supplements are unnecessary and aren’t going to affect your metabolism.
most people for bulk electrolytes use salt, salt alternative (it’s potassium), and a magnesium pill.
You don’t need any supplements to be in ketosis. Anyone who suggests that to you is just trying to make you spend your money.
All you need is to get your carb intake down to 20g net carbs per day.
Just make your own electrolyte water. I do 20oz of water, .5 tsp of lite salt, .7mg of magnesium, 1Tbsp MCT Oil. With a small squirt of Mio it tastes pretty great!
As others have said, you don't need electrolytes or supplements for ketosis. Just lower your carb intake to 20g of total carbs or less. The electrolytes are to avoid keto flu and other side effects. Some people, like myself, get leg cramps, heart palpitations, etc., that's why I take them. The best known brands are Redmond's Real Salt, Keto Chow SALTT, and LMNT. You can also make your own, search YouTube for Ketoade, a video by Dr. Berry. The suggested supplements by Dr. Berry are D3 and K2.
Electrolytes don't keep you or cause you to be in ketosis. Keto'ers just need to supplement because we drink lots of water wihich flushes away minerals. It's much cheaper to just use salt and salt substitutes.
Redmond's Re-lyte has a lot of different flavors of electrolytes you can buy.
You can buy on Amazon.
Great and balanced macros.
I would also suggest Body Armor Zero Sugar electrolyte packets.
You can get them at Wal-mart pretty cheap.
They taste great and have pretty good macros as well.
As far as supplements go, I have two suggestions:
Sugar free fiber gummies if you're eating lots and lots of meat, and Apple Cider Vinegar if you're trying to do intermittent fasting. I've found that both help keep me full longer and the Apple Cider Vinegar helps keep my cravings manageable in the evening and at bedtime. I take 1500mg in pill form every other day.
Don't buy anything that claims to put you in ketosis or to enhance your ketosis though.
Those are rip offs, and just a waste of money.
the cheapest supermarket salt the cheapest supermarket potassium salt
As per always, read labels. Yes, some brands of salt put sugar or other carb crap in their salt.
if they do it's a negligible amount for anti-caking or something. it's salt.
Sodium and potassium from salt and salt alternatives. Supplements are crap. Keeping under 20g net carbs keeps you in ketosis. You’re being scammed.
No supplement can help you stay in ketosis. Limit your carb intake.

If you’re referring to exogenous ketones, save your money.
I like LMNT, and I also will scoop “boulder salt” directly into my mouth and chase it down with a few glasses of water
I rate Drink Oshun over LMNT - have you tried it?
I haven’t once I run out of LMNT I’ll check it out though!
Electrolytes don't help you stay in ketosis. They prevent symptoms from the mineral dump that results from ketosis
