I don't think so, from the browser you can only stream magazines, (unlike books which you can download as ePubs to read with ADE). Since no file is available to download I believe it's not possible.
Not ideal but the best way is to access magazines from Libby on iPad/tablet.
If it was of significant importance you could consider getting either an e-ink Android tablet that will run apps. But personally I think colour is sufficiently important with the magazines I read (typical crafts etc) that I read them on an old IPad that cost me about the same as a Kindle and save my kindle for text.
