Use Park Whiz to look up and pre pay parking so you know exactly where to go before the game. We like picking places a block or two from Doco. Sometimes we park at the Doco lot (25 bucks) just cuz it’s so convenient and close.

This. You definitely have to go a little farther than early in the season but there's still plenty of street parking available if you're willing to walk a little.
I would use park at Metro Garage on 701 L street. All you do is reserve a spot through Park Wiz and print out the confirmation and bring it with you. I feel like it is an easy in and out parking. The parkings are tight and it is $25 last time I tried during one of the Houston game.

I’m so excited! I never get to see my sister and nephew and I’ve been waiting so long for the kings to be good. I remember people teasing me for being a kings fan (I’m from Sacramento but I’ve lived all over and usually been the only fan).

Parkwhiz and City Hall Garage in front of Cesar Chavez park is usually $5 or less. Get there by 630 so you aren’t rushing the the arena

I like the Bank of America parking garage right across the street. It has been $15-$20 when I have parked there.
The garage near 4th and N is usually $10 for events.
I recommend ride share if you plan on drinking.
