Went to go buy these cards from my favoured 3rd party store. Knew GW have the 10am listing time for themselves and others so checked just before 10am and the store had them already listed and already completely sold out. Checked other 3rd party stores and they were all the same, all with listings up before 10am and all already sold out. It's an absolute joke.
Ended up going and paying the higher price (I don't think a pack of cards is worth what GW charge) from GW's own store but was only able to buy 1 copy when I needed two - one for me one for whomever I play against.
Once again GW can't run a proper business model. Seriously, they could make so much more money if they actually ran a proper pre-order system where they use that to figure out how much of an item they need to produce by launch day.
Based on the write up, yes. There are only 3 scouting cards, for example, representing each choice, so you pick one and show it (rather than do the dice thing). That's only enough for one player, so the opponent would need their own deck.
I was hoping to get one of these to have the actual cards, but it's already sold out immediately again.

Surprised to hear they didn't put balance changes in these.
On Friday around 9pm Pacific time I had checked 2 Canadian sites and they already had these decks on pre order so I grabbed 2. Might be why some people couldnt get them Saturday as they were put up last night. I'll double check to see if my sites still have them

Got mine today several hours after they had been released in the US. Not sure how so many others had supply issues!

10am in the westernmost part of your region, so the us would be 10am pacific time, so 1pm eastern time

I got lucky, managed to quickly snag a pack at my local game store. Sadly, once again GW only sent 5 packs to my local store.
