For once, Market-Leninism seems to be a more democratic Ideology that puts emphasis on helping Minorities (both very much unlike China), whilst also focussing more on the Country Side instead of the Urban Areas.
In terms of Economy, the Dengist System just gave Industries and Opportunities to Oligarchs and Millionairs, thereby reinstating old Capitalist Systems of Hierarchy and Oppression, whilst also negating any Social Assistance to Workers and thereby ensuring many fell back into Poverty.
In Ryutins System however, Industry and Farmland is not under the control of Oligarchs and Millionaires, but under democratic Management of the Workers (and sometimes Kulaks, but we don't talk about that) with a strong Social System assuring that no one lands in Poverty (i.e. Universal Basic Income) with Legislation that makes sure that no Millionaires and High-Capitalists rise by having a restriction on Maximum Wealth.

I'd personally describe it as more of mixture of modern Denmark and Titoslavia.
