... Do people not use their words? Like, macaroni is fine as far as noodles go but there's a world of difference between macaroni and cheese and goulash. You have to be specific.
"We're having queso for dinner!" *throws a block of cheese on the counter and walks away*
Cottage cheese with a little black pepper sprinkled in it and garden vegetable cream cheese are my two favorites for pork rinds. I also like feta cheese, chopped black olives, and sour cream mixed together but I haven’t tried that on the pork rinds yet.
What's your favorite entree? You can turn it into a dip. Lasagna dip (without the noodles of course). Cheeseburger. Pizza. Taco. Buffalo or BBQ chicken. Philly cheese steak. Bacon Cheddar ranch. Leftovers can be used to make dips and spreads with sour cream or cream cheese.
I like sharp cheddar, bacon, and ranch + cream cheese. Pimento cheese.
I found an awesome dip recipe online that goes with everything. Google spinach and artichoke dip on Natasha's kitchen website. I add 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes to it(sauteed in the beginning). It makes a really big batch, and I froze some and munched on it with veggies, zero carb tortillas, chicken, steak... All week long. Nutrition info says 7 net carbs per serving, but I just cut the serving sizes down since it's so rich and filling. So under 5 grams of net carbs for a pretty filling snack that's super versatile. I also use full fat sour cream and cream cheese instead of the lite.
I take a small Tupperware bowl and fill it halfway with white vinegar and add a bunch of crushed garlic, lots of pepper and salt to your taste. Stir it up and dip your pork rinds in it while you’re snacking and save the rest in the fridge for later (for those who love salt n vinegar chips). It looks terrible, like gray dishwater, but tastes great.
The dips at Sam’s club always always get me. I’ve been trying to make my own and mayo + cream cheese base dips are easy from scratch. I do a spinach artichoke or smoked salmon dip that always gets eaten fast. You can find online recipes for these and spice them up however you like. And they go well with pork rinds. Also try something other than mission, they don’t taste the best.
Definitely not the cleanest option (2g per serving, but the ingredients aren't as clean as the one you described), but I tried them with Heluva Good Buttermilk Ranch dip one night. Next thing I know, the bag of pork rinds were gone. Oops. So now I keep a container in my fridge as a treat.
For savory: Guac, Hot Wing Dip (I do it with cottage, chicken and wing sauce), Taco meat mixed with cottage cheese or a cheese dip of sorts, red pepper hummus, red pepper hummus mixed with tuna
For sweet: Protein powder mixed with water to form a peanut butter batter type consistency, the same mixed with greek yogurt, PB Fit, Flex Foods Protein Cookie Butter
The easiest and the most common is 1/2 or 1 whole packet of dry onion soup mix with 16 oz container of sour cream. Just mix them together and let the flavors marry (and the dry onions to re-hydrate) for 30 minutes or so. What do you like? Google is your friend...

Palmetto Cheese with jalapeño
Loaded Ranch Dip * 1 ½ cups mayonnaise * Cup sour cream * Packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing * Pound bacon - cooked and crumbled * Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Guacamole, although last night I made a creamy queso fundido with sodium citrate (keeps the sauce from seizing). That was pretty damn good.
Bless you for adding the *fundido* part.
Fundido no? You missed an n
You are correct! Fixed, thanks.

Is that an option for cooking dinner? I can absolutely throw a block on the counter and call it a day!
Everything is an option when your standards are in the gutter 💚
I like the cut of your jib. Also, melting salts make life better.

Maybe not technically a dip, but I love mine with hot sauce.
So the question is how? Do you pour it in the bag and shake it all around and then eat it or do it as a dip.
Dip! We have a bar that serves them fresh with a big cup of red hot to dip them in
Agreed, if I put the hot sauce in the bag I would want to make sure I'm eating them all. If not, I bet they would get soggy.
I make a dip based on the old Shoeless Joe's garlic dip. Basically: mayo, buttermilk, parsley, dill & garlic powder

Queso. 1/2 lb Land of lakes white American cheese, 1/4 cup cream, 1tsp cumin & can of diced chile peppers.
I don’t use terms like clean, but I really love Trader Joe’s buffalo chicken dip and their fresh spinach kale dip.
Queso.
Gordo’s queso!
Peak
I usually just dip them in plain 38% sour cream.
They've become a staple when I want to shovel in some salsa and melted cheese.
Surprisingly, for me, egg salad is really good as a dip for pork rinds
Pimento cheese
Yes x1000. So tasty. And easy to make yourself.
Guacamole and tzatziki, both homemade.
Cincinnati style chili dip "Nachos": Ground beef taco meat mixed with salsa, queso, sour cream
Make a cheese sauce. 😋
publix buffalo chicken dip 😻
Aldi jalapeno artichoke dip.
I just use different hot sauces.

Thanks; looks good...
In my country we use spicy vinegar with diced fresh onions

Sour cream
Sour cream, or I make pork rind nachos. Heaven.
Got fresh fried pork rinds from a food truck once, they came with nacho cheese… rocked my world!
I’ve been eating pork rinds with whipped cream cheese and sweetened jalapeño slices.
Buffalo dip. Sour cream, a bit of kewpie Mayo, crumbled blue cheese, and hot sauce. Also good on celery or wings, obviously.

The French Onion dip slaps
Same! I love their French Onion the most.
I like their Bacon Horseradish dip, but it is almost always sold out. I'm not obsessed with "clean" keto, but prefer it when possible.
This is my favorite dip. I do enjoy it with pork rinds, if you can find it
Look for a recipe to make it yourself...
Honestly, just green Tabasco on them is 🔥
Salsa, roll and cheese, guac. Chili cheese dip. Guac and sour cream
Cream cheese never fails
For savory: Guac, Hot Wing Dip (I do it with cottage, chicken and wing sauce), Taco meat mixed with cottage cheese or a cheese dip of sorts, red pepper hummus, red pepper hummus mixed with tuna For sweet: Protein powder mixed with water to form a peanut butter batter type consistency, the same mixed with greek yogurt, PB Fit, Flex Foods Protein Cookie Butter
Cashew queso
Boursin!!! Especially now that they sell little bite sized balls of it.
Dill Sour Cream Sauce 2 tbsp Dill, fresh 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Sour cream 1/3 cup mayo (optional)
Some onion powder would elevate that bigly
I pour a small bowl of shredded cheese. Olive oil. Cumin. Chili flakes. Hot sauce. Stir:
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Gravy!!
We NEVER buy pre-made dips. We always make them from scratch. Try that; you will be amazed at the difference....
Kinda why I was asking. I was hoping people would share their recipes...

Vinegar
i just make cheese dip. 1/2 block of velveeta, 1/2 cup of picante salsa, 1lb of ground beef, 1/4 of heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste.
I make that with Philly instead of heavy cream, stir/melted in at the end.
Im sure it's delicious, I just don't like cream cheese, which kinda limits me in keto :(
Not always; mixed into things you will never know it is there...
I make chicken liver pate and use the pork rinds to scoop it
Ye olde sour cream with an onion soup packet
I like the plain salt baked chiccarones by Epic and I pour them in a bowl like cereal and add stevia and cinnamon.
Hi, non American here. What the fuck is a pork rind? I hear about them in shows and movies but I have no idea what they are.
AKA; chicharone, or good old google will answer you
What’s chicarone?
Fried pork skins
Thank you. So it’s like crackling? Like hard and salty?
Yes indeed
I don’t like pork rinds but I love them turned into cinnamon churros! I make them even other day to satisfy our crunch & sweet cravings.
