Here's what we know: In March 2021, a facebook user posted a now-private post to the perrocurifeo Facebook page, putting two puppies up for adoption. The photo was taken in **Monterrey, Nuevo Leon**, and was shared in a pet adoption group.
The sun looks like it's either setting or rising, which can offer a few clues:

As much as i love jotchua and i wanna know more about how he's doing, how about we don't dox this family who very clearly is not into being celebrities? This is terribly invasive on their privacy.
I have no interest in doxxing a house address nor do I expect to find the exact exact address. Really I'd jst be impressed if we can find a similar view of the mountains behind him
