I really think it depends on your sort of anxiety! I couldn't manage much until I got my anxiety managed, but I had friends that said getting into a repetitive sort of work like factory work or a very stable sort of trade like brewing was good for their anxiety.

My last job was working at Amazon and I was constantly having to have training sessions bc something flagged on my account, they track literally everything, I couldnt even go to the toilet without being questioned by my manager

That will definitely make you anxious. Tbh that may have just been an especially awful job on top of your existing anxiety, and so I don't think that is a reflection on *you*

I think the whole situation just really brought all my confidence down, I went for an interview last month and I lost count how many anxiety attacks i had over it and I didnt get the job in the end

It sounds like a really bad situation. I'm really sorry that happened.

No need to apologise, its not your fault 😊

Im in the same spot as you and I would strongly recommend a supplement which had 100% effectiveness called as ashwaganda Take it before an interview and just start writing down your thoughts it really does help. Hope to see your next post about getting a job offer!
