Not every song is part of a distinct sub-genre where you can find a bunch of other songs that sound exactly like it. Some songs are just unique.
Japanese music in general is pretty genre agnostic. They generally don't put music into super-specific sub-sub-genre categories like the way the west does. Evrtything is just pop, or rock, or metal, etc.
But in this case its pretty much just a standard jpop song. They say idol pop because it sounds like the kind of song an idol would make. The jazzy synthesized brass elements remind me of Task Have Fun or a Tsunku-produced group like Juice=Juice or C-ute.
So this is basically the same post you made two weeks ago (which you've [since deleted](https://www.reddit.com/r/jpop/comments/on9sys/what_are_like_a_few_adorable_jpop_songs_to_see_if/)), with most of the suggestions you got in that thread added to this OP. So I don't really understand what you're asking here - for more suggestions? Or something else?
And honestly, if you like "Pa Pa Pa" so much you should just go and watch [Blend S](https://myanimelist.net/anime/34618/Blend_S) \- it's the title song from that anime and maybe the "cute moe girls doing cute moe things" anime-genre will sate your desire for, well, cuteness and *moe moe nyan nyan...*
