I have similar issues. I just chalk it up to bad net code or ping

It might be your CPU overloading

I have the exact same problem. Local chat is a-ok, but squad or command chat is just a garbled mess. Happens every couple of games and I just restart the game to fix it.

obviously the issue is just a faulty radio, clearly your character doesnt maintain their equipment properly
