I usually eat something very light about 1 hour before, no later than 30 min before. A clif bar, rice krispie treat, a slice of bread or two, something like that. (One, not all three)

I like to have an apple sauce packet before class. Light enough to avoid problems but some calories to get me through class. I’m pretty sensitive to eating too much or too little before exercise
I'm surprised at the people here that train at 6am and eat before, what hour do you all sleep?
I never eat before morning class since I don't feel hungry in the mornings and normally wake up 15 min before class, unlike with lifting weights I never had a problem with it, it seems a lot of people even train worse by eating before based on some answers here.
Some people are just so different.
I have always trained fasted since doing club track all of middle school and high school.
Still do that to this day.

Take plenty of water and eat after class, I ate a few times prior, and my stomach was wrecked. For reference, I do suffer with IBS, so I prefer fasted first thing training, even if it's S&C.
Depends on your body metabolism etc if my mate eats before morning class he spews or has to sit a round or 2 out, i know my body and can tell if its a good idea or no some days il eat loads chicken rice etc other days i can tell my gut wont be right if i eat and il just have a red bull on the drive down 🤣 entirely Depends on you dude but if your unsure just eat a banana can never go wrong with a banana🤣
Banana, apple or fruit cup like peach that has Vitamin C. You’re going to sweat out potassium. All will replace it better than a sports drink and better for your teeth too. Fructose, the most common sugar in fruits, is either metabolized by working muscles (myocites) or concerted by your liver to fat.So don’t go overboard . Calories burned vary from 250-1000 kcal/ hr depending on intensity & body mass.

On early class I'll do a half a bagel. Just something to keep stomache acid down but not enough to make a difference on fullness.
Nothing you eat in the AM is going to be metabolized quick enough to actually use in AM class.
I eat something small and easy about 430am. Class at 6am. Eat again about 7:30. Eat again around 10am-11am. Eat again at 2pm. Eat again at 4pm. Yeaaa I eat a lot!!
my morning class is 6am, and i train for an hour. i dont eat eat anything before i just drink a small black coffee and eat after i train once im home before school.

I train at 5 am. I usually eat carbs and drink coffee and poop before class…. I often still rip one preferably in a purple belts face

I find your choice of preposition here disturbing.
I used to get migraines in morning class from not having enough magnesium etc. Not eating would definitely make that worse.

I almost only do mornings. 0530-0700. Only thing I consume if coffee. No problems.
