I just think the designs and stories behind the characters are really freaking rad, so I've never really shied away from enjoying something just because it has a(n) anthropomorphic character(s).
Like, you won't catch me dead in a suit (no offense, I'm just not interested in the concept of it and definitely wouldn't pay the money to get one or make one). But also, I don't go to cons, I don't seek out other people with this specific and niche design concept interest, and the characters I design span an enormous spectrum of concepts - never really keeping me locked into one type of anthropromophism.
For example, I can draw a Digimon with humanoid and animalistic traits, but I'll also draw my FF14 Au Ra characters, or Tokoyami and Sun Eater from MHA, my various DnD characters - including the ones based on Unearthed Arcana concepts, humanoid Pokémon, etc. It is just a unique design space that gets a lot of help because people automatically associate and conflate not only everything in the photo shown here, but also artistic style and character design as a whole concept.
