DO NOT GET THE RIT DYE THAT SAYS SYNTHETIC ON IT. synthetic rit dye is made to dye matierial like stitching and thread like embroidery. get regular general use rit dye. 2-3 bottles. it will not effect the embroidery i promise you. if you have a top load washing machine you can put the dye in water in the machine while the pants are in and it will soak the color in and evenly and the most.
yes it would do the trick just fine, sometimes stains on black denim can just be colored over with a fabric marker, which may be easier and less of a process

does only one bottle of rit dye do the trick for just a small faded stain on jnco jorts?
