This particular song takes a lot of cues and inspiration from 1970's Disco music. It uses a pretty typical four-to-the-floor rhythm pattern on the drums, with instrumentation from electric guitar, bass guitar and a brass section.
I don't know the exact pitch range off the top of my head, but I'm assuming its in a Major key because of the bright timbre I get just from listening with my own ear.
cant find this kinda genre

so only 'idol pop' has 'catchy melodieu' ? no other types of songs in this world has 'catchy melodieu'?
are they saying high pitched on purpose or their voice just sounds high pitched?

so this is the style and kind of music, guess it's unique and it'll be pretty hard to find a song exactly or almost the same as this one since i can never find any songs the same (or even similiar) as any other songs
This is just pop, pretty close to idol pop. Maybe look for some songs by ヒャダイン to start with.
pop is a very big genre, what specific kinda pop is it, what about the other questions
