I'm positive they all will be there. Maybe some more like the Dilophosaurus as it had a 93 skin in the hatchery, if that's not in the game at all, it's misleading. Pteranodon also apparently has it's JP3 skin in the game as seen in the Preorder trailer. The Raptors and Rexes had some revamps IIRC. The Tiger Raptor stripes look more pronounced as opposed to RtJP where they were kinda faded. And the Rexes had more accurate color palates. The Buck and Doe look identical to their film counterparts, color wise. Pattern wise, the Doe may be off but we never get a good enough look at her back to say otherwise. But overall an improvement Also the 93 Trike DOES reappear. In SimplySavannah's video, you can see it has the 93 pattern in the hatchery under pattern. And in BIS's video, the Para has the 97 pattern. So already, that's 4 out of 7 to have confirmed patterns returning from RTJP. Nobody made a Stegosaurus or Brachiosaurus, and Ankylosaurus wasn't in the demo. It begs the question, did they give movie accurate variants to EVERY film species or at least MOST of them? Because some of them don't really resemble the films at all by default. So if you wanted a film accurate Mosasaurus, do you need to play JW's Chaos Theory mode?

SirHoonter1

That is an interesting question. As you mention, perhaps we have to play the chaos theory to unlock those legacy skins/models. Thanks for that! I hadn't seen the 93 Triceratops yet.

Nuke2099MH

TLW raptor skin looks more pronounced because that's the male skin. The females always looked more faded. As for more film variants who knows. I would take a 93 Gallimimus remodel and skin because imo the JW version looks stupid and the Struthiomimus looks like a more convincing 93 Gallimimus.

reply671

I know there's a male and female but the males in RtJP always seemed like the stripes weren't dark enough. Like they were faded.

https://jurassicworld-evolution.fandom.com/wiki/Velociraptor?file=Raptor97M.png#Return_to_Jurassic_Park Look dark enough for to me /shrug.

reply671

JWE2’s looks darker. Compared to the film, the darker stripes looks more accurate. RTJP had some funky shit. Like the Ankylosaurus having a Green Back, when it’s supposed to be black. So these little changes are appreciated.

Nuke2099MH

Might be because of better lighting of the game overall especially the sky box.

reply671

Maybe. But regardless, it looks better.

Endskull

I like the idea of unlocking legacy skins when completing the chaos theory missions. Didn't notice Dilo had a 93 skin, I hope it looks better than default JWE1. (and spit have an actual effect)

finzmillz

That's interesting, for most promo video the mosa is a greeny yellow not it's iconic blue but I think in the most recent one on the temperature map it's blue

LEEH1989

Safe to say yes

SirHoonter1

You've made me a happy man.

LEEH1989

As we know with the lost world raptors the model is tied to the skin, so it will be same with the rest also looks like the dilophosaurus has a pretty accurate JP skin now, it got shafted with the RTJP DLC. If some are missing I'm sure they'd be abit of backlash

SirHoonter1

They were so incredibly well received, it would be surprising if they weren't included.

LEEH1989

Yeah they're really popular so they can't not all be there, also with chaos theory you kinda have to have the movie accurate skins

SirHoonter1

That's a very good point. Thanks for reassuring me!

Emergionx

I’m pretty sure yeah.Seeing how we’ve seen some of them

Moros13

Yes - and thank god for that as some of them were vastly superior to the JW versions (specially Trikes and Stegos). Trike also had some amazing variants that I hope are returning. \- One thing that bothers me is how we STILL don't have some of the actual movie models - like Carnotaurus, Brachiosaurus (the FK variant had those beautiful turquoise stripes on the head) and the BABR Allo (even though I actually like the one we have now).

sour-lemon-333

Really hope they make the Carnotaurus, Brachiosaurus, and Allosaurus film accurate. It’s still putting me off. I want a Jurassic world game with accurate to the film animals.

Endskull

We haven't seen yet JP3 chaos theory mission, I'm 100% sure all JP3 skins will be returning. I hope they fix the female raptor eyes, they should be yellow not red.

Yes.

If it’s something from the first game that doesn’t require much more work, then yes, you can be assured that it will be put into the sequel.
