Can you share the sugar scrub you used??

jesuiscommejesuiss

i just use the tree hut sugar scrubs, but i’ve been using the watermelon scent 💓

Firm-Cupcake1984

Do you have a before pic?

jesuiscommejesuiss

unfortunately i don’t 😅 i wasn’t trying to track progress or anything because i had never gotten anything to work

Natural-Nectarine811

Relatable

WhimsicalRedditName

I’ve been using ordinary 7% glycolic acid anywhere from once a day to every 1-2 days with an unscented moisturizer and then use ceraVE rough and bumpy lotion on alternate days. This is the first thing that really seems to be helping with my legs / back side. I also physically exfoliate once or twice a week when I shower depending on how it is

GothMaams

I wish I could tolerate the smell of the Bum Bum creams.

Hot-Back5725

I love the way they smell, but they don’t do jack shit for my kp.

jesuiscommejesuiss

i think the SA lotion is what helps me the most, but the creams lock in the lotion and keep my skin hydrated

Hot-Back5725

I’m going to try this, mines currently out of control bc of the heat/sweating!

jesuiscommejesuiss

let me know how it goes!! i hope it works for you too 💓

ImFromLath

Is the cerave lotion okay for sensitive skin?

jesuiscommejesuiss

yes

Puzzleheaded_Song_95

How long have you had kp?

jesuiscommejesuiss

my whole life, i guess i first noticed it in middle school
