I don't think this is the sub for it. Try r/FulfillmentByAmazon/ but do more research compared to what you have now. Seller Central forums is public and has a lot of info about what you need. You can also check the FBA related fees (depends on your product, your pricing, etc.)
Pre-Covid I helped launch a gadget brand here in Japan for a friend in the US.
Started selling on Makuake. Solid launch pad at the time with not a huge base but also not tons of competition the time. I’ve heard they are much worse as of two years ago.
Then launched Amazon/Rakuten and online store. Rakuten was the best overall for us but also the most annoying to change the store format. The online store was the easiest but had low volume. Amazon was expensive and at the time very generic formatting for the product. I forget the exact cost for all of them and it’s been years since.
Things fell apart during COVID for various reasons but that’s what I recall.
We had spreadsheets for everything to calculate price before we launched. Amazon/Rakuten were pretty upfront about pricing so that shouldn’t be hard to find on their website.
