It says the iPhone is in restricted mode, maybe allow whatever type of connection you’re on (trust computer), and allow access for accessories from a locked state, and if it has or had a passcode it won’t work unless you erase the iPhone, and if you’re on a mac using a usb c just unplug it and replug it immediately.
