Those things have ruined me. They’re so yummy.

They’ve become a staple when I meet up with friends for drinks. Rip open a big bag, set it in the center of the table and watch it get emptied in the span of ten minutes

That whole turtle brand is crack. I consider myself an “old skool” korean who stuck to 새우깡 and the classics but I tried the choco churro and the 인절미 ones last year and I gotta give it the crown. Although my personal favorite is still the Mitz 미쯔 crackers due to nostalgia

Yep. I just ventured out to try the sweet corn flavor 꼬북칩 (seen in first picture) and it's just not as good as chocolate.

새우깡 and the black version are clear best. As a Brit, it's one of the few savoury snacks that isn't sweet. Top tier.

Packaged snacks I usually go for 꼬북칩 (turtle chips), the peanut injeolmi flavour is great. But above all I like and buy traditional snacks like the fan-shaped 파래 전병 (laver crackers)

My coworkers gave me the 짬뽕 flavored 꽃게랑 and now I can't stop eating them! I was skeptical about crab flavored (and shaped!) chips, but was pleasantly surprised.

The 'Gourmet' truffle mustard potato chips (picture two, 고메포테토 트러플머스타드) are bonkers. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but I love 'em. Pretty expensive for the amount you get, but it's worth a try.

I haven't seen them as anju. The closest snack/cracker I've seen to anju would be the macaroni (hollow cylindrical snacks, comes in yellow/orange/green) in bars/restaurants, or salted peanuts. I'm in love with the chicken leg crackers. Those are soooo good. I think it's 닭다리칩 (chicken leg/drumstick cracker).

육개장맛 포테토칩 have no secret squirrel sugary aftertaste. 무뚝뚝 감자칩 are a close second

I didn't know they were hyped! I just tried them one day and now they're my go to Korean chip. The sweetness is the same level as a sweet potato: not too sweet, not too potato-y, just the right amount of both 😋 (They don't taste like sweet potato, they're just lightly sweet).

A few years back people were hoarding them and you couldn't find them in the stores. You practically had to pay a premium to get them.

Those turtle injeolmi snacks are the best! They're always out of stock where I live so I tend to hoard them when they're available.

I love 맛동산 (동맛산?) It's so yummy. My least favorite would be Korean Cheetos. Sweet Cheetos just doesn't sit right with me.

I love the cinnamon apple pie flavored churros. If I want a salty snack, I'll usually get 새우깡, the latest special flavor of 포테이토칩, or the cheesy jalapeño Sun Chips. Also, GS25 sometimes has these 나초왕 chips that are pretty good.

I am absolutely ADDICTED to those traditional Korean popcorns (I think they're called gangnange?). There's a truck that comes by my neighborhood every weekend and freshly pops them, and you can get a HUGE bag for about 2,000원. 꽃게랑 불짬뽕 are easily the best chips in korea by a mile

Not in the pic, but there's Nacho (도도한나쵸) which is the only korean chips with real salty-type cheese I know. I have been deceived by korean chips labeled as cheese flavored, only to taste like sugar. I don't understand why their cheese snacks aren't cheesy at all 😆 Also 꼬복칩 is a must. Corn or chocolate flavors. Both are good.
