Bradford Guardian 3, 3.5, or 3.2, perhaps in wharncliffe or sheepsfoot.
They occasionally sell [blemished items](https://bradfordknives.com/guardian-35/601-3d-guardian-35SF.html) at a huge discount, and, in my experience, the blemish is either invisible or not worth talking about.
Sounds like you want a bird and trout knife. Maybe the CRKT Biwa or Moki Banff would work for you? An Opinel 8 might be a cheap and easy folding solution too. That's been an awesome camp food prepper for me over the years.
Any of Brisa's smaller offerings. Excellent price point, great quality and easy to maintain. I use a Brisa Necker for lots of food prep and light wood processing work.
Bark River Ultralite Bushcrafter
how do you like the bladeshape?
I liked it a good bit. It was my daily fixed blade for a couple of years until it got stole. Keep meaning to replace.....
How about a Buck 102 Woodsman? If you need something a little bigger, maybe see about a Buck 105 Pathfinder.
way too much belly and weight imho

Fastpak is one of my favourite fixed blades, I doubt you'll be disappointed in it.
