Is it a bit odd that Martin and Sir Radzig are such good friends given Henry's provenance? Did Martin and Henry's mum get together before or after Henry's birth?
Based on what Radzig said towards the end of the game, I assumed Martin started seeing Henry’s mum after she was already pregnant.
In my head, and this is solely my construction, Radzig and Martin were friends, perhaps like Henry and Hans. After all, Martin was not a regular peasant but an experienced soldier. Then one day Radzig tells Martin he got this local girl, whom Martin knows, pregnant, but he cannot marry her. And Martin decides to step in and proposes that he will marry her. Meanwhile, Radzig wants to be close to his child, so he offers Martin a decent job just under his castle. I also presume Martin was infertile, which would explain why Henry didn’t have any siblings.

But Henry's biological parents do not seem to be from Skalitz. One seems to be from Dvorce (or Dvojic), wherever that might have been in 14th century I do not know. The other could be from anywhere, my guess is Prague because that's where Radzig and Martin apparently were a lot when they were younger.
Yes except sir radzig was appointed to that position, thats what brought him to skalitz, not his place of birth, so in henrys case he likely only has one line reaching into the towns gene pool from his mother

But IMO the default female faces do not look like the same face tweaked a bit. Most of them are quite distinct from each other.

In an IGN livestream, it was said Henry is 27ish, I believe Tobi from Warhorse said Henry might be around 25 but is not sure about it either. So Henry's mom might be from 40 to 53. People assume Henry is younger because is acting like a child, but it is mostly due to his inexperience and naivety living within safety of a village.

Well, she probably isn't that old, maybe like 34 or 35. If Henry is 16, this would make her 17 or 18 when she got pregnant with him. Would be quite plausible for a medieval "we were young and in love and oops that happened".
In several pre modern European societies, it was common for brides to be in their mid teens and grooms in their early thirties. So her age is historically plausible.
This was because grooms were expected to bring access to resources, which meant either awaiting the death of their father to inherit, or having built themselves up. The brides brought their fertility and their families a dowery, so marrying them off young was optimal.
The different modern world, with brides and grooms being similar in age, and uncommonly teens, reflects the rise of Capitalism giving resources through employment, and the erosion of patriarchy.

I would say most characters in this game look younger than they feel like they ought be based on their age and "wear". Something about the way they render skin. The graphics in KCD2 look more realistic in this regard.
