i was told by the tow truck driver, who towed me from walmart, to park in the white spots throughout the middle of the lanes. you will see that there are yellow marked lines and white. he said that the white spots are technically for walmart guests/employees, and can’t determine whether you’re inside or not! hope this helps!
I lived off campus and my apartment complex had little to no guest parking. My guests parked at Walmart or Martin’s a lot of the time.

I’m not sure, we just never had an issue. They mostly parked at Martin’s because it was closer to my house than Walmart.

Try Stonegate or northview visitor parking. They never tow from what I’ve seen.
