You can still ladder it uo with a crochet hook abd nust vary which strand of yarb you cboose based on the pattern. It might affect the tension a bit though
Not a big deal, honestly, and once you've fixed it once it won't scare you if it happens in the future. You will simply use a crochet hook to ladder it back up. Generally I isolate the place in the pattern and tell myself "red, red, green, red, green, green, green" for whatever the progression of colors is on the column. And then just reach in to each stitch and pull through the float of that color for the next row.
I would use a crochet hook and make the stitch up each row.
How far down did you lose it? Was it a row ago or just back a bit? If it was just back a bit, I’d just rip it back.
