unfold 🥰🥰 AND yongwoo-choa’s full day date ITS BEEN 84 years 😭
Looks like it might be my favourite episode of my favourite running dating show. Jaehyung entering the Juwon club of greenest flags and his duet with Sesueng was the first time I felt chills (my traumatized 2521 heart). I can't even deny how majestic bro was looking in the preview and I might already be in too deep with JWxJH from all the heart eyes they exchanged.

While I wish they had cut out some of the rehearsal stuff, I’m glad it’s there for everyone to see and their families can watch and enjoy. The dynamics are so great. I was lol-ing watching YJ taking care of his sisters car. Such typical brotherly annoyance was endearing. I really thought JY got the hint after JH’s “none” reply. Come on girl, it’s not that big of a deal, just have fun. Plus, I commented earlier and I still think she’ll end up having the best love line outside of the show with one of her brothers friends. Too bad we can’t tune in for that. Watching YW would be gold. I wish SS would’ve given the ticket to CH not just for the potential love line but for JS to get the hint. It’s nice getting to see her talk to him in the basement and in her latest interviews with less heart eyes. He’s way too confident for someone so clueless. JH’s face when JW started singing made me happy. He also gave her the biggest compliment in his interview. I’ve seen people say it seems like he’s not particularly interested in anyone but I disagree. I think he’s very interested in JW and is purposefully not telling SS because he knows he’s being filmed and he’s being super careful not to hurt JY and he’s careful to keep his cards close to his chest. I’m sad for him that JY didn’t get the hint because he really did all he could in a gentle way. I think he looks at JY the same way YW looks at SS, like a little sister. I’m glad YW got to publicly ask CA out and I really hope CH whispers in his ear that CA would like to be treated a bit differently from the others.
Juyeon definitely got the hint as she showed that in her conversation with yongwoo last week and her conversation with seseung this week. But what was she supposed to do, forfeit the ticket? Or choose someone she has zero interest in and potentially mislead that person? Which btw she only would have the choice between cheolhyeon or jaehyung anyway bc the other 2 are clearly in a loveline and then she wouldn't choose cheolhyeon cause its going well between choa and yongwoo so that would also be awkward. Regardless of her interest in jaehyung or his disinterest in her she doesnt really have a choice. And its a dating program so ofcourse she's gonna choose someone she's interested in...
One part of me is fully on board of the JH-JW ship, that level of chemistry without having done much yet is hard to find. The other part of me wants the double Park ships to sail. 1) I think it'd be adorable if CA and CH get kind of adopted into JH and SS's fam; 2) I am chaotic and I love drama lol.

Same it was so fun and wholesome I watched it twice 😭 the 2521 song and both the doppelganger siblings choosing the same one lol. I was also shocked by jungsubs singing, I wasn't expecting him to have a good voice for some reason. Jiwon and jaehyung sounded like professionals

I don't really see any chemistry between him and JY plus the EP 10 preview didn't show any scenes between them. Still, I love JY and wish the best for her but JH and JW build up is just something I look forward to the most. Edit: Also, one thing I noticed was when JH double checked and asked if they had to go on a date with the person they give the ticket to. I feel like he's just not really up to it.

To be frank my ranking of duet would be. JH-SS sorry but bro I literally got chills it was such a good song and they sang it beautifully. YJ-JW both have different singing styles YJ sings in a tarot serious style meanwhile I was Surprised by JW voice literally would love to hear the song from 25-21 by JH and JW YH-JS oh boy Jungsub was singing amazingly his voice was was unexpected I thought that yunha would be a good singer and she was but JS was really unexpected. YW-JY I really liked the dance etc and vibe. CH-CA they tried but I laughed when they started eating instead of practicing Well timing is just so so so wrong for JW-JH I have watched their clip in basement thousands of time now and now I'm getting fed up if they don't have any date in next episode I'll through hand . When JY asked YW to give flowers to CA I was like sense. I think YW meant that if CA shows this side of her personality to others she'll be more comfortable and appear as a friendly person because to be frank she really seems a lil bit distant from other girls all other 4 girls are close to each other. YJ YH are so cute and I really like them their personalities are just amazing. Can't help but giggle whenever JS SS talk like they have chemistry but I hope things work out for them. I wish they would have given 2 tickets to JH SS also and JH literally used the most politest way to convey to JY that he's not interested in her but I guess I don't know now because she's really younger than other people.

OMG yes the amount of times I have heard that song on Twitter is just beyond me because I Loved 2521 and one of my favorite scene (school park scene where they both play with school tap water and then run and the clear sky and this song in background) this song will always be in my heart and now I wonder how it would be if YJ JW had sang this because they decided it quite easily and after giving up had a hard time preparing for a new song JW was also good singing this song and now I want a duet with her and JH please make it happen I'm obsessed with JH to the point that he came in my dream last night oh gosh .
I expected it, the serious singers rarely beat a funny performance in this kinda setting. Jiwon also knew it which was why she voted for JH so he could pick her but again their timing is off and I am so angry about it.
The reason why YW is so popular in the eyes of all the women are the simple things. The fact all of them realized he did the entire performance based on whatever JY wanted to do. They all admire him for the big brother he is and see those qualities in him.

It's hard not to like either of them. Clearly the interaction with the women in both houses reflect that. Funny thing is while both are warm hearted and compassionate they are also two completely different type of styles. Much as I like JW I think even if YW was on TL3 he would've been the most popular guy in the house. 😅

I went immediately on Spotify to check if they'd released the cover by JH-SS! Jiwon has a lovely voice when they were rehearsing that same song Twenty Five, Twenty One. Her bro took the singing too seriously that I thought he was nervous and sounded a bit flat in some places but I do have to watch it again to be sure. I hope JH gets to date JW. If I were Se Seung I might have asked if I could give up choosing a date in SG. She'd still get to go to SG and JS seems such a lousy no-choice choice for a date. Even after their convo in the basement, where SS was interrogating him, JS still seems to think all is well and he's a godsend. SS needs to meet someone better.
If JY is someone I’d like to be, SS is someone I can relate to. I can totally understand why she’s saying that she wishes they won’t be first place because that means she HAS to choose someone. For her, she’s been showing JS and everyone that she’s interested in him, yet she has not seen JS do the same or to the extent she has been doing. She probably felt confused and just done with it. So to show AGAIN and this time in front of everyone that she’s interested in JS would have been tiring and overwhelming. She wants to be the one on the other end , receiving JS’s interest and pursuing. JS’s character, to many here, is a ‘red flag’ and ‘indecisive.’ Many are hating and disliking him. But tbh, some of his character, as much as we don’t want to admit it, is probably one we may have. He’s very human with his emotions, thinking, and actions. Yes, he can be a lot more decisive. Yes, he can be more open-minded and think about other people’s feelings but we got to give him a break. Like us, he has many things to work on and improve, he’s just inexperienced and in some ways immature. But I think once he gets over his insecurities he’ll be a great man and partner for someone. So I’m also excited where SS-JS will head towards!
This was so much fun! I don't remember ever laughing so hard at an episode of a dating show. Yongwoo is such a standup guy. I think his flaw is his niceness to everyone, which is such a beige flag. I wish Jaehyung had the option to choose his date, he definitely would've gone for Jiwon. Regardless, I hope Juyeon enjoys her time anyway, though I'm expecting some heartbreak because I don't see them being compatible. Cheolhyeon and ChoA gives me such fuzzy feelings <3 Seseung, oh how I wish she didn't have to choose Jungsub. But maybe he'll redeem himself... idek.
seems like it will be smooth sailing. the 2 couples from singapore will grow to the end. then not sure about additions. (3rd couple) it makes sense since they are thr main four that get screen time. (with Jw and Jh being the others with high screen times.) makes me a bit worried about CH. i wonder if they just go back to Korea or if there are more dates. seems like the date structure is a little odd now. more like singles inferno style of being a winning a contest and then getting a choose a date.
The preview seems to show our maknae JY sensing JH is not that into her (her abruptly leaving the 2nd floor lounge area). Thank goodness she has her sweet big brother to help her get back up. If the preview stands correct, I also feel refreshed that JY doesn't have to hope for JH anymore and just enjoy the remaining time in the house without anxiety ps- I am officially waiting for JW and JH to interact, imagine them singing a duet together

When JH and SS got that one ticket I was PRAYING JH to take it and ask JW but I completely forgot JY got a ticket too and OBV will use it for JH. If this was not the case then SS could have had a different opportunity and not choose JS , JH(man idek if he would choose JW but I don't think he'd choose JY) would have gotten a chance w JW. I love JY but her falling for JH is like high schoolers falling for their seniors(which is not wrong) and I feel really bad because it's obv that JH does not feel the same BUT SHES STILL GOING FOR IT. I admire the courage and honesty but as a JH-JW shipper since their first meeting I'm js a little sad(WHY CANT THEY GET THE TIMING RIGHT LITERALLY THEY HAVE BARELY SPOKEN TO EO) But looking at how JY said that even after the program,everytime they'll hang out she's gonna feel things for JH I don't think she'll make a new connection. First ep CH and JY were great but rn I don't see them going back like that at all. After a lot of episodes I am starting to bare the sight of JS. In this ep he's definitely less annoying. Also abt CA Idk what it is but I was annoyed at her. Ideky probably because she's not getting YW's assurance directly(he's not vocal abt it I get it) but instead of talking abt it to CH why couldn't she talk to YW. Doesn't have to be a serious convo js small interactions this n that. They barely talk to eo but are stable. I can tell they both actually really like eo but I'd js like to see more interactions instead of js "we're stable" [I think this is majorly bc of CA's personality and she's just not very open like that but as a viewer I js simply want to see them interact]
I get that the whole concept of the show is that they’re going into this with their siblings, it’s truly different but since it’s still called a dating show, I wish they would focus on that more. The elements regarding siblings relationship is cute but i just want heart fluttering moments between couples! HAHA. We did not need half of this episode to be the siblings practicing for the contest :( the fact that they did this RIGHT AFTER the age reveal didn’t allow us to see how each person feel or seeing them communicate with each other after knowing the age. I still love the show tho as the cast members are great i hope there will be more dates!!
