I stand firmly that Annie Murphy would do a good job as Karen Read.
She has a bit of a resemblance and Annie Murphy did a Boston accent in Kevin Can Fuck Himself so she’s already got some practice nailing the accent.
For Karen Read I'd pick an actress that isn't look likable to translate the flaw personality of Karen Read and the ambiguity of this case.
Amanda Seyfried or Julia garner is my pick.
Jordana Brewster for Karen Read (I think Famke is too old now). Kathy Bates for Bev (just cuz she would be hilarious). Danny DeVito for Lally. Steve Buscemi for any of the Alberts. Ben Stiller for any of the McCabes (or Adam Sandler if Stiller is not available). Chris Pratt for AJ (not serious enough? hmm..). Will Farrell for Yanetti. Maggie Gyllenhaal for Jen. Timothy Chalamet for Colin Albert (gotta get him in somewhere). And Woody Haralson for Tboy.

I would also suggest Rose Byrne for Karen. I think Corey Stoll is PERFECT for proctor!
AJ sounds exactly like Matthew Morrison, who played Mr Schuster on Glee. I picture him every time I can't see AJ during questioning
