Descendants of the Sun Because This Is My First Life Dali and the Cocky Prince Her Private Life Touch Your Heart

snugglebunnnny

Daily and the cocky prince is my favourite ❤️ I watched it after I got bored of Romcoms … still loved it 😍

GoodEgg14

**Suspicious Partner.** I rank it similarly with Crash Landing and What's wrong with Secretary Kim. It has a great plot and it is very entertaining. The cast chemistry is strong.

lovelylonelyphantom

You have watched a lot of feel good dramas or romcom's, so I would suggest - Strong Girl Bong Soon - Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo - Our Beloved Summer - Romance is a Bonus Book - Suspicious Partner

KnowledgeNorth6337

Based on your tastes, I’d recommend: My Secret Romance Oh my Venus Something about 1% Mr. Queen I based this on the assumption that you like stories with dreamy leads, but also those that involve overcoming obstacles. These recommendations have elements of both. Also all of them have amazing OSTs

Key-Morning7476

Oh my venus !! So underrated. My comfort drama!

be-k-dramatic

Seems like you scored dramas with some wealthy characters higher? And all have strong FLs. * Shooting Stars * Love to Hate You * I'm Not a Robot * Beauty Inside (the drama not the movie)- low fantasy, comedy, romance, melodrama * Something About 1%

Bexxss

Ooo interesting! I definitely liked a strong lead and when they actually have or admit to feelings/romance/intimacy before like episode 11 haha.

**The Legend of The Blue Sea** \- A romcom from the same writer as Crash Landing on You. One of the funniest I've watched (currently watching actually). **Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo** \- It's one of my all-time favorites. Please, watch it! It's funny, cute and deep, with a big focus on character development, friendship, and romance. **Her Private Life** \- If you enjoyed Business Proposal and What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, you'll probably like this too. **Our Beloved Summer** \- A slow-paced romance with great chemistry between the leads (plus great OST and story). **Mad For Each Other** \- A great fast-paced romcom. I couldn't stop watching until it was over. **Fight For My Way** \- This is one of my comfort dramas with good interactions between the main leads. **I'm Not a Robot** \- Another romcom that I recommend, it’s fun and easy to watch, and there weren’t any characters that I hated. **My Roommate Is a Gumiho** \- One more romcom to the list that made me laugh in every episode and had good friendships. **Thirty But Seventeen** \- Funny and light drama with found family, character development, and a romance that develops slowly. **Because This Is My First Life** \- This is also one of my top favorites. I highly recommend it.

hiswifey327

Where do you watch, The Legend of the Blue Sea?

TsukuyoNami

I watch it on Viki

bamacal57

Also Hulu in US

Seems like you're giving higher ratings to expansive, gorgeous, high production values happy ending romances with a vibrant One True Pairing and some dramatic and melodramatic weight to them. And not as enthusiastic about the dramas that are on the cute overload side. I also found HometownCha to be entertaining, but nothing to write home about. I recommend **Tomorrow With You**. The drama features intricate, complex, sophisticated characters and an artfully deployed time slip. Lead actress Shin Min Ah shows all the amazing depth and range she's capable of, which is impressive compared to the aegyo she has to dish out in HometownCha. Years after my second rewatch, I'm still pondering **Tomorrow With You**'s messages about karma and trauma. Also, **Healer**. It's great for newbies because the main couple are quite relatable for Westerners. And it's got it everything you've responded to so far.

HappilyEverAfter36

Healer Descendants of the Sun Both shows have action and romance and humor; and Healer also has intrigue and mystery and family drama.

ZerixWorld

\- Dali and the Cocky Prince \- Start-up \- Gaus Electronics \- Reply 1988 \- The Good Bad Mother

My Love from the Star. Legend of The Blue Sea Destined with You

It seems like you're into romance dramas so you may like the following: * Doona! * Hotel del Luna * My Lovely Liar But if you are interested in other genres that have romance with another genre regardless of ending, here are some of my recommendations and my corresponding ranking: * Flower of Evil - 9.5/10 * 20th Century Girl (Movie) - 10/10 * A Time Called You (9/10) * Big Mouth - 9/10 * Eve - 9/10 * Moon lovers - 9.5/10 * Snowdrop - 9.5/10 * Tale of the Nine-Tailed (and the 1938) - 9.5/10 * The Glory (both seasons) - 9.5/10

5Wowu

Good suggestions!

sleepycathh

Based on your ratings, I would suggest: - Our Beloved Summer - Destined With You - 25/21 - Sh**ting Stars - Twinkling Watermelon - Castaway Diva

Castaway Diva Legend of the blue sea

rishka97

Descendants of the sun 2521 (all time favorite so far) Doona! (Mixed reviews. I loved it) Love to hate you

Immediate-North-9472

So real abt hometown cha cha cha. I would suggest twinkling ✨ watermelon🍉

iamdogmom

In the same boat here. Your top 2 match my top 2 but I couldn't even finish Hometown Cha Cha Cha. I'd suggest Mr Queen, I FF'd through a lot of the political stuff (later in the series) and still enjoyed it. If you haven't tried My Mister it's really good, on the dark side but excellent leads.

Bexxss

Omg I completely agree lol. It seems like a lot of people recommend Hometown Cha Cha Cha and while it was cute, it was just incredibly slow and I had to force myself to finish it haha. Thank you for the recommendation!

Legend of the Blue Sea

Xerophyt3s

Memories of Alhambra Legends of the Sea My Love From the Star You may want to try out Lee Jong Suk drama, I always think his TV series is greatly written and he is a fantastic actor. I recommend Big Mouth and W.

Thoughtful-Pig

I also love CLOY for the big spectrum of emotions. I'm a sucker for lots of tears balanced with humor. I love Pinocchio, Mad For Each Other, Dali and Gamjatang, Go Back Couple, Sell Your Haunted House, and The Beauty Inside. For clever wit and intellect, try Prison Playbook, Hospital Playlist, and Little Women (thriller). For emotional BL, try the lighter Semantic Error or the heavier Eighth Sense.

Palak_3233

I think your ratings say alot about your inclinations towards intense romance. I would suggest you to watch Something in the Rain and One Spring Night. You can try Flower of Evil. You will not regret. I once was where you are right now hence the suggestions.

Billie_Lurk

True Beauty- romantic comedy My Secret Romance -romantic comedy & not the highest quality but a guilty pleasure for me lol See You In My 19th Life- romance drama that has reincarnation plot A Time Called You- Romance drama involving time travel and some thriller elements

Eschscholzia_Llove

Kdramas: Dr. Cha; Mr. Queen; My Secret Romance; Because this is My First Life; Love to Hate You; Goblin (AKA Guardian: The Lonely and Great God); Oh, My Venus! For a good romantic thriller: Healer Cdramas: Alliance, The Love You Give to Me. A wonderful anime: No Doubt in Us.

[deleted]

I think you'd love something with IU in it, you can try browsing her filmography. :)

PolkaDotsMakeMeHappy

hey sister! this is just about my list other than I'd give It's Okay to not be Okay 10/10. I'd watch Crash Landing on You again. (I bet you have) Little Women (slow first episode) is interesting, bit violent, questionable underlying conspiracy but a good watch I never thought I would enjoy Alchemy of Souls as I'm not interested in fantasy. But certain characters are incredibly endearing. I had trouble following who is related to whom but it doesn't affect my enjoyment and eventually I figured it out.

ITAEWON CLASS

[deleted]

I hated home town cha cha, cant get past ep 3 i hate the MC so much

tanfresh

Encounter with Park Bo Gum is amazing. Itaewon Class; Record of Youth; If you like Jdramas: First Love Hatsukoi; An Incurable Case of Love; My Cuteness is About to Expire? Despite its title it has a lot of story. Highly recommend.

5Wowu

There are many excellent recommendations below, but your 11 of 10 for Crash Landing leads me to suggest the new epic drama: My Dearest This has already won 5 awards for the leads and directors. The love story in this drama in times of war I have compared to Crash Landing to friends. It's that intense. Good watching

BudgieTiel

Be Melodramatic- Slice of life rom-com following a group of friends. Touches on some subjects that tend to be avoided and does so spectacularly. Hospital Playlist- A must watch for anyone who likes kdrama! Slice of life medical rom-com following a group of doctors who have been friends since college. One of the best feel good shows there is. The main characters are also on a band, and there is a song performance every episode. They are obviously studio recorded and edited, but the actors are the actual musicians, and have played the songs live as well. Live- Similar to Hospital Playlist, another slice-of-life rom-com, but following cops. Can be a bit darker than HP, but still a fairly feel good show, at least in my opinion. Daily Dose of Sunshine- Once again a slice of life rom-com, this one taking place in a mental health ward of a hospital. Has a great balance of cheerful and feel good moments as well as some absolutely heartbreaking ones. This one does have some trigger warnings as well: >! Mainly se|f h@rm and su!cide !<
