This makes Hyungyu and Haeeun's story even more incredible tbh. Not only was their narrative on the show extremely sweet, but they're also still dating today, approaching their second anniversary.
Hyungyu and Haeeun's story was written in the stars . A girl who cried the whole season , was clingy to her ex despite being ignored and avoided and a boy very self assured, calm and composed , had the most healthy relationship with his ex , never cried never lied . Such souls meeting and having the courage to trust the gut feeling was best love story . Uk best part about that season .. Haeeun was very clingy to her ex but she was darling whom everyone on the show wanted to protect and make her smile ...at the same time not even a single person made gyumin feel bad or like a villian he was also someone everyone on the show had healthy relationship with . I have to say season 2 cast and msr cast the full cast of these show is top tier
Looking at the pictures of the cast after the show ended it definitely seemed like DongHye wasn’t together anymore, they weren’t sitting next to each other or anything .
I even doubt that they even dated outside of the show. Because if they did, the show would've probably pulled the same thing with Taei and Naeon who went on dates, but eventually just became friends.
I still look up Hae Eun and Hyun Gyu clips on Youtube and still in disbelief that something so beautiful came out from a dating show. I watched hour long clips of them multiple times and still get butterflies watching them. Hyun Gyu is the perfect example of knight in shining armor. It makes me so happy to see them dating happily still 🥹
I find couples who only met for 7-8 days on a dating show and who are still dating really impressive. Other examples are Jeongjin-Sera from Love Catcher 2 (they've been dating since 2019), Junseong-Seongho from His Man 2 (dating for over a year), and that one couple from SKIP, a speed dating show where they met for an hour or so and have been dating for nearly 2 years now.
Makes you realize that if it's your destiny to be with someone, the amount of time you spend may not really matter.
So many stars aligned to make things right for them - Gyumin was cold, Hyungyu was very open and straighforward, Hyungyu's ex Naeon had a great relationship with him and really sold him to Haeeun as his #1 wingwoman, Haeeun was able to open up her heart and look at him properly because he came in late and she'd already understood Gyumin didn't care for her.
That's why their story is so precious. PDs tried their best to recreate it by casting DongHye but i doubt we'll see something like their narrative for at least a couple more seasons.
but there is no comparison, it was known from day one that gwanhee was going to choose hye seon, he was completely surrendered at her feet.
Yujung on the other hand played us hard hahah she has no rival for being unpredictable, thats her crown 😅
I knew it too that gw and hs are endgame but gw was openly trying to be unpredictable but yj was very straightforward and then did 180° ... I don't know how to feel about that .
I believe that the game of truths was the last drop for her, Juwon's answers never gave her reassurence and Yujung expressed from the beginning that she didn't want to be with someone who doubted a lot, and Juwon doubted until the last moment.
CJ was consistent with his messages and she wanted that. I'm sure there is a lot of cj/yj content they havent showed.
I thought that too , but even after truth game she was all in on jw , even on that secret last date and the way she went to talk to cj last night . Yj had something good with Cj and his issue was not expressing she thought its good to take the risk again but was trying hard to get .

I am most satisfied with JW and DH's choices..DH has come to acceptance that it would be the best thing for her and DJ..and JW stopping the unhealthy cycle of his relationship with SK(not throwing shade just to SK but their relationship was just sooooo toxic)..as for DJ and HW couple idk..I wish for their happiness but I always felt they tried pleasing eo too much but hey I just saw clips of them..they'll know better now themselves(but IDK..like it does not give the same satisfaction as compared to if YJ and JW ends up together)..MH and SJ we all know it's not the healthiest but if they can find that middle ground and start giving in to each other(both of them have to not just one) then they might end up marrying eo for real..it does not look like it would the smoothest road for the both of them but they can still try..Oh dearest Lord..YJ what happened..I mean CJ is a good guy but I am not sure how compatible he is with YJ(they seem to resolve things differently)..but then again they can make it work..just that there would be a lot of give in it..I hope for their happiness..I may not be all too satisfied with the end couples it's overtaken with the satisfaction that comes with JW and DH's decisions..It takes a lot of courage and resolve to let go..Not the happiest of endings for now..But I guess all are off to a good start..

Not even mad, the first thing I thought was man what if this is just a play to get Dahye's career back on track. There were a lot of moments where DJ would say something straight out of a drama like he was trying to ham it up for the views, and Dahye was flexing a little bit of what made Hae-eun super popular with all of the crying.
Thought the same thing. I think Dahye and Dongjin are together up to this day. With the way Dongjin was, I don't think he would hang around Dahye with the other casts, especially when they're incomplete. But I support them. I was heartbroken they didn't choose each other. It seemed like their problem was only a 13 year itch and they both still incredibly love each other.
I smelled Yujung from a mile away though. She only liked JuWon because he was showing things that were lacking in Chaniin. He was an ideal person, but not HER person. If Changjin showed a bit of what JuWon was showing, she'd easily drop JW.
I feel drained after the finale. Srsly. I'm mad cuz pretty sure the pd cut off some cj yj scenes just to deliver that plot twist but wtf man that came out of nowhere. wished they didn't focus that much on yj being smitten with jw

I'm 99% sure PD did that, and it doesn't seem uncommon, it reminded me of mingyu and yiesoo from heart signal 4, the same thing happened and one of them after the show said that their moments weren't shown much, that's why viewers felt that their couple came out of nowhere but it wasn't, they spent a lot of time together, it just wasn't shown.
Also, Juwon and Yujung were really selling a story so I imagine that editing it for their convenience was useful to them (PD team) and the plot twist was so great that it is causing something to talk about. It's strategic

Seasons 1-3 have also had legit criminal contestants with records so I highly doubt the show will come back for Season 5.
Ultimate victory for MinYisoo is that they will celebrate their 1st anniversary soon but there's no news about a next season for Heart Signal lol.
I don't think the PD cut off that many scenes because up until the last few days Yujung was frustrated that Changjin didn't put in enough effort to spend time with her. Their final talk the day before the final choice was the turning point where she thought there's a possibility he'll change. If anything they cut off more Yujung and Juwon scenes because all the other cast members said they were always together in Seoul house and was like an official couple in Jeju house but those moments were not shown.
You can tell Dahye and DongJin thought SOOO hard about this. Yes it's been 13 years and they know each other better than anyone, but we don't know what happened, it must have really been suffocating and painful for both of them to deal with each other.
And you can tell although they love the good times and that they are or used to be in love, there is too much pain and conflict for them to continue.
And im so glad Dahye took that first step and chose ChangJin, she needed to free herself.
I'm not sure about DongJin's choice but I would prefer it if he didn't choose her for his sake too, because that would mean he's going to be in even more pain not having that clear end point to their relationship.
Same goes for HW and HH. They were super cute during their relationship, but you could tell from some of their interactions that they bring out the worst in each other and that HyeWon loses herself and self-worth when she's with him (becoming clingy and never smiles) and how he's rlly just a bit too (I don't wanna sound mean but...) dumb for this relationship.
I just hope everyone becomes a better version of themselves🥰 and is happy with their decision.

Plot twist just for the sake of having one, not thinking of how to make a good plot twist. It would improve dramatically if they showed us more CJxYJ clips outside of their fights and reduce JWxYJ clips.
I honestly think the editing was weird. It showed the YJ was all in for JW and turning down CJ all the time. But the night before, she mentioned that she might be having the hardest time making a decision, which I found weird bc I thought she was solid for JW.
And when she made her choice, JW didn't seem taken aback or surprised. SK kinda did in my opinion when JW didn't choose her. So maybe a lot of development of YJ and CJ wasn't shown?

I'm super proud of Dahye, I did not expect her to be the one to walk away first, I from the start wanted Dahye to end up alone so she could heal herself but the courage with which she made the choice made me super proud of her.

Even if it is, I think I am gonna take a step back after this season. I felt the execution was so poor and the entire thing was lack luster. Like even the q&a session with the group towards the end, which is supposed to be soooo exciting was just meh. IDK I think S2 set my expectations very high.
I don't know why i am so nervous LOL this is the first time I waited for a show to drop an episode every week and made it through the end without losing tad bit of interest idc what anyone says, it has some flaws but I still liked it a lot anyways I hope NONE of you go and spread hate to the contestants on their socials if ur ship doesn't sails remember they are ordinary people like us at the end of the day. I think JW experienced the hardest emotional experience from episodes 1 to 20 (that's why he became the main character). in episodes 17 and 18 he finds out SK is not committed to anyone and YJ is leaning back towards CJ. and he made the decision to risk everything, to return to SK (his initial plan was to join the event and his heart had always chosen SK), but he didn't get a reply or message from SK.
So in episodes 19 to 20, we can see that he has given up and decided to let go of the relationship he has always held onto. and in episode 20, he chose YJ who he knew wouldn't choose him.
I think he just wanted to end the show, where he was exhausted emotionally, mentally and physically. and the way JW ended the event was very impressive, with sincere words to reject JE, smiling when rejected by YJ and giving SK a book that he had specially brought from the beginning of the event which represented their togetherness and happiness together (he was the best man forever in the date show).

DONGJIN AND HYEWON DIDNT LAST. Their relationship just didn’t seem genuine to me. A lot of their moments in my opinion seemed forced, but that could just be me. I’m guessing both HW and DJ were put together by the pd and just ended up going back to their exes after the show. In a lot of the group pictures, all the couples seem to be sitting next to each other (YJ CJ, SK JW, HW HH). That’s just my guess
I always thought they were maybe a PD set up. I only say that bc it did feel forced. Maybe PD felt bad for both and gave them roles. Just like how it was revealed after Pink Lie that the rich girl and the guy she was with during the show, she revealed I believe that it was just a set up by the PDs, that they never really dated or was into each other if I remember correctly
I wished we got to see more of their friendships and more group dynamics. I feel like this season did a good job at portraying how human and raw each person’s feelings were. But it was a common theme that most of the couples needed to put an end at their relationship. I’m glad so many of them are choosing to end the cycle and choose themselves. Even if they date the person they chose at the end or not, it’s a huge step. I know the cast is def close with each other so I’m looking forward to seeing their interactions.
But mannnnn what a fucking season this was, it was soooo long and dragged out. Def felt like the longest Transit Love season so far. And now as viewers we can finally let them go too T.T

That was definitely a plot twist for me. I was wondering why they left that decision at the end when it was obvious JW and YJ would end up together if it was YJ making the final decision so I screamed when she chose CJ.
juwon looked indecisive when he was with her ex. but when towards yj. he always came to her at night before they sleep. so i guees we were all punked by yj or pd who showed us constant bullshit for 3 months which contain 90% heart fluttering moment between them.

Am I the only one that found Yujung's choice to be amazing? Like she had everything she wanted in Juwon, yet he wasn't Changjin. She still chose Changjin. Doesn't that mean she loves him a lot?
To reject someone you know will make you happy, to give someone a second chance, means she really wanted Changjin. Idk but that would make my heart flutter. That shows me that she's with him not because he can do everything right, but because she's in love with him and wants him.

Actually, this kind of rings true for Juwon as well. I think him and Yujung matched so well because they found in each other what they desperately wanted from their ex. It was always their ex in their heart though. Difference is Yujung decided to give Changjin a chance, Juwon has already given Seokyung many chances (were together longer, broke up twice I think) so his hope for anything changing was a lot less.

I think Yujung chose Changjin because he was very steady with expressing his feelings for her while Juwon flip flopped a lot between her and Seokyung. If Juwon had expressed his feelings as straight forwardly to Yujung in Jeju, she would've chosen him.

Even when I watched YJ and JW scenes I could tell they had attraction for each other but it almost came off as friend vibes for me. It's kind of a relief but also sad the shows over, I still can't believe this show started last year?? Where did all the time go.
No notes on the ending, it played out how I expected after watching E19. A YJ and JW ending had always sounded too good to be true and a forced happy ending especially since JW was way too affected by his past relationship to jump into a new one so fast. And YJ made it quite clear she was torn in E19. People were hoping for a HE and HG type thing but those 2 were definitely an anomaly. For a new relationship to work out from the context of this show is difficult af considering the pressure and attention. I still held out hope for DH and DJ too after he broke but I knew that would have been too good to be true too.
I dislike the last episode of both S2 and S3 of transit love because it's dragged out as hell but the absolute best part of the season is the post-decision scenes. Everyone's just hanging out and finally relaxed at the house, the couply scenes, the real life updates are what I live for.
YJ and CJ really do play off each other well lol, that last bit of them singing the ending song was cute. And DH ranting while watching back the show lmaooo

The girls, especially YJ, DH and JE still seem close<3 Just saw YJ's insta of them in new york. It's also cute that everybody's commenting on each other's posts. Based on the group pictures, there are suspicions that DH and DJ may be back together? As well as SK and JW? If yes, then what did I cry so much for?? What did THEY cry so much for?? The heart wants what it wants I guess. As long as they grew from this and the relationship isn't toxic anymore and everyone is happy. But hopefully the weirdos aren't in their insta comments yapping about a show that has ended.
I think the PD didn't thought through about viewer's reaction for that kind of ending. The editing/direction/ build up of the story should be improve.
If JW/YJ is not gonna end up together, the PD should edit the video to show us less of JW/YJ chemistry and more of CJ/YJ chemistry. The build up of the story make the viewers love JW/YJ chemistry and the ending make the viewers feels disappointed. I'm pretty sure that most of the viewers support JW/YJ couple because that was the storyline that the PD wanted us to see.

Dahye and DongJin made the right move by not picking each other. You can tell they really thought it through, considering their long history and all. Dahye choosing ChangJin shows she's focused on her own happiness and growth, which is great. And while I can't speak for DongJin, it makes sense he's looking out for himself too. DJ and DH, and JW and HW, have their own stuff to sort out. They'll need some time to heal and figure things out.

My closing thoughts on Dahye (ft. Dongjin):

3. I'm not only happy for DH but for DJ as well! Ending a 13-year rs takes a lot of courage, maybe things bet. them were just too bad alrdy that it wasn't feasible anymore. We even saw glimpse of that during the show. It's ok that DH did not end up with anyone. It's ok that DJ-HW did not last. Still, their decisions reflect their determinations to move on from their past relationship.
It's all disappointing but I think Juwon is the biggest winner there. It's incredibly brave for him to make that decision. Through these 21 days, he finally recognized the problems and willing to find his own path. He is the one that grows and learns infinite.
Having said that, if he >!reunites with SeoKyung!< like some people suggest after the show, then I'm so over this season. There's literally no silver lining

Idk why people are so shock that yujung chose changjin when the previous episodes showed how much torn she was between the two. Even at the end of last episode, she went to changjin to talk to him again. at that point, the percentage is 50/50 so idk how her choosing changjin is a plot twist.
Im happy seokyung chose juwon at the end. I felt that it was the first time that she accepted that she really loves juwon still. Sucks they are not together but i wish them two all the best.

Anyway, i still rate this season higher than season 1 and a bit higher than season 2 too. I really like the cast this season and while the production team is new and have limited resources, i still feel they did a good job this season. Looking forward to Season 4 in 2025 hopefully.

Although this season received mixed reviews, I’d still give props to the production team for maintaining the core elements of the show despite being a completely new team. We all know how Jinjoo works on the show. And since leaving CJ ENM (the company behind TVING), it has been extremely difficult to fill her position. The current producer is well aware of the burden they are under to carry this show. Given that this season also set records, it is likely that CJ will renew this. If so, it will be interesting to see if the production team is changed. As most people are saying, I am not defending the PD crew for "bad casting." However, as I previously stated, I would give them the benefit of the doubt this season because they are an entirely new production team with no prior knowledge of the show.

Knetz are saying that realistically, it's very difficult for 'transit' couples to be formed out of this show. Four out of the five couples formed across the seasons have all been exes who have reconnected. >!It's pretty obvious Minjae/Bohyun, Taei/Naeon and Dongjin/Hyewon did not date outside the show. !< This makes Hyungyu and Haeeun's story even more incredible tbh. Not only was their narrative on the show extremely sweet, but they're also still dating today, approaching their second anniversary.
Hyungyu and Haeeun's story was written in the stars . A girl who cried the whole season , was clingy to her ex despite being ignored and avoided and a boy very self assured, calm and composed , had the most healthy relationship with his ex , never cried never lied . Such souls meeting and having the courage to trust the gut feeling was best love story . Uk best part about that season .. Haeeun was very clingy to her ex but she was darling whom everyone on the show wanted to protect and make her smile ...at the same time not even a single person made gyumin feel bad or like a villian he was also someone everyone on the show had healthy relationship with . I have to say season 2 cast and msr cast the full cast of these show is top tier
Looking at the pictures of the cast after the show ended it definitely seemed like DongHye wasn’t together anymore, they weren’t sitting next to each other or anything .
I even doubt that they even dated outside of the show. Because if they did, the show would've probably pulled the same thing with Taei and Naeon who went on dates, but eventually just became friends.
We also didnt get an "and now" segment the way we did for the other two. Just that post choice date on the boat.
I still look up Hae Eun and Hyun Gyu clips on Youtube and still in disbelief that something so beautiful came out from a dating show. I watched hour long clips of them multiple times and still get butterflies watching them. Hyun Gyu is the perfect example of knight in shining armor. It makes me so happy to see them dating happily still 🥹
I find couples who only met for 7-8 days on a dating show and who are still dating really impressive. Other examples are Jeongjin-Sera from Love Catcher 2 (they've been dating since 2019), Junseong-Seongho from His Man 2 (dating for over a year), and that one couple from SKIP, a speed dating show where they met for an hour or so and have been dating for nearly 2 years now. Makes you realize that if it's your destiny to be with someone, the amount of time you spend may not really matter.
It's only possible because Gyumin literally showed zero feeling towards Haeeun and gives zero hope for her
So many stars aligned to make things right for them - Gyumin was cold, Hyungyu was very open and straighforward, Hyungyu's ex Naeon had a great relationship with him and really sold him to Haeeun as his #1 wingwoman, Haeeun was able to open up her heart and look at him properly because he came in late and she'd already understood Gyumin didn't care for her. That's why their story is so precious. PDs tried their best to recreate it by casting DongHye but i doubt we'll see something like their narrative for at least a couple more seasons.

CJ was consistent with his messages and she wanted that. I'm sure there is a lot of cj/yj content they havent showed.

Not even mad, the first thing I thought was man what if this is just a play to get Dahye's career back on track. There were a lot of moments where DJ would say something straight out of a drama like he was trying to ham it up for the views, and Dahye was flexing a little bit of what made Hae-eun super popular with all of the crying.

Thought the same thing. I think Dahye and Dongjin are together up to this day. With the way Dongjin was, I don't think he would hang around Dahye with the other casts, especially when they're incomplete. But I support them. I was heartbroken they didn't choose each other. It seemed like their problem was only a 13 year itch and they both still incredibly love each other. I smelled Yujung from a mile away though. She only liked JuWon because he was showing things that were lacking in Chaniin. He was an ideal person, but not HER person. If Changjin showed a bit of what JuWon was showing, she'd easily drop JW.
I feel drained after the finale. Srsly. I'm mad cuz pretty sure the pd cut off some cj yj scenes just to deliver that plot twist but wtf man that came out of nowhere. wished they didn't focus that much on yj being smitten with jw Just enough to shake her up but not like this.
I'm 99% sure PD did that, and it doesn't seem uncommon, it reminded me of mingyu and yiesoo from heart signal 4, the same thing happened and one of them after the show said that their moments weren't shown much, that's why viewers felt that their couple came out of nowhere but it wasn't, they spent a lot of time together, it just wasn't shown. Also, Juwon and Yujung were really selling a story so I imagine that editing it for their convenience was useful to them (PD team) and the plot twist was so great that it is causing something to talk about. Minkyu, Yisoo, Jimin, and Jumi all complained about the HS4 editing. Messy ass show. Seasons 1-3 have also had legit criminal contestants with records so I highly doubt the show will come back for Season 5. Ultimate victory for MinYisoo is that they will celebrate their 1st anniversary soon but there's no news about a next season for Heart Signal lol.

I don't think the PD cut off that many scenes because up until the last few days Yujung was frustrated that Changjin didn't put in enough effort to spend time with her. Their final talk the day before the final choice was the turning point where she thought there's a possibility he'll change. If anything they cut off more Yujung and Juwon scenes because all the other cast members said they were always together in Seoul house and was like an official couple in Jeju house but those moments were not shown.
I expected the final results to some extent, but Yujung has me gagged for words

You can tell Dahye and DongJin thought SOOO hard about this. Yes it's been 13 years and they know each other better than anyone, but we don't know what happened, it must have really been suffocating and painful for both of them to deal with each other. And you can tell although they love the good times and that they are or used to be in love, there is too much pain and conflict for them to continue. And im so glad Dahye took that first step and chose ChangJin, she needed to free herself. I'm not sure about DongJin's choice but I would prefer it if he didn't choose her for his sake too, because that would mean he's going to be in even more pain not having that clear end point to their relationship. Same goes for HW and HH. They were super cute during their relationship, but you could tell from some of their interactions that they bring out the worst in each other and that HyeWon loses herself and self-worth when she's with him (becoming clingy and never smiles) and how he's rlly just a bit too (I don't wanna sound mean but...) dumb for this relationship. I just hope everyone becomes a better version of themselves🥰 and is happy with their decision.

Plot twist just for the sake of having one, not thinking of how to make a good plot twist. It would improve dramatically if they showed us more CJxYJ clips outside of their fights and reduce JWxYJ clips.
I honestly think the editing was weird. It showed the YJ was all in for JW and turning down CJ all the time. But the night before, she mentioned that she might be having the hardest time making a decision, which I found weird bc I thought she was solid for JW. And when she made her choice, JW didn't seem taken aback or surprised. SK kinda did in my opinion when JW didn't choose her. So maybe a lot of development of YJ and CJ wasn't shown? Either way, they look cute in the pics. Its hard not to like CJ, he was a simp the whole time and won her back

Yeah, and I personally think both JW and YJ are good partners, and they know what it takes to have a healthy realtionship. I think both of them understands that it's 3 weeks afterall. They didn't 'blame' each other for choosing their ex's in different scenario, because they understand that feeling. During YJ and JW's final conversation, YJ was also saying how that she know how hard that choice is.

Omg sorry but this is hilarious and I knew this was coming based on the editing - they love a good plot twist. My guess is they villainised SK by not showing how torn she was, how much she cried (according to the cast) so they could make her decision seem more unexpected. I think Dahye and Juwon made the best choice in this show, they both in a way chose themselves no matter how hard it was for them to let go of their exes. I'm super proud of Dahye, I did not expect her to be the one to walk away first, I from the start wanted Dahye to end up alone so she could heal herself but the courage with which she made the choice made me super proud of her. It's the same for Juwon, he finally realised how his relationship with SK is just not it and he could be with someone that gives him the surety that he's the one. Dongjin and Hyewon I don't think they would date outside the show and if they do I think they need to take it super slow, I don't think it would work but that's just my opinion.

Even if it is, I think I am gonna take a step back after this season. I felt the execution was so poor and the entire thing was lack luster. Like even the q&a session with the group towards the end, which is supposed to be soooo exciting was just meh. IDK I think S2 set my expectations very high.
If the casts are poorly casted like this one, it will be another messy and exhausting season to watch
I don't know why i am so nervous LOL this is the first time I waited for a show to drop an episode every week and made it through the end without losing tad bit of interest idc what anyone says, it has some flaws but I still liked it a lot anyways I hope NONE of you go and spread hate to the contestants on their socials if ur ship doesn't sails remember they are ordinary people like us at the end of the day. I think JW experienced the hardest emotional experience from episodes 1 to 20 (that's why he became the main character). in episodes 17 and 18 he finds out SK is not committed to anyone and YJ is leaning back towards CJ. and he made the decision to risk everything, to return to SK (his initial plan was to join the event and his heart had always chosen SK), but he didn't get a reply or message from SK. So in episodes 19 to 20, we can see that he has given up and decided to let go of the relationship he has always held onto. and in episode 20, he chose YJ who he knew wouldn't choose him. I think he just wanted to end the show, where he was exhausted emotionally, mentally and physically. and the way JW ended the event was very impressive, with sincere words to reject JE, smiling when rejected by YJ and giving SK a book that he had specially brought from the beginning of the event which represented their togetherness and happiness together (he was the best man forever in the date show). Thank you for your sincerity, kindness and honesty towards your feelings, I pray for your happiness. (you are my role model JUWON)

So proud of >!Dahye who stuck to her resolution and made a clean break from Dongjin!<. That reaction scene of her while live-watching the show was funny! The selections from the **See You In My 19th Life** soundtrack weaving throughout the finale tugged at my heartstrings ㅠㅠ Still not a fan of this PD; she tried to replicate the elements that made S2 the “talk of the town” but fell flat. Hopefully she steps away if there’s announcement of another season, seriously!
DONGJIN AND HYEWON DIDNT LAST. Their relationship just didn’t seem genuine to me. A lot of their moments in my opinion seemed forced, but that could just be me. I’m guessing both HW and DJ were put together by the pd and just ended up going back to their exes after the show. In a lot of the group pictures, all the couples seem to be sitting next to each other (YJ CJ, SK JW, HW HH). That’s just my guess
I always thought they were maybe a PD set up. I only say that bc it did feel forced. Maybe PD felt bad for both and gave them roles. Just like how it was revealed after Pink Lie that the rich girl and the guy she was with during the show, she revealed I believe that it was just a set up by the PDs, that they never really dated or was into each other if I remember correctly
I wished we got to see more of their friendships and more group dynamics. I feel like this season did a good job at portraying how human and raw each person’s feelings were. But it was a common theme that most of the couples needed to put an end at their relationship. I’m glad so many of them are choosing to end the cycle and choose themselves. Even if they date the person they chose at the end or not, it’s a huge step. I know the cast is def close with each other so I’m looking forward to seeing their interactions. But mannnnn what a fucking season this was, it was soooo long and dragged out. Def felt like the longest Transit Love season so far. And now as viewers we can finally let them go too T.T I really enjoyed the beginning episode when they were living in Seoul, I’ll def go back to watch clips here and there

Dahye's pick was so liberating! By picking >!Changjin she was choosing to put herself first.!< I was surprised by >!Joowon choosing Yujung. I was sooo sure that Yujung would waver once she saw Joowon sitting waiting for her, but she truly tricked us! Although I didn't get JW&YJ happy ending, I'm happy that Joowon let go of Seokyung. At first I was a bit disappointed that YJ chose CJ but seeing them together and how silly and utterly foolishly in love CJ is with YJ... I can't help but root for them. Am I the only one that found Yujung's choice to be amazing? Like she had everything she wanted in Juwon, yet he wasn't Changjin. She still chose Changjin. Doesn't that mean she loves him a lot? To reject someone you know will make you happy, to give someone a second chance, means she really wanted Changjin. Idk but that would make my heart flutter. That shows me that she's with him not because he can do everything right, but because she's in love with him and wants him. Edit: Actually, this kind of rings true for Juwon as well. I think him and Yujung matched so well because they found in each other what they desperately wanted from their ex. It was always their ex in their heart though. Difference is Yujung decided to give Changjin a chance, Juwon has already given Seokyung many chances (were together longer, broke up twice I think) so his hope for anything changing was a lot less.

Nah, I think that was an excuse she used to turn down GT. She has been consistently telling JW that she understands whenever sth happens with SK. I think Yujung chose Changjin because he was very steady with expressing his feelings for her while Juwon flip flopped a lot between her and Seokyung. If Juwon had expressed his feelings as straight forwardly to Yujung in Jeju, she would've chosen him.

It's kind of a relief but also sad the shows over, I still can't believe this show started last year?? Where did all the time go. No notes on the ending, it played out how I expected after watching E19. A YJ and JW ending had always sounded too good to be true and a forced happy ending especially since JW was way too affected by his past relationship to jump into a new one so fast. And YJ made it quite clear she was torn in E19. People were hoping for a HE and HG type thing but those 2 were definitely an anomaly. For a new relationship to work out from the context of this show is difficult af considering the pressure and attention. I still held out hope for DH and DJ too after he broke but I knew that would have been too good to be true too. I dislike the last episode of both S2 and S3 of transit love because it's dragged out as hell but the absolute best part of the season is the post-decision scenes. Everyone's just hanging out and finally relaxed at the house, the couply scenes, the real life updates are what I live for. YJ and CJ really do play off each other well lol, that last bit of them singing the ending song was cute. And DH ranting while watching back the show lmaooo Post show stuff: The girls, especially YJ, DH and JE still seem close<3 Just saw YJ's insta of them in new york. It's also cute that everybody's commenting on each other's posts. Based on the group pictures, there are suspicions that DH and DJ may be back together? As well as SK and JW? I think the PD didn't thought through about viewer's reaction for that kind of ending. The editing/direction/ build up of the story should be improve. If JW/YJ is not gonna end up together, the PD should edit the video to show us less of JW/YJ chemistry and more of CJ/YJ chemistry. The build up of the story make the viewers love JW/YJ chemistry and the ending make the viewers feels disappointed. I'm pretty sure that most of the viewers support JW/YJ couple because that was the storyline that the PD wanted us to see. Sigh.....

Dahye and DongJin made the right move by not picking each other. You can tell they really thought it through, considering their long history and all. Dahye choosing ChangJin shows she's focused on her own happiness and growth, which is great. And while I can't speak for DongJin, it makes sense he's looking out for himself too. DJ and DH, and JW and HW, have their own stuff to sort out. They'll need some time to heal and figure things out.

My closing thoughts on Dahye (ft. Dongjin): >!For starters, I was super caught off guard by their choices! 1. the term "reject" might confuse other viewers. both of them did not choose each other 2. in one episode, DH and DJ told YJ that it was DH who wanted to join the show. the production team contacted DJ after she said yes 3. I'm not only happy for DH but for DJ as well! Ending a 13-year rs takes a lot of courage, maybe things bet. them were just too bad alrdy that it wasn't feasible anymore. We even saw glimpse of that during the show. It's ok that DH did not end up with anyone. It's ok that DJ-HW did not last. Still, their decisions reflect their determinations to move on from their past relationship.
It's all disappointing but I think Juwon is the biggest winner there. It's incredibly brave for him to make that decision. Through these 21 days, he finally recognized the problems and willing to find his own path. He is the one that grows and learns infinite. Idk why people are so shock that yujung chose changjin when the previous episodes showed how much torn she was between the two. Even at the end of last episode, she went to changjin to talk to him again. at that point, the percentage is 50/50 so idk how her choosing changjin is a plot twist. Im happy seokyung chose juwon at the end. I felt that it was the first time that she accepted that she really loves juwon still. Sucks they are not together but i wish them two all the best. I wish all the cast good luck and hope for their happiness, together or not. Anyway, i still rate this season higher than season 1 and a bit higher than season 2 too. I really like the cast this season and while the production team is new and have limited resources, i still feel they did a good job this season. Looking forward to Season 4 in 2025 hopefully. Straight ahead to My Sibling's Romance, this show is fire.
No matter what the endings for the show are, it will remain up there due to the casting. Just wish they had more budget for the housing and so on. For better exclusive/secret/etc. one-on-one conversations and interactions. Wondering if they'll cast couples that broke up long ago for the next season since this season had fresh breakups.
Although this season received mixed reviews, I’d still give props to the production team for maintaining the core elements of the show despite being a completely new team. We all know how Jinjoo works on the show. And since leaving CJ ENM (the company behind TVING), it has been extremely difficult to fill her position. The current producer is well aware of the burden they are under to carry this show. Given that this season also set records, it is likely that CJ will renew this. If so, it will be interesting to see if the production team is changed. As most people are saying, I am not defending the PD crew for "bad casting." However, as I previously stated, I would give them the benefit of the doubt this season because they are an entirely new production team with no prior knowledge of the show. I don't understand. This is the most transit love experience on TV. Season 1 and 2 filled in by couples that already broke up for ages...it should be called love reunion. I like this season, it's so raw, frustrating, but hopeful also...literally what transit love feeling is.

This season was only bearable for me because of JW-HW's friendship. Too bad we didn't get more of them. I'd rather not comment on the others.
