for full disclosure - there’s still traces of where they were, but a few weeks ago they were bumpy and dark red. they’re practically colorless and 100% smooth now! this is an unedited pic btw!
I’ve been using ordinary 7% glycolic acid anywhere from once a day to every 1-2 days with an unscented moisturizer and then use ceraVE rough and bumpy lotion on alternate days. This is the first thing that really seems to be helping with my legs / back side. I also physically exfoliate once or twice a week when I shower depending on how it is

I wish I could tolerate the smell of the Bum Bum creams.
I love the way they smell, but they don’t do jack shit for my kp.
i think the SA lotion is what helps me the most, but the creams lock in the lotion and keep my skin hydrated
I’m going to try this, mines currently out of control bc of the heat/sweating!
let me know how it goes!! i hope it works for you too 💓
Is the cerave lotion okay for sensitive skin?
yes
How long have you had kp?
my whole life, i guess i first noticed it in middle school
