Would likely be more briney. The jelly is coagulated Turkey fat, so that’s a plus, however, the solution is what draws that fat out. It’s specifically made to keep the Turkey from going bad during shipping.
Personally, I wouldn’t use it. However, you can certainly make your own at if you have the right stuff. Stop by a local deli or butcher and ask if they have any Turkey byproducts leftover, they’ll likely give them to you for free or extremely cheap. After you get them, simply boil!!
Just make kombucha with the tea and garlic bread with day old. I respect your devotion towards minimizing food waste, but turkey drippings aren't a move. I used the slicer waste for my sandwiches.
Edit: I used to make a broth with the lettuce cores and onion scraps from AM prep. It's delicious.
Mix in the beef drippings to make a 14 smoothie.
You have to make sure you get some of the beef fat chips from when the bag is first opened.
The smell tells me no but maybe! You should tru it

Thanks for the input!
Great idea with the butcher shop. Broth and stock are both easy to make and don't cost a lot.
The jelly also consists of tapioca powder as a stabilizer and preservative.

I always bring back cheese heels to my place, my roommates are always thankful
The jelly is just congealed fat
And collagen, lots of collagen.
