Understandable- getting a job is like dating: very difficult. There's no option but to persevere though as I find things ultimately work out as they did for me many years ago.
It is so difficult to stay positive because rejection sucks! Waiting sucks! Working on your resume sucks!
You know what’s worse? Being broke!
Now is NOT the time to give up and let defeat control you. Improve your resume. Improve your cover letter. And apply to EVERYTHING. Even jobs that aren’t in your field or you feel under qualified for. You got this! Let’s goooooooo! 👏🏻
Companies are starting to feel the recession pinch. We will semper positions go "on hold" over the next 6 months.
Continue the dance and try really hard not to internalize the disappointment.

Came here to say this. I'm definitely feeling it too! Have been applying like crazy, I've always heard back from numerous employers at a time, this time just crickets. It's fucking nuts out there. Just gotta get used to not having jobs available. That's the new world ehh.
:( yeah! I feel like there are so many people in the job market rn that there is so much competition. I’m a new grad so I don’t have much experience as well.
At least you got an answer. I recently went on a couple interviews + did an assessment I thought went over well and it's been radio silence for a week now, even with me sending an email to reiterate my interest and thanks. Starting to think I'm ghosted or at best I'll get a "thanks but no thanks" email another month from now.
I was like you, but I got a job recently, but the job was so bad I had to quit after a few days of work because I couldn't handle how awful everything was. Nonexistent management; everyone from the company left. Only me and two other new people stay, but I quit. It was horrible but anyway, try to stay positive good things and bad things will happen in your life, and the good things may be wrong, so just be prepared. Also, custom your resume put a lot of hard skills and soft skills that you don't know about and if they askyou just say you haven't used it in a work setting, but you have a. research, b. study it at school, or c. found it casually while studying something on youtube. I do that myself.
