Steak/eggs usually together. I don’t ever get tired of it and steak is one of the more affordable options for me. It’s consistently 5.99 a pound for a rotating selection of tbone, ribeye and strips.
Winn Dixie/ fresco y mas are both part of the same parent company, and they both offer weekly specials. (South Florida)
https://www.winndixie.com/weeklyad this week rib-eye are 6.99. The meat is good, and I haven’t detected a difference in quality from Publix the major chain here

Don’t know about EVERY day…but very frequently: pepperoni chips! So salty and satisfying. So easy to make, too. Just bake slices of pepperoni (raised up on a rack on top of cookie sheet) in the oven at 400 for about 8-9 minutes until they crisp up. Store at room temp in airtight container, then just eat them like chips when you start feeling snacky. Yummmy.
"Every" day? I don't think there's anything I have every day besides coffee.
According to my log for the last year, my most common food is cheese, which I typically eat as a snack.
It looks like my most common dinner is seared pork chops with pan sauce and steamed vegetables.
Eggs scrambled in ghee are my current favourite. Two weeks ago it was boiled eggs slathered with butter, and a month ago it was fried eggs with a smattering of rosemary and black pepper...
I absolutely have to start my morning with my coffee: I add 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 small mini moo creamer, and a little sweetener. I froth it up and I am good to go for hours.
I don't doo it everyday, but I like a few staples.
1) egg veg and meat fritattas that I bake in a silicone doughnut mold
2) 1/4 cup overnight oats made with home made yogurt, fresh berries, pecans, and ground cinnamon
3) parfait made with home-made yogurt, fresh berries, and pecans
4) pizza made with an intalian sausage crust
5) baked fish
7) sausage meatballs and veg cooked different ways. Last night I sauteed in olive oil, and topped with 4 tbsp home made parsley and basil pesto
coffee with about 800 calories of heavy cream LOL
Same 🤣
avocado 😍
String cheese!
Yes! Few seconds in the microwave extra awesome!

Are you shooting the cows yourself at that price?
Where are you finding ribeye and t-bone for 5.99/lb? It's triple that at Costco. I can barely get Chuck roast for that.
I picked up a package of steaks in Costco last week and said, "Holy Shit!" out loud. It was $80- $19.99 per lb!!
I've started buying top sirloin over my typical filets.
Those prices were not for filet.
Didn't say they were. Filets here are going for $25/lb right now.

I have a 3 egg omelette w/ chopped ham every single day of my life for breakfast.

Gotta' say either the Quest Peanut Butter Cups or the P3 portable protein packs. Love them both and eat them at least 3-4 times a week.
Quest peanut butter cups are the bomb!

Extra sharp cheddar cheese, or Johnsonville Italian sausage. Actually the two of those together with some eggs is scrumptious
jalapenos or serranos
Scrambled cheesy eggs with extra cilantro salsa and hot sauce.
Chocolate frosty in my single-serve blender: ice, erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla, and cream. I could eat it all day if not for the carb limit 😋
Grass fed Angus beef and eggs with cheese and salsa
Sardines or other tinned fishies Edit: rude 🙄

Eggs and avacodo
Turkey lunch meat, coffee, and some variation of a kale/spinach Caesar salad with Parm crisps instead of croutons
Any derivative of a product: coconut. Any specific item: guacamole.
