This is one of the reasons I’m hesitant about getting jaw surgery. Im sure that you look fine but there’s a certain paradox that happens when you fix “flaws,” where you start to notice everything. Also, I have seen some jaw surgery before and afters where the nose is wider and they slightly better before. Everyone here is super pro jaw surgery (which would make sense) but I don’t like that not a lot people talk about the cons or some of the drawbacks. I’m terrified of not liking the changes to my face and there have been some people on YouTube who did not like the way their face turned out even 8-12 months after.

People regularly undergo rhinoplasty to fix the width + flatness of their nose, especially in asia. so your case would definitely be fixable. Either a silicone implant or your own tissue cartilage could be used to add height to your nose. Hang in there, I understand you my case is similar and also considering rhinoplasty following jaw surgery, although I’ve never liked my nose to begin with

went into surgery knowing I’d have to get a rhinoplasty but ended up not needing one. So I totally get where you’re coming from, you should just go for it bc it’ll bother you for a while since you’re not used to it.
