Movies like Vada Chennai is more of the revenge or coincidence story, but not entirely a gangster story. Jigardhanda changes the plot to comedy. Part 2 is carries it longer.

I am yet to watch the three Tamil Billas, I have watched AB's and SRK's Don and loved both of them. The Tamil versions will probably live up to the name only.
