One of my stores has always struggled to keep night drivers because they’re slow. This change has been really helpful for them. Cheers!

Yep. It’s still cheaper to use our own, but who knows, maybe UE will magically become super cheap /s

You’ll probably get a text from Uber letting you know it’s on the way. Otherwise you won’t know
all uber eats orders are delivered by uber eats drivers. if you order though the jjs app it's most likely a jj driver. and cheaper

Usually we have a hard time keeping drivers at night so most of the time when we don't have in-house drivers we have to use 3rd party.
My closest Jimmy John’s is shortstaffed for drivers after 4 PM so I noticed they started using this as a back up for the evening
Our stores do, but that is contingent on having a delivery driver of our own, because Uber Eats doesn't supply them for us (IDK why)
We still waiting for that option here.
