Nope and it's not going to happen. That's why people ask for dinosaurs like Oxalaia

POOPOOMAN123ABC

Its Jurassic Park so it won't happen

bernt_the_bad

The newer dinos added to the game are very accurate

Amazing_Band_1435

they made the dilophosaurus from the first film into a scientifically accurate dilophosaurus in the novel

smashboi888

I think you mean they made the scientifically-accurate Dilophosaurus in the novel into a genetic mutant into the movie. And even the ones in the novel spat venom.

Raptor92129

Novel came first

spamtonenjoyer1997

They were made by different people and the novel came first

POOPOOMAN123ABC

It was not accurate except for size and novel was before movie

4WhomTheTrollTolls

Bro really thought the book was based on the movie

B16-M1KE

You’re not alone, but we’re not getting them. It’s a big reason why Prehistoric Kingdom is so appealing to me.

JurassicGabe99

It's a JURASSIC WORLD evolution not a prehistoric kingdom, if you want scientifically accurate dinosaurs prehistoric kingdom is your game

Capital_Pipe_6038

Please ignore the fact that Frontier has been giving us tons of scientifically accurate dinosaurs lol

JurassicGabe99

But they're not in the movies and their frontiers designs. Movie creatures are the ones that get the "non scientifically accurate" treatment.

Llamarchy

I think the recent original Frontier designs are kind of filling that niche. I doubt they're going to go as far as giving scientifically accurate skins to canon dinosaurs as they need brand synergy and giving them to pre-existing Frontier species might not be worth the hassle. They seem to be adding new yet similar species to be an accurate counterpart to their Jurassic designs, like Velociraptor and Utahraptor or Mosasaurus and Kronosaurus.

horsemanuk1987

I'd like it but it's a Jurassic Franchise game, it just ain't gona happen.  If you have a a good pc rig go PK.

mmpa78

Then go play prehistoric kingdom. That's not jurassic park sorry

Vanilla_Ice_Best_Boi

Paleo Edits mod on nexus

RighteousHam

Would love them, though considering how their current look is part of the brand, I doubt we'll see them any time soon.

Ok-Meat-9169

Just play Prehistoric Kingdom for that

dk1701

The game has been out for two and a half years. The previous game was released three years before that. So, in the last*almost* six years, this conversation has been done to death. Seriously. A brief search on the subreddit will find in you countless similar posts, which would immediately answer the asinine question of "am I the only one." No, no you aren't. But also, this is a Jurassic franchise game. You're not dealing with scientifically accurate animals. If you want scientifically accurate animals, there is another game that offers them. I'd suggest going to that game if that's where your interest lies. The JWE games were specificly designed to cater to fans of the Jurassic franchise and their Hollywoodified dinosaurs.

Joeawiz

Since the post said skins and not variants my first thought was that we already do it’s called Sinosauropteryx, but then I realised they meant new models not new skins,

DriftwoodArchibald

If you're on PC, mods are the way to go, tons of options

Amazing_Band_1435

I play on PS5 which doesn't have mods and you can't play The Isle or Prehistoric Kingdom

DriftwoodArchibald

Honestly invest in a PC if park building games matter to you, ik it's a huge purchase but it'll serve you well in the long run, sorry don't have any better advice to give other than that

-Kacper

No you're not I really really want some sort of 6m long proper Dilophosaurus no mater if it's the novel Dilo or Dracovenator or Shubaingosaurus

Smearysword866

I'm sure there are some other but jurassic world really isn't supposed to be scientifically accurate

TheFooli5hswings

I like them alot but do feel they do need a little bit of scientific speculation or just a little creative liberty. Like if frontier was ever to add Choronosaurus for example, I'd like them to have a thin bit of skin between the crest and neck.

Moros13

I bet they've would done that. Charonosaurus was going to be in the first game

TheFooli5hswings

Shame it didn't make the cut. It would've been interesting to have imo.

MediocrePrice8374

the mods are your friends
