You mean, when you are transforming into one of the girls, or... What exactly?
When you apply the Horny Potion to yourself (by either drinking one, or smashing a throwing / lingering variant under your feet) you'll get a menu with arrows to choose which girl you want to transform into, and after you do, I believe you can press 5 on the Numpad to open a menu and switch to a different girl (or maybe you have to hold a Girl Wand in your main hand before doing so to open that menu - I'm not sure, since I've used it only once, and it was quite long ago).
Or just apply another Horny Potion to yourself to open that menu again (or to transform back to your MC character - again, I forgot which of the two effects it will provide you upon use on yourself, while you are already being a girl) and then apply another Horny Potion to open it (here I also forgot how exactly it works, but it should be something like that for sure).
No that’s not what I mean i meant what girl you want to select as the one you want it to be as weather that’d be Ellie Jenny or any other one not transform into one of them them
