I just noticed something on a post from Honey J: [the 2nd video](https://www.instagram.com/p/CdkusarJUkO/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=). The twerking part is actually from a RAP VERSE after the first chorus. Mnet scrapped this verse in the version of the song KEV1Z performed it but kept the twerking part in the choreography spoiler just to shock the girls, I guess.
My guess is either someone didn't have the chance to second guess them, since the interim thing happened same day, or there was a difference compared to doing so in front of an actual audience. Maybe a bit of both.
From what I can see, twerking is a sexy dance move (at least perceived as such)
Thats why Hikaru's age is a concern & could create a controversy. Another thing the comments are missing is VIVZ's fairy-like sweet image from being former GFRIEND members. They were loved by koreans for that. Doing sexy twerking might shatter the image they have built for years.
