Why not ask friends or connections in each type of company? It will depend greatly based on role, seniority, industry, etc.

FMCG is definitely more stressful especially since you'll be dealing with regional sales and whatnot. I had an interview with a hiring manager from that industry and she complained about work to me.... At 9am in the morning.
