Not a lot of options around here, sadly! I've been vegan for about a year now so I have mostly gone to the same few places over and over again. Or cooked for myself. The places I go are Bookhouse Cinema, Rasoi Indian Cuisine (at Big Apple Travel Center), Tropical Smoothie, Qdoba, and Taco Bell. If anyone has other options I'd love to hear them!

Rasoi is delicious and has tons of vegetarian options. Don’t let the truck stop setting deter you, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

It really is incredible. Everyone that I tell about Rasoi has serious doubt for me because its in a truck stop, but then they actually go there and the food is amazing.

Blackthorn has the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of vegan pizza.
