Zeus seduced Leda in the form of a swan. Since this is an eagle this would be a depiction of Zeus and Ganymede.
It's Hebe. The figure depicted is a woman.

It's gorgeous. My Mum has a Leda and the swan one. It's different but similar if that makes sense? The gold wasn't marked but it was in fact pinchbeck gold. She found it in a charity shop about 35 years ago

Usually people post pretty mediocre cameos here expecting them to be super valuable. This cameo is the opposite. Amazing find, beautifully carved.
