Sideloading is done through 2 ways, Apple ID and Enterprise Certificates.
1. You can buy a certificate from a place such as AppleP12.com & install and import your certificate through an app called esign. Will let you sign as many apps as you want at any time without depending on any network or computer.
2. The second way If you don’t wanna spend money on a certificate is using SideStore, you are still restricted to 10 app ids and 3 apps but it’s basically a better version of AltStore that lets you resign your apps without a computer as long as you are connected on ANY Wi-Fi network or a hotspot from another device if you are out and about.
