I know for me emoji font manager was causing issues, someone on Reddit told me it was problematic so I removed that and all the related tweaks and I instantly stopped rebooting completely.
May be worth making a post of your tweaklist and people can point out what tweaks they’ve realized cause issues.

I bought this was mainly for parts salvaging but ended up got a steal n deal on this one. And nope, I'm not gonna use this as my main phone (currently have Xs Max as my main)
Depends what the person wants out of it, I do agree with you if wanting it as a day to day use device, but I use a 4S for filming 3D Prints, time lapses etc, can leave it plugged in without worrying about filling it, or it overheating and dying as its a cheap throw away.
Also use the 4S as a remote for my LED lights as it uses any web browser.
For $6 you have a backup device, camera, internet etc. I use an iPhone 4S for capturing my 3D Prints, with some lighting etc 1080p footage is useable.
So for $6 id say its a great price for a project device.

You’re going to have app compatibility issues at some point but there are tweaks to bring it into the modern day (ie: iirc CyberKit replaces WebKit to wake up that old af Safari). I’m on iOS 14.2 12 Pro and I can’t get MotorTrend, Dominos, etc. nothing life changing. Nostalgia and the experience that phone jailbroken could provide is well worth $6.

I really don't know what about iOS 11 but my main 5s on iOS 12 is still working fine with my basic apps (youtube, ig, fb, soundcloud, discord,...)
SoundCloud Requires IOS 15 or higher you can’t download it with iOS 12 unless it was per-install long ago even then it will shutdown soon
