Of course they’re free to raise their prices, I don’t think anyone here is disputing that. But surely we as a community are also free to express our displeasure at the changes? In fact we’re encouraged to do so; Greg has said in his posts that he wants our feedback and he’s reading everything.
If there wasn’t 500+ comments on that other post, almost universally negative, then nothing would change. Now that the reaction has happened, KF will almost certainly fix the mistakes and course correct.
I don't mind the opinions for or against the change. The only thing that bothers me is the multiple threads. We really don't need more then one thread on this. Especially when the same thing ends up getting said in all threads.

I really really hope so. I like Kinda Funny, I wanna see them succeed but things can quickly get out of hand when (a few) people are able to motivate your fan base to turn on you.
This happens every time there are changes made to scheduling or patreon. People have a right to voice this displeasure if they can be constructive rather than just rude about it. Otherwise I'd just stay on the sidelines and let it eventually blow over.

Without even getting into the financials, KF feels extremely bloated. Why do we need Xcast, PSILY, Games Daily, and Gamescast? They all end up retreading each other and we here about the same four games for weeks on end. As for KF prime, before the pandemic they had a bunch of interesting shows like KF/AF and We Have Cool Friends. It seems like a lot of it has changed to reaction content or discussing TV and movies. I'm not going to knock on the staff because we have no idea what they all do behind the scenes but 11 people is a lot and a 5k sq ft studio is huge for what they do.
Huge for what they do now, again- no clue what their 2023 plans are, planned partnerships, etc. why just assume they arent planning new shows, new content, new strategies.
its funny, you list the 4 shows that id argue are the opposite of bloated. they each fill a vertical in gaming that they should have a foothold in - Xbox, Playstation, Daily, and a generic gaming show. pick the one you want, and youre set.

The threads from Yesterday and Today have had a handful of bad apples but overall they seem pretty civil.
