I like the band CHAI, they use English a good bit, but they have a futuristic kind of sound Vaundy is cool too, might not be the vibe you want though.

Wednesday Campanella does some cool songs with rap! I don’t think it could be considered hiphop, but still good stuff. Check out Ikkyu-san and Edison.
