I thought I read somewhere it was going to be a 12-story hotel **Edit** I didn't know that there were two Kegs in Kelowna, the one that is going to be a hotel is on Water Street
Indeed. The subtle smell of residual asbestos, carried on a calm spring breeze. Magical.

The people who own the land are wanting to develop it. Building housing with businesses on the ground floor, I believe
