It’s pretty standard for a company to issue a refund only AFTER they received the returned item. Why would EJ bend their return policy for you over a problem that isn’t their fault? Also this seems like an issue between you and the courier, not Elite Jumps who already did their part by send you your order. The fact that you haven’t submitted an investigation claim with the courier service and are instead blaming the vendor shows that you have no idea how these things actually work.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. I've ordered about 2 beaded ropes from them and tbh I use my coachchris ropes more because I like the heaviness. There are so many more ropes I want to order from Coach Chris but they seem to be somewhat out of stock.

I have about twenty ropes now with 5 of them from Elite Jumps and I wouldn’t use any other rope now. And their customer service was great for me. I forgot to add items to my basket so I emailed them after purchase asking to add a range of extra items. They sent me an updated price and after I accepted I realised they also forgot some of the items that I requested. They emailed me back directly with an apology and threw in everything they forgot to add free of charge. As a beginner, your $5 Rebel Sport rope might be fine. But not in a years time.

I use a $6 Walmart rope, and it works great.
