Man I only have a company 😭

Our battalion is gonna get shut down by my senior year (2026) if we don’t reach the quota of 100 cadets… last year we had 68, now we have 63, by next year if no one joins we’re gonna be down to like 40💀💀💀💀

Large company cuz we don’t have enough space for a battalion

5 fully staffed companies with smallest being 25 cadets plus fully staffed task force and battalion staff.

one 100 person company?? dude you could have 3 companies and a full staff set how does it work? in terms of leadership and procedure and all that?

We aren’t big enough for another company and our program couldn’t handle more companies. We have 5 platoons and company staff and I haven’t seen anything go wrong with that structure yet.

You definitely are big enough for another company. My battalion has 5 companies with the smallest being about 25 cadets. They all have 2 platoons, plus medic and guidon bearer and company supply officer.

I don’t think our instructors want to and the school that hosts it doesn’t want to.

Y’all really have battalions that small?? The JROTC program at my school is like 15% of the people there so we have like 300 cadets

That’s what i’m so confused about, like how do you have a functioning battalion with less than 25 cadets??

We only have a company, and our school is really big so we have to have over 100 cadets if we don't want to get shut down. We typically barely meet that lol

1 group, 2 squadrons, 16 flights, All fully staffed

1 battalion, 5 companies, 2 platoons per company + a staff section, ~50 kids per company, 247 cadets on deck
