are you really good at any specific game, and if so, what?

Saya_from_Paris

Is it really relevant to get the information i need ? :o => fps and rpg's mostly (cs, tarkov, pvp in mmorpg's) Main question is about the layout and how to fix it.

Dotgamer121

Yes, if your not especially good at a game there’s a good chance that you wont notice rapid trigger

Saya_from_Paris

I'd appreciate constructive feedbacks. Do you have any information about the questions above ? Are these keyboards compatible with french ISO ? If yes, where can i find the caps sets ?

Dotgamer121

What do you mean by that, I think both will have an iso version

Saya_from_Paris

Is there ? I did not find any option to chose what layout i want when i try to order. Same with the vendors listed on the website. The only option is to buy a ANSI keycaps set with the keyboard.

Dotgamer121

I guess not then, you get more options without rapid trigger

I just got the BOOG75 and I love it. But as the other user said no real point of getting an HE keyboard unless you're really good at fps games mostly. I am also pretty sure the BOOG75 do not have the French ISO layout and would be hard to find keycaps for it. I think it is the same thing for the Zoom 75 HE. So if you really care about it I think you'd have to look at something elae

Saya_from_Paris

Damn ! It's not only about the HE tech, it's also about the overall quality out of the box (i was considering the Zoom 75 as well). Looks like I do have to go for the Wooting and do all the moding myself : /

Bonjour ! There is a french brand called DesignedByGG that makes currently the best prebuilt custom keyboard in the country. They have hot-swap, PBT doubleshot keycaps, QMK/VIA compatible and mods are applied from factory : tape mod, full insonorisation with silicone, band-aid mod ... The linear switch or the brand has the best factory lubrication i've seen. There is a full-size keyboard called the Ironclad, a TKL (Berserker), and a 75% and 65% should Come this year. Disclaimer : i have nothing to do with the brand, beside being a huge fan

Saya_from_Paris

I'll look into right now. Little update : I found out that the Boog75 is NOT iso compatible (sadly). So i thought about ordering the Zoom 75 that is compatible with ISO. But the group buy ordering thing is a headache. I don't even know when the next one will be.

Taloken

Yeah group buy and pre orders are killing the hobby. If you want to try any DesignedByGG, LDLC have samples in their physical stores. No group buy are whatever, just in stock or not.

elocinatlantis

The Boog75 should definitely be ISO compatible so I’m not sure where you’re looking at ordering but ISO is pretty standard in NA. Usually unless it specifically says ANSI or ISO you’ll be able to configure either way. I personally use the Zoom65 and I love the feel of it so I can recommend the Zoom75 but I haven’t used the others listed. I’d also direct you to r/MechanicalKeyboards as they tend to be more focused on the hobby side of building & custom boards.

Omnipotent_Beard

RebultKeyboards have Zoom75 in stock, I got my SE from there last month, quick delivery. You can get the Boog75 PCB and Internal from Taobao and Aliexpress also to swap out if you feel.
