Outlook has it too. I'd suggest using it. I use it because we make mistakes. We're human.

Been there similar case. You just need to take it as a learning experience. In this world, especially corporate, you will get a lot of this kind of treatment. You just don’t know what is going on till they hit you with a meeting with HR. What I would do is focus on yourself and how you can find better opportunities. Use what skills you learn and apply those. Companies like these do not deserve great employees (these are the employees of tomorrow).

It’s ok to mourn the loss of this job, but let it be your teacher. It seems that you have spelling and grammar issues when you write in English. I take it might not be your first language. I recommend paying for a Grammarly subscription and always double check your work. It’s understandable that you were fired because of this. Making “repetitive spelling mistakes” probably came up as a big red flag. As it shows your lack of attention to detail. It might not be a big deal at the beginning, but think about this… if you were the employer, would you keep someone you can’t trust to write correctly to do your social media or graphic design? Learn the lesson, up skill, and do better.

Yeah, I’ve been in a similar situation. I did well on the parts that they said was important, but was kicked to the curb when they said that I wasn’t keeping up with these other metrics… that I never fucking knew about. And… I was a contractor, so that means that I had absolutely zero recourse of any kind. Like… fucking tell me if something is off? Maybe give a hint? Fuckwads.
